Richard was excellent in keeping me informed as to the status of my truck repair. Not liking how long it was taking to get diagnosed and then repaired, he kept me calm and explained the whole process. With covid and parts shortages, I was very pleased to get my truck back and repaired within a week. Some parts are taking months to arrive. TC tech was nice in explaining to me what the problem was. I am kind of annoyed. I bought a used car based on the service test being done at a Ford dealership so it would be more official than just going to a everyday mechanic and I get home to find that the rear windows dont work which wasnt on the report, as well as the fact that I found a paper under my seat saying that the mileage on the car was higher than stated on the Odometer which leads me to believe that the car wasnt really checked out and I wasted 170 bucks on a test that was supposed to help me make a well informed decision on spending thousands of dollars buying a car. Tried reaching out and company ignored me. Horrible.

Tried to purchase a 2018 Ford F-150 and the salesman Harold was great and very nice and professional. He wanted to make a deal but 2x we tried to get the sales manager to negotiate the price and he would not budge even though the truck was over priced by $3,000 and we were only asking for $1,500 difference and we had purchased 2 brand new vehicles from this dealer in the past. You would think that if we were a loyal customers that they would negotiate, but the sales manager would not budge because he cared more about getting top dollar than making a sale with a loyal customer who brings their vehicles there for all service needs.

Very long wait even with an appointment. If you have your car or truck serviced do yourself a favor and check all the work done. I waited over 1 hour for tires to be checked & filled to find out they didnt do the work or even fill the tires properly. I will not go back to plantion ford for any services !

They do the BARE MINIMUM at Plantation Ford. I got The Works service for my vehicle. Despite the vehicle inspection included in that service, I STILL left with two broken brake lights, no coolant, no windshield wiper fluid, no new tires, and no offer to have any of these items serviced for present or future dates. These items were either unnoticed/unchecked or workers didnt want to be bothered with doing them so they didnt bring it up. I actually asked about replacing tires, and was told they werent in stock. They didnt offer to order them and/or schedule that service. Again, THE BARE MINIMUM! If my vehicle is lacking something maintenance -wise, then they should let me know so I can take care of it.

Rafael at Plantation Ford is the guy to see if you want the best deal. When I came in to look at the truck we spoke about he was very friendly and made me feel like he cared about finding me the right truck. After test driving we spoke about numbers and he came back with a better deal than I thought I would get. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had by a mile! I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Lariat Tremor from Wilfredo Rivero and Joesph Fuller. I put a deposit down and waited for the truck. Once the truck came in I was quickly notified and the price for the truck was exactly what they said it would be. No hassle or haggling. It was a great experience to go to a dealership and not be haggled or mislead in order to get you in the door. It was 5 star service from the initial call even through to finance.

There is always a long wait with or without an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change Friday morning. Checked in and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. 30 minutes later it changed to a “3-4 hour wait, there’s a lot of cars back there”. What’s the purpose or scheduling an appointment then have to sit for 3-4 hours for a simple oil change? If I did not have an appointment I might understand the wait, but with an appointment, it is unacceptable.

Richard has always taken care of all my car needs. I wont go to anyone else. He is professional, honest and so nice. Ford has a keeper! Richard continue the great work!

All I can say is that this is a great dealership and they service my friends and family which is who referred me to the amazing Mike Kerwin to order another truck for my fleet. Went inside about 8:58-9:05 am oct 16 to drop of vehicle for my grandmother and was waiting while the only female receptionist there to finish. No hello good morning I’ll be with you shortly no customer service at all. Patiently waiting another customer comes in and within the minute “ hello sir how may I help you …..well you can go to the guy he’s available through the next door” I speak up and say “hey I’m here to do a drop off too” nothing. When the other receptionist guy finishes I ask the lady “ hey is it ok to go to that guy” she responds she doesn’t know what if he’s available she’s with a customer right now. 🤔 but you address the other person before me and don’t say anything to me while I’m on the other side of your counter as a paying customer. Act like you didn’t even see me, mind you I’m 6”0 black with size and hair yet you look past me the other guy who she addressed before that came in after me is Caucasian smh hope they do something about the customer service from that madam that’s there giving this bad service . Not acceptable at all!!

I had been visiting family in Plantation and was on the Turnpike heading home when I developed engine trouble and the check tire light came on. I was able to return to my son’s home and he recommended taking my Lincoln to Plantation Ford as he and his wife had shopped there and were very happy with the dealership.The service department was closing but Richard Hinton was very helpful and said if I brought the car in the next morning he would do his best to determine the problem and fix it before closing so I could return home. He replaced the sensor and since my tire was damaged I had both tires replaced and I headed home very pleased.I had the opportunity to speak to a number of the employees and found them to be cordial and professional. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!.I went to plantation ford due to my cars engine lag and what seemed to be transmission failure. First, I got there, and Richard Hinton attended to me. Mr. Hinton told me it would be 1 whole week before they looked at my car. I was ok with the idea. after a week, they called me back and said they would need to drop the transmission to find the problem. (my car had no transmission codes) I was told it would cost at least 1200 for them to look at the transmission. They were claiming that my transmission was causing my engine to come out of timing. I have never even heard of such a thing. After learning, I had to pay 1200, I declined, and i was asked to pay the diagnostic fee. Initially, I paid because i thought they were right, but I wanted a second opinion. I took the car across the street to Transmission King, and they quickly found the problem (timing belt replacement). Plantation ford was trying to literally rip me off for a problem my car didnt even have. It is extremely unfair they even charged me the diagnostic fee when they didnt even diagnose the problem. Moral of the story, never go to plantation ford, and if you have to, exhaust all options even mobile mechanics before you go.attached is a picture of my invoice for proof.

This is a customer NO service location. Service manager Kobi/Cody is a rude person, who only makes excuses for his lack of leadership ability. He could care less about dealing with customers. I called, made and appointment for 12 for a simple oil change. When I get there they tell me would take 2.5 hours to get the car in. Stay away from this place.

Took my new truck in for some body panel alignment issues. Bought at another dealer. Jose was my service adviser. He brought me to the body shop and they had my issues taken care of in a very timely matter. Even though the Ford pass app had my appointment scheduled with parts department.
