Always have what I need and the cashiers are fast and courteous! Parking can be difficult to find because they stay quite busy. Staff is always happy to help and love how they will help you to your car if needed. The prices are pretty premium compared to other stores but if quality is important to you, you will not be disappointed. The pharmacy hours are not the best.

I called ahead looking for Uncle Matts ultimate immune juice. I spoke with a worker in produce who told me that they had the juice in stock after placing me on hold to look. He asked me which color I wanted I told him the Berry purple one he said oh yes we have it right here. I told him I would be there in 3 minutes. I arrived at the store and they do not have the juice in stock he stated it must have been some type ofmiscommunication.

Hello! Let me start by saying, I usually love everything here!Today I purchased a sweet treat in the bakery!Not happy! Im sorry but it seems like more pastry than filling! I cant taste the cheese at all nor see it!Item is a guava and cheese pastry bites!$4.49 of breading or pastry! Not worth it! Sorry just wasnt happy!

I went to Publix on 8/20 to order a cake for my sons birthday which was the next day on the 21st. I found the page in the cake binder and showed the lady taking my order the cake I wanted. When I went back the next day on my sons birthday they gave me a Dart Vader cake. I had showed her a Black Panther cake. She wrote the wrong cake on the order form. When I saw the cake was the wrong character I told the worker in the baker (I wish I got her name) and went over to the binder and showed her what I ordered, she started flipping thorough the binder until she got to the Dart Vader cake and said NO, THIS is what you ordered. That caught me off guard, I had to look around to be sure I was in Publix, that have such great customer service. I told her no, my son dont even know who Dart Vader is, I wouldnt order that cake. She put the order form up to my face (eye level) and said, it says Dart Vader, and you took it home this way, with Dart Vader in writing so there is nothing I can do. I dont have the time to remake your cake(I didnt ask for it to be remade). She was very defensive and argumentative. I ask her to get her manager, she did not, she looked around for a second and then went back to what she was doing, I went to the front end and spoke with the store manager David, he was great. I told him what happened and he told me he would handle it and have them remake my cake and personally call me when it was ready. He called me in about 1 hour 10 min after I left the store and told me to come to customer service for my cake and he wasn’t going to charge me for it. I decided not to pick up the cake because the lady I dealt with was more than likely the one that remade my cake in 1 hour after she said she didn’t have the time, and by her demeanor and the way she spoke to me I wouldn’t trust her with my food. So I bought an ice cream cake out the freezer and a couple of already made cupcakes instead. This incident kind of ruined the day because I know he would have loved the Blank Panther cake, but he did enjoy the ice cream cake.

I had a prescription called in. Neither myself nor the doctor thought they would close at 7pm on a weekend, but they did.Instead of calling me, and asking me when I could be there, maybe transferring it, they just closed shop and walked away.Now Im sitting here in pain, after sitting in the ER for hours.Thanks Publix. So kind of you for calling your customers to make sure theyre able to get their prescriptions when they need them.You would think a trained pharmacist would put two and two together, and call their customers to make sure they could make it there before they close. I will never shop here again; even if it means paying more in gas/prices.

I have ALWAYS order all my family cakes from Publix.And the fact that they thought this was even a decent cake is beyond me. If I could post the video of the second cake (that was MUCH worse) I would.

