Went to rent some equipment and it wasn’t there on time, the. They hooked my truck up to the trailer and they weren’t gonna plug in the lights only bc when they did they knew the trailer lights were bad. Louis their mechanic was very rude during the interaction he said they’ll see your tail lights but that’s not right! Louis said he knew about the light but apparently didn’t care to fix it. I definitely won’t rent from them again or refer them to anyone.

My wedding was on October 14th, so now that I can finally sit down and breathe I can write about my horrendous experience. So here goes; I spent around $1,200 on various tables, chairs, an archway and the delivery. My mother in law also called later to add roughly around 185 plates to that. When the day before my wedding came, the people who were to deliver the plates, chairs, and tables brought only the tables and chairs. They forgot the plates completely. Then, they left everything they delivered sitting in the pouring rain on the racks. Didn’t even bother to unload them or sit them somewhere out of the rain. When my aunt then had gone to set the tables up they were warped and the veneer was peeling off of them. There was wax dripped all over them as well. Next, the chairs were a white resin with a white cushion on them. They were so filthy that my husband (on the day of our wedding) had to go and help clean ALL the chairs before anyone could sit on them. Lastly, the archway. I paid $40 to rent that and when I got it set up I noticed that one side was completely torn up. The other side wasn’t much better but I had to pick the somewhat best out of the two sides. There was two different kinds of white paint on it that stuck out like a sore thumb. That thing also swayed so bad that I’m not even sure how it held up through the wedding. If I would have had more time I would have brought it back before the wedding. I was just very disappointed with everything I rented from you guys. I can honestly say there was not one decent thing in anything that I rented. So much so that I wish I would have never gone to Taylor Rental at all. I really regret giving you all my money. I can say I will never come back for anything and I will tell everyone I know to not use you guys because this is the quality of the items that will be received.

They had machine I wanted. They loaded and unloaded. Everyone was pleasant and there were no unpleasant surprises.
