True Aluminum just finished an insulated cover over a portion of my screened-in lanai and it is perfect! The process was very smooth from start to finish. Garrett was patient, and responsive, to some unique features I wanted and sketched them for me in advance, so I had a visual. Cheyenne did a great job keeping me informed through the permitting process up through installation. The installation crew were fantastic...met with me before they started to make sure we were on the same page. A couple items came up during install, but the team provided perfect solutions. The finished product is high quality with workmanship to match. 5 stars isnt enough to rate my experience!!

We set up a contract with Jeff and he quickly answered all questions and was even able to update our contract when we had some requests. On install day, Jamar and Brandon showed up earlier than anticipated and quickly completed our project. They even made sure we had everything to our specifications including door placement and handle placement. They did such a great job and were so kind. We love our new space and cannot wait to spend time out there!

So glad and happy that I contacted True Aluminum to repair and re-screen my pool cage. Jeff DeVane gave me a quick and fair quote, Cheyenne Johnson kept me updated on the entire process and schedule, and Brandon did a fantastic job re-screening my cage and replacing my old door. Professional, prompt, affordable and great quality! We went to various people and businesses looking for a good quality but affordable screened in lanai with roof. It was everything we were hoping for and more! We will be using True Aluminium again for our new house soon! Go with TA they will take care of you and will not disappoint!

I contacted True Aluminum as part of a porch remodeling project. I wanted the screening replaced and the erection of a small lanai enclosure over a spa. This involved tearing out the original aluminum frame, replacing the old with new aluminum and then rescreening. As my porch is under a large oak tree, I particularly wanted to add the largest super gutter (7 in) with a leaf guard, which other companies told me was impossible. I went with True Aluminum because they promised me that they had a leaf guard that would work with their largest gutter. From start to finish I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the employees. Tear down and re-erection took only a few days. The installer consulted with me about improvements he could make to the design of the old enclosure. I followed his advice and the new version is much more solid structurally than the old one. He also skillfully enclosed the existing aluminum posts with new metal so that they match the rest of the new aluminum. The bends were as precise as were the cuts. Brandon, who came to install the leaf guard and insure that everything was done to my liking, was efficient, helpful and friendly. I asked him to install a bit of trim (1 in X 2 in X 14 feet) so that all the aluminum on the porch looked uniformly new, and he did so. He saw that a miniscule slit had been placed in the screen door by the tile installers and cheerfully replaced the panel for me in an instant. As I said, I could not be happier with the total experience I have had with this company. I give them my highest possible rating.

The screen room itself I don’t have a problem with. It’s the sub that did the concrete work. It was not done correct from the beginning and the fix looks like something a three year old did.

Just called for information and who ever answered the phone was very unhelpful and refused to give me the information Id requested. Do not recommend.
