Absolutely amazing store. I see they have remodeled the store. Highly recommend stopping by. Johana & other employees were outstanding. Went in for a shoes got me in and out so fast! Hopefully there will be more croc selection!

This store is the worse .there’s return policy and customer service is horrible .the assistant manger Joanna very rude .i hope they will train there managers better .if you buy something make sure you walk around the whole store before taking it home or they will not even exchange, even if there’s something wrong with the shoe .worse shoe store and culture.

So I walk in to the store at 7:56 pm website says they are open till 9:00pm. I get asked do I know what I want ? I said I will be quick ... Then the lady tells me they close in 4 minutes and got a attitude with me so I walked out. Being a manager myself I will always inform my staff that the customer comes first even if we are about to close. Its not my fault the website was wrong and it was the only time I had to buy shoes. (Working long hours and a 4 month old baby at home). So give you business to a company that is more motivated to service there customers.

Had the worse experience Ive ever had at this Plant City location . Young girls working did not have any customer service skills at all. They seemed to be mad or having a bad day, didnt even ask me if I needed help, had to literally beg them to help me. No greeting as I walked in, no exit goodbye have a nice day and one girl just looked at me as if she wanted to beat me up as I exited, thats was exactly her expression...
