After explaining to him that we needed to furnish an entire house and we only had 16 days, Rubener jumped into action. He came out to the home, assessed our needs and returned a week later with a truckload of furniture. He did a great job of bringing together a couple of different design elements. I found EC online and purchased a used one, like new, completely serviced from 2015, with Box and papers. Dan was a true professional guy, he helped me a lot to pass the entire process. He responded to all my questions. The package was a state of the art! Arrived in perfect condition. I was looking for a watchmaker to fix one of my grandfathers pocket watches for literally 8-10 years. I could not find one to fix it because the parts that were broken did not exist anymore. The watchmaker here told me to leave the watch with him for 2 weeks but he did not promise that he will fix it. After a week Myrna called me to let me know that my watch is fixed and ready to be picked up! He made the broken pieces from scratch, by hand. This is what I called a great watchmaker! I will never go somewhere else not even for a battery! its worth driving 60 miles just to make sure that the job is done properly!

The Repair/Service Center at Estates Consignments is the fastest that I ever encountered before. I am a private collector and I had lots of watches repaired or serviced during the years. They Completely overhauled (Serviced) 3 of my watches in less than 10 days. One regular Rolex Submariner, one Panerai, and a Complicated Patek Philippe. I will never send my watches to Rolex, Panerai or Patek because they are overpriced and takes months to have your babies back. I couldnt notice any difference between a Service at Rolex or at Estate Consignments. Not to mention that the prices are at just a fraction of a cost.

Terrible service, I stopped by to look around specifically for some antique doors. It was 530 they say they close at 6pm. The manager or clerk (Ruben) was particularly unhelpful and his poor costumer service skills became overtly apparent when I simply asked about some of items on the floor. He again claimed that they were closed and I left. My advice is if you close at 530 then simply change your posted hours. What a waste of time. Theres a antique door in the front of the store if the owner of it wants to sell it please reach out.

What a hidden gem! When I walked in the door I was immediately impressed with the quality of merchandise in the store. Most of the furniture looked brand new and there was a nice selection of luxury items. I dont know what the other reviews were that said it is too expensive, perhaps these people have never priced out some of the high-end items that were on display at this store. For example: I saw a $2,000 Givenchy bag on sale for $600 and it looked brand new (I googled the price). There was a huge selection of watches: Rolex, Breitling, and other top names. My wife is a huge fan of Tiffany jewelry and there was a large selection of these.If you are looking for cheap crap, dont go to this store, go to Walmart. But if you are looking for rare, unique, quality pieces, you will be very happy.

Sold my furniture there in January and was told I would get a call regarding my payment. I have called three times now and each time I call I am told I will get a call. None yet and it is the last day of February. Whem I purchased furniture here I had to pay at the time of purchase. Now that my items are sold I have to wait almost two months for payment?
