During the Memorial Day sale, I purchased two kayaks for a great price. I went back a day or so later to buy a few more for my granddarlings and they were all sold. Dave, the awesome store manager, told me that he would get them for me and would honor the sales price so we began our long summer journey. After numerous attempts, he was unable to obtain them from the vendor even though they said that they were being shipped. Eventually, Dave was able to locate some comparable kayaks at the Zephryhills store and had them picked up. He kept his word and he honored the sales price as he promised. I want to thank Dave and his staff (especially Peter) for being patient and persistent on my behalf. My family is so happy and ready to go kayaking as soon as possible.

That guy Jacob will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. He rocks . And I will drive from all the way from Lakeland to plant city for that kind of service and quality parts . Hurry up and take my money 😂

Theres a great variety of stuff in this place at a reasonable price. I enjoy looking around. They also have some clothes, shoes and jewelry. I purchased a pretty nice bird feeder at a good price, squirrel resistant. The only complain is that the staff here are not friendly.

They have an assortment of products, from lawn care, clothing,live 🐥 for sale, as well as feed, and a variety of landscape objects. Personnel are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is plentiful here wheelchair accessible as well as wheelchair entrance.

Placed an online order for a safe with a coupon for pickup today.. Received email confirmation that order was processed and that we would receive an email when it was ready for pickup. An hour or so later we received an email that our order was canceled! Called the store and asked to speak to the Manager and was hung up on TWICE!! Called back and finally spoke to the Manager! His response was that someone had called in and placed a 48 hour hold on the same safe (no money was put down).. When asked why IF we were able to complete the purchase online, pay IN FULL for the item, and were waiting to pick up the item TODAY how that was possible?? He stated that they “Forgot” to take it offline and “IF the other guy doesn’t show up tomorrow or doesn’t want it we’ll call you”... He was extremely RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least especially since we had ALREADY PAID for the item and were waiting to go pick it up! But HEY who knows maybe they REALLY needed that extra money that my COUPON had saved me that the other guy didn’t have 🤷‍♀️.. HORRIBLE Customer Service All Around! Will never waste another cent buying ANYTHING at Tractor Supply! They have totally lost our business!

Decent selection, but wow, horrible customer service! I have used this store for years, but almost always I know what I need and where it is. A year ago, I bought a bee hive and a bunch of bee supplies. They didnt have exactly what I needed, so I was directed to the customer information desk. I had a mostly unhelpful employee at the desk, but I got the order placed.Unfortunately, nobody called or emailed when the order came in. I called the store and was told the order had been sitting in the back of the store for days. I immediately got in my truck and went down there... and found the hive was there, but several frames were broken.The employees helped me that day and replaced the frames (heck thats why Im giving them two stars, not one). They even called me as soon as the frames came in. After this, I figured I just had a bad experience with a couple of employees and decided to give them another try. When it came time to order more bee supplies, I went in and posted up at the help desk.... where I found an employee talking to an off duty employee about how she should sell her cheesecake as a business.I was told to use the touch screen to order my items. No help. No suggestions. When I told one of the employees I couldnt find what I needed, his response was oh well.I called the vendor and found out what I needed was on their website, but I will be dipped if I was going to buy anything from this store after all that!If you wonder why brick and mortar stores are going out of business.... this is it. Tractor Supply could have made a $200 sale, with a guarantee of lots more down the road, but now Jeff Bezos got my business. I usually support local businesses, even when they are big chains... but I cannot overlook a trend like this. Sorry, Tractor Supply, you lost a customer.

This is a real tractor supply as they have tractor parts. Unlike the new Seffner store. I’m always Modifying tractors and mowers and always need belts and pulleys. This store normally has what I need. Stoped by the new seffner store and they have nothing.

Cashier Olivia was obviously off in her own world. I stood at her register to ask her a question but she was too busy conversating with the other cashier, finally asked her for an item and she wanders off to do other things. Finally my husband asks her for the item again and she gets it because it is behind the counter. I know this already because I purchase it often just not from this location and I will not be back to this one. I go to the Bartow store and their customer service is always amazing. One more thing, when we first walked in, she hit my husband with a shopping cart she was bringing in and a dog, didnt even say excuse me or sorry.

I enjoy shopping with my dog. The staff are always eager to go out of their way to help. The prices are fair and the store is very clean.

The animal foods are diverse, from reg. Name brands in the grocery store to grain free specialty foods for animals with allergies. Buying in bulk is sometimes better, but even the smaller sizes have discounts of $2 and $4 off, so they are affordable. Also, for the jeans, and western wear, they offer a lot of different styles. This store has candy, household supplies, boots, and a lot of others items, and childrens toys, but not much to do with tractors though as the namesake implies.

This was my first time ever in a tractor supply store. Usually I just use home Depot lawn and garden center. I found some things like fertilizer and seed to be cheaper than home Depot. In addition, the help was very knowledgeable oh, it is a large store, and they were able to tell me where everything was. A very interesting store if youve never been to one.

