The staff and owner were amazing. They were very professional and helpful. They explained everything so you can understand. I definitely recommend them. They frame selection was awesome. Even the low cost frames they didn’t look cheap.

I needed glasses, they accepted my insurance. However I walked in to a store that had the best customer service. This store on sunrise had the most caring staff that help me get exactly what I was looking for. The equipment was clean and everything was sanitized before hand. The glasses came fast and Im a very happy 4 eyes now.

As a long time glasses wearer I started lookin on into getting some contacts and stumbled on this place. From I entered the establishment it was nothing but amazing service and a welcoming environment. My contact exam was only $89, and I left with a Trial Pair. The service here is amazing as well as very cost effective.

The owner made me feel SOOO welcome! He was very happy to help and made sure to help find the best frames that fits my needs. Very attentive! Also Naomi was very helpful. She helped me pick out my lens material and lens treatments. She’s very educated. I love this new location and I will definitely refer my friends and family. They work with you no matter what. I’m revising my initial post wherein I was quite happy…I was definitely not happy when I went to pick up my glasses today. One pair is great. The other not wearable unless I spend more to have the issue fixed. Tip to anyone new buying glasses like me, If the frames have nose guards you want to pay for the upgrade to poly carbonate it’s much lighter than plastic! Now I know!

Everyone was very nice when I showed up. Gave me attention and even helped other customers while with me. Mark, the doctor, was very kind and thorough with his exam. The deal that they had with the buy one get one free is amazing! I spent the amount of money with the glasses there buying two as I would spend at my regular doctor and only getting one. This was the best eye doctor I have ever been to! They were very accommodating to my needs and very friendly with how they did their business. They double checked my prescription to make sure I was comfortable with the lens and frames I was buying. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone that has or doesn’t have a regular specialist they see. An affordable, safe, and a comfortable environment. They have hand sanitizers, they enforce face masks, and clean everything regularly and in front of you which was great. Thanks so much for my glasses !!!

Great customer service, the eye exam was done remotely but went well, I made him go back and forth between lenses several times as I wanted to be sure I got good results for my vision with my new glasses. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Mark helped make sure the prescription the virtual dr gave me was correct. They asked if I wanted help picking out glasses so the owner can me and helped me go up and down every display case to find what I liked. Ihosvany, the manager, rung me up and the bogo is a great deal and they helped me apply for care credit so I wouldn’t have to pay everything out of pocket and was instantly approved. No need to dialate my eyes with drops as their special machines work without them. State of the art. Friendly staff.They offer brands like Columbia and Lacoste and more affordable brands as well. They have a glasses stylist who was friendly and understood my look entirely.Not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, place to go from what i looked up online, but the prices were fair and from the whole experience, well worth it.
