Love coming to this one, easy drive right off of the interstate. Very clean, with a refreshing layout within the store. I come from Dover/Seffner area and use this store.

The electric went out while we were shopping there today. The Publix employees and manager were awesome. The female manager deserves a raise for the way she handled the crowd under pressure. Joey from the deli shout out! Fast at cash register.

My neighborhood store, very close to home. Friendlypeople whom love their jobs. Delicious sandwiches and preparedfoods.

Always a pleasure doing business with Publix. Just stopped in to pick up a deli sandwich for dinner. I asked for the L.T.P. and onions on the side. Got home and there was more than enough for the sandwich so I fixed up a good size salad to go with dinner.

We had so much fun shopping there customer service was great. customers were very friendly. Abraham the customer service cashier cashier was very professional very professional the nicest guy you wanna meet 8 I really enjoyed the experience....

Clean & well stocked. Had to skip the sub I went in for the bread was a bit too hard for my liking. It was somewhat crowded but the friendly cashiers moved the lines very well so you didnt wait more than a minute.

I have been shopping here for years. My only complaint is theres only one place to return shopping carts in the whole parking lot. I would appreciate it if they would improve that situation.

Its Publix....shopping is a pleasure. Go ahead, clip coupons, chase all over town trying to save a buck. Overall one might spend a tad more at Publix, but it just isnt worth the struggle to me. Wide, clean, well stocked aisles. Name brand products or store brand, full service bakery, delivery and pharmacy.

Clean store just dont ask the manager how to make special orders or how to get items pulled for next day pick up. I run charters on yachts and was asked to bring platters of certain items. Went to customer service and asked to have said items put aside. Was told I would have to go to each department and get them tomdomit and then didnt know what department had witch items. Very sad. It seemed they were more worried about the appearance of the front end then with actual customer service.Yes I shop here a lot. Just know I am on my own for what I need to find.

Store is clean as all Publix are! And theres a 79 year young lady that is spunky and vivacious that works at this location. I fell in love with her. Sweetest person ever!

Friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately the shelves are becoming bare and making it difficult to find the foods that you like. But with the so-called difficulty unloading ships and finding people to work from what were told by the media food prices are going up and availability is going down. You would think Publix wouldnt be affected but they are just as much affected as everyone else. My question is is this lack of food on the shelves deliberate?

Clean store. Quality produce. Nice associates. Always ask if you need help. Dont shop here too often, because the sales never align with the items I need. However, the store and experience is still excellent.

Publix its always clean and the staff very friendly. I was recently disappointed though. I made three trips there for a bakery item on sale. There must be a shortage on lemon meringue pie because I never found one at three different locations.

Very nice produce we purchase strawberries and they were delicious I would definitely go back for my vegetables

This is a very very busy store. Fantastic meat and fish dept. be prepared to pay a little more for everything. I have no clue why the other Publix on Thonotosassa is cheaper by around 0.20 cents an item. Go figure

I went here to get my COVID-19 shots. The pharmacy staff was very courteous. Also they have the best fried chicken

I love all the Publix stores. They have the best bakery, and Deli.the only thing is the meat dept. wants to close their fresh cut area and place the steaks where all the packaged meats are.

This Publix store came through for me creating 4 food trays & wings in less the stated 24 hrs required . They couldnt provide delivery, however they were short of people. They were extremely helpful and provided nice trays. Thank you Jake and those who helped put this together in shirt order.

Had to drive over 1.5 hours one way, two times for my Covid vaccines, even though some Publix were fitting people in so they didnt have to go to two Publix, times 2 because we could not initially get appointments together. I commend Publix for offering the vaccine, but your system was totally messy for many. The pharmacist at Plant City Publix was delightful both times, but hubby & I would have preferred not to have been scheduled in Plant City & Cape Coral. Have your corporate offices do what others have been m/l forced to do to remain safe. I look forward to a rational answer.

Its publix. The quality is good. The bakery is to small and has very limited selections. Most of the store items are the same limited on quantity. The store desperately needs an upgrade. The staff is very helpful and courteous.The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the need for the store to be upgraded.

Always good there, never have to wait long in line because they always have plenty of cashiers there but I do miss the food samples they used to cook in store

Publix is a great store with great customer service. They always have the best fresh produce. Some things can be pricey but overall it turns out to cost the same as the other stores are higher prices on the things that you save $ on from publix.

Went in to get us some dinner. Hardly anything in the hot food in the deli So I got 5 chicken wings and my husband got a chicken leg and wing. The girl informed us that all she had was sweet potatoes wedges not regular wedges so no sides to go with the chicken When we got home they were So cold could not even eat. Very disappointed. At this same store I have bought Tennessee Pride Hot Breakfast Sausage that was outdated and had to return it.

You might think theyre expensive, but thats what gos along with quality.

Yesterday I bought a cookies n cream cake slice then took it home only to bite into a pice of cardboard inside the cake I took the cake back to the store ask for a manager didnt get one and the same person said I can get you another one or refund your money in this day you would think they would be more concerned not very sanitizitary