I was in the middle of making our grocery list when I remembered what my Hubby asked of me. Which is, go online or call the exact store that hes going to after he gets off from work. Check on stock. Do they still carry a certain brand, check if item is currently in stock, bogos, etc. Everything went smoothly until he got towards the end. The frozen food section turned into a nightmare for both of us. Before calling me, he did ask for assistance. Someone did come to help out, but did not give the quality assistance that Publix is known for. Clarification was for Starbucks Frappecino chilled coffee drink. He was told they dont sell anything by Starbucks. He found out on his own that he was searching the wrong aisle which was coffee, when he should have been looking at the snack aisle. Then he called me. I already knew he was worn out and exhausted after the long, hard and mentally challenging day he had dealing with clients of his own. I begged him to just check out with everything else and I would take care of the rest. He refused. He was down right mad. We spent over a half hour going over what brand and size could be replaced for what was on our list. It was becoming too much for us both. He was preparing to go to several stores just to get the list done. I was so relieved when he listened and took the cart to checkout, paid for our groceries and left. After all that, I had already started cooking beforehand. He brought back take out since it was so late. We both learned valuable lessons from this location. We will not go back for our groceries. We will go to the newer location here, or go to a nearby town to shop at Publix. Quality Service and Assistance has lost its way. Shame On You Publix! Of all the grocery/supercenter stores you chose to mimic, you picked the one almost right nextdoor to you.

The people behind the scenes here are worth a $Million$! They work hard to make sure the shelves are stocked and faced when we shop. That produce doesnt stack and refresh itself!Kudos to Ellen and the rest of the crew 🙌😍 for getting everything in and ready for the shelves! 🙌😍Not only do these employees receive the things we want to buy, but they guard the stores donations to other entities.Our church, Plant City United Pentecostal Church, in partnership with Frontline Community Services and this Publix store, serves the needy of our community by distributing their day-old bakery items. These items include a variety of breads and pastries that vary from week to week.We dont charge for these items, as that would violate (1) our purpose to help and serve the public and (2) our contract with Publix.

My favorite place in the store is the Deli. Fresh Subs & potatoes balls. Amazing staff very clean

Ordered sandwiches and the lady that was making them kept touching the ends with her body pushing them up. Instead of asking to remake them i just cut the ends off so we can eat them. To me thats unsanitary. They should move the sandwiches aside when reaching for the toppings to make sure nothing touches the sandwiches.

I like not having to scan my own groceries. Everyone loves BoGos.

We go here atleast twice a week Kadejah the cashier is a whole wealth of happiness and information. For instantance she educated us about the food pantry. My family and I are activists against food insecurity so we gave our first donation today. Chris in deli is the best he has the patience of all the saints . The store is well lit, the bathrooms are always spotless,you can ask anyone for anything they can tell you where it is. The only complaint I have is the sushi I get more and pay less at my favorite restaurant just less than a mile away. Other than that Publix will always be my store of choice

I love publix. One of the employees was very nice & helped me with every thing I needed, but Bhavi was very rude. Needs to be fired with that attitude!!!! I expect that attitude from walmart workers, not publix.

It had been a while since my last visit there. I stopped going there because at the time Hillsborough county had a mask mandate and multiple people were in the store maskless. I spoke to a supervisor who told me that there was nothing we can do about it . Since the store did not care about my concern I stopped going there. Tiday was better but still maskless oeople in store. The service was good as was the personnel I encounteted.

Best grocery store in Plant City.

Sometimes it’s hard to see the good in people and the fact that you can find it simply by walking into a market means a lot! David the manager or may be higher I don’t know! Was hands down the definition oh human kindness! Thank you so much you help me and my family more then you’ll ever know!

Nice store. They always have enough cashiers to keep the checkout line short. Bakery is super helpful and is always willing to make up a box of cupcakes just the way I like ( with vanilla frosting). Good sushi selection, sometimes Ill just pop it and get some for lunch. The only issue I have is that Ive talked to several managers about getting a certain flavor of an item and sticking some items in cans vs. Glass bottles as it would be better to have around the pool or beach side. They nod their heads, but nothing ever happens. Been 6 months and several request but still dont have the items I requested. It is nice that they have the publix liquor store nearby.

I love this store. The people are always friendly and helpful. If you need a great bakery for your special occasion this is the go to store. My family has used this store to make 6 wedding cakes over the years and they are always done beautifully. Just recently I ordered a birthday cake for my dads 90th birthday. I wanted it done in special colors and the lady was extremely helpful in accommodating my needs. The cake turned out beautiful as always and I did not doubt I had picked the right place for this special day. This location does make shopping a pleasure!