I needed an item in a hurry due to a cattle drive coming this weekend and the boss in charge found what i needed and had one of his senior experts take it from there and get me what i needed.the genuine interest in my needs and my urgency was met with the most courteous and thoughtful approach to getting me what i needed.i love it when a magician pulls a rabbit out of a hat right in front of me and that how it happened.i am always happy to visit Tractor Supply as the staff from the back stock rooms to the cute cashiers up front, you cannot go wrong at the Plant City Tractor Supply store.i am so sorry i am terrible with names...but the boss in charge got the ball rolling and one of the associates was chosen to help me out.i cant remember names, but we did chat about his Dad and other family members also in the cattle business and we swapped a few stories.Then when it came time to check out, I had the most elegant and down to earth Cow Girl Gretchen take care of me and engage in useful conversation to make sure I found everything I needed and to make sure that I was appreciated as a valuable customer.Perfect night at the Tractor Supply Store ;-)

We like the small town culture while still offering large selection of hardware and other farm related supplies.

We get our animal food there when they have. Lately just been making the drive to rural king in Lake Wales because they don’t carry enough bags of horse food for us. Customer service is good we just need more than they keep on hand.

Pretty good Tractor Supply. They have huge bundles of fence posts and are happy to load a few tons of them with you. They have plenty of other things you need for your farm.

I love getting my pet supplies here. The farm supplies are great in every state that I have visited the TSC.

I love going here for all my pets needs. There is always someone willing to help me find what I need and help me carry out the heavy stuff to my car. I have yet to encounter someone rude or who isnt friendly. I always get honest answers to my questions even if they dont know the answer they try and find an answer. Prices are very reasonable which is great when youre on a tight budget. I totally recommend this location since I havent been to any other locations I cant verify how they are. Love the Plant City Location! Great staff!!

Horrible.. couldnt find the items I originally went to get. So I opted to check out a new gun safe for the house. No help looking at them. Couldnt even get the attention of an employee to open one of them up. Looks like Amazon will be getting my money

I picked up hog panels and they only sent one person out to load my trailer. 16 hog panels pretty much requires two people to load them so I had to help. Not a big deal normally but Im handicapped... They couldve done better.

This place is really great. After Hurricane Irma, this was the only place that had received a shipment of generators. I spent a pretty penny, but I had air conditioning for my family since the power was out for the next 4 days during a heat wave.

I couldnt believe that they still had generators when everywhere else is sold out. So glad I thought to stop just to see and they had 15 but selling like hot cakes now that they think hurricane Dorian might be headed this way, now were all set if it does.

Anything for outdoor indoor.. Carhart clothing...chicks...ducks..they have anything you need...the staff is super friendly and helpful...we love going here

Everything was really neat and tidy in the store. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, my friend slipped and fell due to a puddle of water in the mensrooms. The staff didnt seem to be concerned at all with that because they didnt even take an incident report.

Stopped by this Tractor Supply to pick up dog food on our way back from the beach. They have a wonderful selection of food for dogs and cats. The only problem I had was the bathrooms were disgusting. They hadnt been cleaned but also they need updated.

He shows attention to each customer, actually helps when they are short on cashiers and helps loads vehicles if needed. He didnt ask for a review but deserves a good one. Coming from Illinois, I am spoiled to Rural King and there isnt one close to me. So I go here. It is clean, easy to get through and find things, and staff is great. There inventory is small, but thats just what they sell so you may have to find another store if your searching for something specific.

Line was crazy long and going quite slow due to only one cashier and at least 10 to 12 people waiting. So after waiting for like 5 to 10 minutes I get to cashier and have gotten shotty work and no answers as to when I can come back to find a matching two what I was buying and I will definitely need its clone.

Absolutely the worst tractor supply ever!!!! I traveled 30 miles to get there, i bought a pair of boots for 119.00 dollars and used my debit card by mistake and never entered my pin number. I pulled my card out right away and she canceled the sale. It shows it on the receipt. So i used my credit card. Fine. Or so i thought, i went to use my debit card somewhere else and it declined it. So after the embarassing feeling of leaving the store i get home to check my account, guess what tractor supply in plant city charged my account double and got real nasty with my wife when cofronted about it. And we still havent got our money back. Ill never ever shop there again. Its been a week.

Come on man, no 1/8 th inch pipe taps no pipe thread taps at all......say for example i broke a. Nipple. And want to tap a pressure switch into it i cant do it in plant City. Cause tractor supply, and LOWES both suck. Stock more hardware imbaciles.

Had what I was looking for and nice customer service

I went to go buy some vaccines, penicillin, and dewormer for my cattle. Their vaccine fridge is in definite need of repair. It was all crusty on the outside and had condensation all along the bottom, plus the light was out, so you cant really see the bottle. I went with my gut and decided not to purchase the meds in the fridge. They were also out of the dewormer I needed. Pro: they have a wide variety of feed brands.

I always thought Tractor supply only sold pet supplies or any Algaculture equipment. I was very surprised to find out that they also sell toys and I was able to purchase my son a Giganotosaurus that he wanted for his dinosaur collection.

I usually enjoy shopping here but today I inquired about a sprayer tank they had opened and left weathered but new. I was hoping to get a deal off the $350 price since parts are missing. Employee says they will only take $50 off and theyre not willing to negotiate. Not worth any more of my time there so I left and dont appreciate the tone of voice!
