American Home installed/ build a patio. I would like to thank Ryan for making this process from beginning to the end smooth. Ryan provided exceptional customer service. He was patient and reassuring while answering all of my questions. Mark handled all of the scheduling and all inspections as well as the installers . The team work diligently to make my vision come true .I can’t wait to put the finishing touches to the patio so we can have our family gatherings. I would recommend this company to anyone who has patio needs. Thank again guys for your remarkable services.

I had them enclose an existing screen porch with vinyl windows and screens (I did the doors later myself)When they did finally come with the windows it was all done in abt 6 hours., everything was well caulked and solid.I had 4 different companies give me quotes, all over 5k, but Mark at Home center came in just under and did the outside mounted windows which made more sense construction and design wise, all the other quotes wanted to do inside mounted.They are coming back this week to finish the section above the doors.Then Ill upgrade to 5 stars.It took them 5 months, stated the company that made the windows was backorder and factory closed because of infection....

Just a few months ago this company installed a Lanai or screen porch in my patio and as soon as the first rains began the leaks began, I have written and spoken to them on several occasions and they always promise to solve it and nothing that comes has happened anymore. a month and nothing to solve it, I think they are unprofessional and serious when it comes to serving their clients, even more so when the quality of their work has not been good. I would not recommend it to anyone else.

We used American Home Center to build a covered screen room in our backyard. We were quoted a fair price and nothing was paid until the work was completed. Ryan was very professional and returned all of our calls on time. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the great job they have done that we recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Amazing! Ryan was very professional and helpful in designing the perfect lanai for our home. We were out of town for two days and when we came home our lanai was already installed and we began to use it. The whole process was very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and plan to use them in the future as we are moving to a new home. American Home Center did all the necessary paperwork to get approval from the city and we didnt have to do anything. I cant rate them high enough...

I hired American Home Center to install my lanai screen enclosure. They were very professional and the work came out great! In fact, the day after the installation of my screen enclosure, it rained and there were no leaks! I was highly impressed by the workmanship and the company representatives great, friendly demeaner.

I had a patio/screen room installed 3 years ago. It started to leak after 1 year. I called they told me Actually Mark told me that his crew was out to re-caulk, it still leaked. I notified them again, they did not come out. I called AGAIN and was told they came and repaired it. I was in my home, no one showed up! When I called Mark insisted that his crew who is so dependable was there...well guess what? My sunroom is still leaking. I called again today. This is ridiculous. Please check into other companies prior to signing a contract with this one!

My husband and I have been trying to get in contact with Mark since August. We tried contacting his office multiple times to get him to come to our home to give us a quote amd even though the office gives him our information, he does not get back to us. We finally heard back from him 4 weeks ago on a tuesday and never even apologized for not returning our call. He said he would come to our home the Wednesday after and never showed up. I stayed home waiting for him all say and nothing. My family had other projects done by this company so I am not sure what was the problem.

American Home Center completed the extension of my patio and screen enclosure. Mark, Robert and the screen installers were very professional. They do quality work and I could tell they all were very experienced. My wife and I are very pleased with their work.

Stay away with the guy Chad/estimator also a son of owner. or Mark his coworker. Honestly, they are NOTTTTTT professional at all. Not responsive after Ive figured out they estimated price much much higher than my friend neighbor. They are rich company so they dont care about customer at all. Ive got much better price with same size for my screen room. If you are Asians or not white american, stay away from these guy or this company.

I have had American Home Center do several jobs for me, the first was a class room which turned out beautifully! Since them I have had them put a screen enclosure on a back porch and they will even do the small stuff; I had some screens on my front porch that needed replacing and they came the next day are took care of it for me. The best part is that they are great about cleaning up after the work is done. I will always recommend American Home Center......Thank you Mark!!!

Great quality but their prices are outrageous. Weve seen more & more folks moving into the bay area from out of state thinking $7000 for a small patio is a good deal when its not. I found a great company that does the job and charges the right price. Folks do your research, plenty of good companies out there. BEWARE of the bigger ones who advertise everywhere....they want to dictate price, bad mouth the smaller companies, than pin it on concrete material expenses when they reveal their magic quote number lol!

Mark and his crew designed and built a carport for our office building. We could not be more pleased! It keeps the back of the building and entrance completely dry on the rainiest days. Would definitely recommend, an A++ experience.

This company comes highly recommended by me. I used them to do my pool enclosure. The price was right and workmanship was second to none. Also I hired them to do mother in laws pool enclosure. She was extremely happy with them, if she was happy, everyone stays happy.

I gave Mark a hard time every step of the way do to my lack of knowledge but he promptly returned my calls and was very tolerant of me. I would and will be recommending American Home Center to every looking for an extension or patio.

We had fencing put up and a screen room built. The screen room went up great no problems. The fencing has been one problem after another and it still isnt fixed correctly. We have called several times and spoke to Mark and Chad but the problem with the gates still hasnt been resolved. We have had the fence up over a year now and they just give us the run a round and say they will put it on the schedule, never to return. I would not recommend them for quality fencing.

Very happy with my screened back patio & front entry way. Even have a dog door on the patio so my dog can go in and out, and on rainy evenings can still enjoy sitting outback and my dogs door closes. During the cooler months, the cross breeze with the front door and back doors open make it nice and cool in the house. With the metal at the bottom 2 feet, it prevents my dog from messing up the screen.

Had this company do a screen porch that had some unusual dimensions. Found out the the company that poured the concrete did it by not capping existing sprinkler heads and there was a leak through the foundation. Mark @ American Home Center stayed on the concrete pourers butt till they came out and fixed it. We and our pets love our Screen Porch. Thank you American Home Center!!

So disappointed in this company, I had called twice for a meeting and one online. The time I finally did get an appointment the guy called and cancelled right before the meeting, said would call back to reschedule, I have not heard back from him and this is three weeks later. Built a screened in patio for us and it is great. He is difficult to get in touch with at times, but he does have an answering service that gives him messages.

AMAZING!!! Only word needed for American Home Center. We wanted to screen in our porch before family came into town so we could spend some time outside. With less than a weeks notice, they came out to give us an estimate and put our screen up all before our family got here. I was shocked, most companies were quoting me way more and weeks out. I told them I knew it would be a long shot and they got back to me that same day saying they could do it. The porch was screened in within 4 hours and we were able to enjoy the back yard with our family. Could not recommend them more!!

I had been wanting to get a screen room enclosure done for some time. Had many companies come out and give estimates. The owner came out, walked me through options, and then gave me a solid estimate. I decided to go with them over the others in the Riverview area (I am a big supporter of family owned vs. the others). Took some time to get permits issued but the guys were here and done on a Monday. The owner came out afterwards to check the work and of course collect on payment. Seemed very helpful and I am happy to be enjoying the outdoors without being eaten alive by bugs. Have already recommended American Home Center.
