Love this place! Something for everyone. They have a drive thru or you can walk up to place your order, which you receive in seconds after you say what you would like. They have outdoor seating, which is nice on a beautiful day or evening. With the variety they have, their prices are lower than their competitors. If you havent already gone there yet, youre missing out. Go out for a drive and look for the giant ice cream 🍦 cone. Pull up, order and enjoy. Youll be glad you did!!

Not a fan of soft ice cream, but this is more like custard. Be prepared to wait. We waited an hour and then they closed at 10. The hot fudge sundaes are perfect. The smalls are quite big.

We go here a lot because they have sugar free ice cream and most of the flavors are good. I think vanilla is best. I had a strawberry shortcake (not sugar free) and it was OUTSTANDING!

Ordered 3 chicago dogs. No pepperocini and bun tasted like heated in microwave. Had a hair in one hot dog. Couldnt eat the others.

Delicious. Amazing. This time I had an ice cream float. Their food is delicious and their ice cream is appetizing. Very good place and fast too.

So I love Twistie treat but this was a bad experience. I ordered a Peanut Butter, banana, coconut milk shake and a half of Cuban. The Cuban was on point but the milk shake taste like they scooped peanut butter into a cup and served it to me. I ask the Young man behind the counter if he could make me something different and he looked at me and said I cant do anything about that. Worst customer service ever.

The milkshakes were good so I was told( purchase them for my mom). But that Cuban sandwich was horrible! The bread was old and hard the meat tasted like refrigerator! The May li was so thin when I deconstructed the sandwich I almost threw it away! It was supposed to be pressed the foul was hot the sandwich was not !!! The cheese was still unmelted!!! Mayo on one side of the bread mustard on the other not your typical Mayo/mustard mix so that it’s not dry! Continued Blessings but, I want return to this establishment!!💜🤸🏿‍♀️

Very disappointed, its 8:55pm and my family and I were sitting in the drive - thru reading the menu when the staff noticed my vehicle in drive-thru and turned off the light to the menu. I pulled up and a young lady came to the window, I asked if they were still taking orders she stated to me I can. After receiving our order I asked what time they closed, she stated 10pm. I asked why the menu was turned off while I was in the drive-thru reading it, it was explained they are almost out of select items. I stated to her we were reading the menu when she turned the light out, not cool. Next time we will go to Dairy Queen.

Never ate at a Twistee Treat but have always wondered how it would be, well my wife a I got a extra thick chocolate milkshake and it was perfect. I highly recommend their ice cream.

This is hands down THE GREATEST ICE CREAM PLACE, EVER!! All other ice cream places should be shut down! Twistee Treats has THE best food! Prices are great, staff is good, but the ice cream, oh the ice cream, you wont find ice cream like this anywhere else on the face of this planet. In fact, if aliens do exist, theyd come here for ice cream or off the entire galaxy! The best! PERIOD!!

Visited this location and was handed my banana split and peanuts uncovered. Like wow, the cover is attached. Why not cover customers food instead of allowing exposure of the outside touch the food/ desserts. Like the response is thats how we serve...ok! Theres always room for improvements and thats one improvement they should think about adopting. I paid and did not eat my banana split 😢

Its hard to go wrong twistee treat likely I like the vanilla and strawberry mix. How are the chocolates great and chocolate vanilla mixes good and just plain old strawberries good. The great in the waffle cones and the sugar cones or just in a bowl. Anyway you like it because you treat you is going to be great.

Worst experience ever. My girlfriend and I each bought milkshakes and they both honestly tasted and had the consistency of water with chunks of Oreo in them. We couldnt even drink them because they were so bad. Very dissapointed because I have always loved the location in Hudson, this one however is the worst Ive ever tasted. Go anywhere else but here people. Unless you like paying to be sorely disappointed, then go for it!

I recently visited this location on 10/4/ 2018. I ordered 2 vanilla ice cream in a cup. My niece discovered black hair in her ice cream. I called to let them know and her response was well I cant really do anything about it! I will never return! No customer service! The employee is clueless! Worst service ever!

I was honestly disappointed in our visit here. I have been in Plant City for a few years and always heard how good it was. The ice cream was not very good. The staff was very friendly and the treats were all what we ordered they just didnt taste good. Maybe it was that we were there a little after 9 and they were getting ready to close but I was just not happy with this visit. For my money I would rather go to Dairy Queen a few minutes down the road.

If I could give them zero stars a would. Ordered a large strawberry slushee tasted it and the after taste of it tasted just how the place smells (almost like soap). Went back up there they made it seem like I was lying or something and at first said there’s nothing they can do and didn’t try to offer me anything else until I asked then offered me a ice cream cone less than the the cost of the slushee. Won’t be going back.

Fabulous soft serve ice cream, shakes, malts and sundaes. A few outdoor tables, but usually not cleaned, not a relaxing view unless you like the cars on James Redman Pkwy.

I have been going here for the past year, and until today I felt it was a good place nice amount of ice cream for the money.Well today I went and requested a medium chocolate cone, well my come hate a hole in it and the ice cream was about an inch high, when I asked the ignorant woman why so small she laughed and said sorry and good by. Well Ill never go again. ok

Went to Twistee Treat in Plant City, FL on 9/8/18 around 7pm. I ordered 2 large cookies and cream twisters one of them was given to me on a double foam cup. When I got home and was eating it I noticed a piece of moldy plastic inside my cup. I pulled the cup out and the foam cup had two holes on the side of the cup and on the ice cream had piece plastic with mold!!! The broken pieces of foam were going through the cup with the ice cream. That is disgusting!!!! I called to complain and I asked for the manager. The same person that took my order and answered the phone said that she was the manager named Kaylee. She didn’t have no explanation or apologized on why the cup had two holes on the side and pieces of foam going through the cup and instead of preparing a new cup she placed a new cup over it. I was nieve to not pull the cup to check when I ordered at the drive thru. It was raining and I didn’t check it. No customer service skills!! The worse experience!!! The owner needs to please do quality checks and improve customer service!! Not Going Back!! Sincerely, Unhappy Customer