This is a great Publix. Always pleasant and helpful. I love shopping here. They didnt have the Sushi I like so the gentleman making it doctored one for me. Another happy customer.

This afternoon I picked up a birthday cake and a few other items.. I was really struggling with getting through the checkout line with my children. The employees were so polite and loaded my cart onto the checkout belt for me .. packed my cart and dropped off my groceries at the car! Kevin was exceptionally helpful and polite. This experience could have been terrible due to attitudes but it turned out to be wonderful. The cashier provided stickers to the kids which helped distract them 🙈. Thank you for helping me so much!

This is one of my favorite grocery stores to go to! All of their staff are very friendly and will help you with anything you need. The deli is always full of fresh food. The store is kept very clean and orderly. I enjoy shopping here whenever I need groceries!

Felt insulted I walked in with a juice as I was paying for my stuff I told the cashier I got the juice at a subway. Why does the bag boy bring it upon himself to ask me in a very rude way. Did you get that here why would I pay for everything else and not this bud wow I guess I have to watch what I bring in with me.

I recently had a procedure and was prescribed a blood thinner I must take daily and forgot to call my Dr. for a refill on Friday. The earliest I couldnt get in touch with my Dr. for a refillOn Saturday I went to this Pharmacy and explained my issue/situation to the pharmacist and she gave me 3 pills to get through the weekend. What a relief! Great job. I wish I could remember her name, but she was awesome! Kudos to her. Thank you!

I had gone to 6 other Publixs deli and asked for the garlic tofu veggie sub. No one knew how to make it so I always directed to the veggie sub. I believe her name was Denise she had glasses and dark blonde hair. When I asked her for it tonight, she said, No we will figure this out. She actually went to the back and studied it and made it. It meant allot to me.

This place smells terrible. Isn’t the cleanest . They never have what I am needing. The pharmacy workers are just rude and act like you are a problem when you call . I’ve been lied to by the pharmacy. Customer service is decent but only if you get the right cashier.I will be driving to another Publix 20 min away instead.

Not only are the staff super friendly and easy to make conversation with; but it has been pouring all day and we needed groceries before the work week. There was a gentleman in a yellow publix raincoat waiting to help load cars up. My boyfriend brought up the car and he started to attempt to put the groceries in the trunk. The gentleman took over and me and my boyfriend got to sit in the car and not get rained on. The gentleman loaded up our groceries and let us know it was safe to drive away. I could not ask for better service.

Very good neighborhood grocery store. I went shopping there while I was staying at a friends house nearby. It had everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful.They have parking available and its close to the entrances and exits. All in all It was a great experience shopping for groceries there.

This was by far the worst customer service Ive ever had Im literally driving to another Publix where there is some respect. I went to drop off a prescription and the lady didnt talk me or tell me how anything would work all she said was it will be ready in a hour. I just asked her why it would take that long and she put her hands up and rolled her eyes and with an attitude said because they have to charge the insurance company. I then told her this is terrible customer service and asked if she was gonna ask for my number to tell me when its ready. I then made up my mind and turned around and told the other lady there I want my prescription to go to a different Publix. And she gave it to me with a stank face. These people definitely hate their jobs and I will never go to this Publix again

My trip to Publix was absolutely amazing. David (store mgr) helped me to dig through the turkey s and got the perfect oneAnd helped me to find the butter creole to inject the turkey. Joe Sevengy (meat department ) cut and packaged my pork loin exactly the way I wanted it. Susan (seafood specialist ) helped with my purchase, they were all helpful, smiling and very friendly.The same for the cashiers. I LOVE PUBLIX, where shopping is definitely a pleasure .

I really like Publixs they always have lots of cashiers, lines move fast, always trying to help you take your bags to your car, and help you load them. Fresh food, if your not happy they will let you return it..best place to shop for food.... if you cant find something they will help you.. try them youll like them
