Spoke with Julian on the phone and he was an absolute professional through and through. Offered to do all four tires and alignment for a fair price, dropped the car off the next morning and the work was done within 3 hours. Will definitely use American Tire and Auto Center for future car needs.

I recently went here with my wife and little girl to get 2 front tires changed, Julian the store manager was very professional. And the service from the mechanic was great. I was really amazed about the waiting time, it was not like these other tire shops where you are waiting for extended amount of hours just for a simple tire change. I highly recommend this place!

Ladies, the bathroom in the waiting area is cleaner than most auto center bathrooms. (Said my ex-wife) So... theres that. 😷🤓 Julian was a pleasure to work with. Answered my questions over the phone, and was honest about the wait time. Got there within 20 mins of our phone call and they took us right in. Purchased the tires online, had them delivered to another, less organized retailer, threw them in the trunk and let the experts at American Tire do their thing. Very happy with their professionalism, customer service and care. Will count on them for future tire needs.

I had a smell if burning plastic, and it was just that, they cleaned it, and they didnt even charge me.. needed an alignment and new tires..and now my car feels brand new. Where should I begin? I made a phone call ten minutes after they opened. They sounded busy. My mother caught a flat tire the night before, and had an appointment to take my older brother to his doctors apt. My brother is a recent stroke victim. After I explained my situation to the gentleman. He told me to go ahead and bring it. Gave me a price over the phone, and reassured me that hell take care of me and not to worry. As soon as I got there, within 5 minutes my moms car was already being serviced. Within 15 minutes I was paying to leave. Amazing service!! One that Ill never forget. This looks like my new spot to get my car serviced. Its tough to find good honest mechanics here in S.Florida. I highly recommend ATAC to anyone, in search of certified technicians.

I am a regular customer and first I would like to say that the owner and staff are extremely friendly. I am always helped in a timely manner. Ive been to several auto centers and as a female it is hard to find one you can trust especially when you dont know much about cars.However, the employees here have always been very honest and lay out my options for me. Not to mention, their prices are affordable.As a regular customer I find the negative comment on here to be ridiculous. There is definitely another story to that. I have never seen any employee here speak negatively to a customer.

The boss here is too rubbish, telling me that the fuel pump is broken and needs to be replaced with a new one, and I have to pay for the $500 replacement of the new fuel pump. Finally, I found out that my fuel pump is good, and they didnt change it for me. This is scamming us, dont come here!
