I haven’t purchased or serviced my car here, but every time I am in the area and need a charge, they are super welcoming and allow me to plug in for as long as I want. I can confirm they are nice even when they’re not trying to get your business (a hard thing to find in a dealership). Highly recommended!
Frankie in sales and Kirk in financing were both excellent. Our experience was hassle free and haggle free, and the car was incredibly fairly priced. As a woman purchasing a sports car I was not pressured to buy the extended warranty. The best part is the car itself - I liked the looks of it online, but loved it when I saw it in person. Drives great and we are both excited! My 2019 Mustang matches my husband’s 1968 Camaro. (I did test drive a 2020 Camaro, and it’s hot garbage compared to the Mustang.)
I had avoided service at dealerships for over 20 Years . My experience with service there consistently had been unsatisfactory due to poor communication, having to communicate through a service representative who had limited knowledge .In the last couple of months I took my car for service to Jarrett-Scott Ford and had Robert Dills as a service representative . The first time I went in it was a complex fuel system problem I had spent a lot of money on that hadn’t been corrected . Robert carefully listened to everything I knew about the problem and I believe he had it figured out what was wrong before choosing a mechanic who also knew about that problem . After months of aggravation and $$, it was repaired perfectly .Recently my hood release failed and the problem was very tricky to fix on my car. Robert saw it through to perfect completion . On both occasions I saved $$ by taking my car to him . There is no doubt that he listens carefully, is knowledgable and is driven by customer satisfaction. Save $$ and simplify your life see Robert .
Had recently taken my 2020 ford fusion in for its first oil change and after waiting well over an hour I finally recieve my car back and the car had zero oil put in. They had already drove it with no oil back up front and it idled for a good minute luckily it didnt die in the parking lot. They tried driving it back into the shop with no oil(which is asinine) and I had tell them to put oil in it. Ever since Ive gotten my car it has a small tick and Im dissatisfied with my time here and will not be back.

Dont bother making an appointment!!! Made one a week in advance. Dropped truck off at 7:30am and still wasnt touched at 2:30pm. Got my keys back and left! What a waste of my day!!! This was for just an oil change! Thank God I didnt choose to wait, I would still be sitting there!!! Warning terrible service!!!
The maintenance department is the worst!! Never make an appointment unless you want to ruin your day. I have arrived early for my appointment twice and both times ive been told the wait was gonna be 3/4 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. whats the point of making an appointment. STAY AWAY

We have been to the service department here many times and have been pleased up until recently. We called to make an appointment for a recall. We had to wait 2 weeks to get the appointment. They knew what the appointment was for. We take the car in on the day of the appointment. After having the car for 4 hours, they call to say they dont have the part and wont have it for 2 days. I believe this is poor management. We got no explanation of why or apology.
Came in for my first oil change since purchasing my 2020 F-150. Beverly was proffesional, courteous and the job was completed on time as promised.There was an issue with first oil change being free. My wife and I have been seriously considering trading in our 2014 Edge for a 2019 Edge to carry her into retirement. In the past, we bought from another Jarrett Ford Dealer and was very satisfied. We stopped into Jarrett Ford in Plant City, and they had several nice Edges, but my wife wanted a blue one. David Sooley met us on the lot like all good salesmen should, and did a great job showing us what was available, without that high pressure sales tactic. David went into their system and found us a blue Ford Edge at one of their other dealerships, and had it brought over to Plant City the next day. My wife has been driving to work this week in style, and a smile, in all the heavy traffic. I highly recommend Jarrett Scott Ford in Plant City.
I was wondering why there arent any black employees at this dealership, so I applied for a sales position that they have an urgent need for with plenty of experience as well as I live 2 blocks away. I meet EVERY qualification and then some.. Why was I not offered an opportunity? Click on their website and go to where it says meet the staff... Not one black employee..Here we are a month later and they just posted another URGENTLY hiring sales position.. Smh....

In all my years of buying cars I will have to say I have never dealt with a more professional dealership. I dealt with 2 gentleman there. My salesman Julio Vazquez and their business manager Michael Heverling.They were both exceptionally friendly,courteous and knowledgable.Gave me an unbeatable deal and the whole transaction was as smooth as can be.Both men made me feel at ease from our first communication.I flew in all the way from CT to buy my Edge for a deal no other dealer would touch.My friend who traveled with my was also so impressed that he will be contacting them for his new van!
A/C is out in my expedition. Looked online and there are tons of appointments from 3 to 5pm available, COOL! Called to see if I booked the 3pm would I be able to drop if off earlier to be back home in time for the kids to get home from school. If youve ever used online booking thru ford, it does ask you what type of service youre booking. (I DID NOT select oil change, I DID select maintenance and described my issue and the appointment was still available for 3pm) The person that I spoke to on the phone when I called to ask about early drop off informed me that they didnt have any available appts today despite all of the available appts that are displaying online. He claimed those were all for quick lube. I explained I was able to book, and that I didnt select quick lube. He said sorry but we can fit you in next Friday. NEXT FRIDAY??? No thank you! Ill find another Ford dealership that isnt just being lazy and you can forget getting my business anymore!

Wife and I are very pleased with our 2017 Ford Expedition that we purchased from Will Repko @ Jarrett-Scott Ford back in February. We had found the car on the web and called for an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Will showed us the car and answered all our questions while we took a short test drive. We decided to buy the car and went back to the Dealership to meet with Jim, the Business Manager to do all the paperwork. Will & Jim were both very professional and easy to deal with. We made plans to pickup the car the next day, and the next morning, on the way down to the dealership, Will called to say that the car was ready to pickup when we were! It had been scrubbed, detailed, polished and ready to go! Will & Jim were ready for us and by-all-means the car was spotless and waiting for us. Will had done everything he said he would do on his checklist, and Jim had everything ready for us to sign. Weve never had such an easy and enjoyable experience when buying a car before. These Guys run a Tight Ship..!! No pressure at ALL, and a few laughs along the way. Will is a Gentleman and a Scholar. There are very few of us left, Indeed..!! I understand that Will has recently been promoted to Internet Sales Manager, well deserved and well done. Jim was happy to see us and remembered our names when weve gone back to the Dealership for Free follow-up service. I usually get ok service here, which is why Im going three stars instead of lower, but they have definitely had their moments. Todays one of those. And yes, I leave them reviews when things are good too, not just when Im annoyed. First, I was disappointed to roll in for my appointment and find literally not one employee wearing a mask, not even the service reception guy who is literally within two feet of every single person who comes in here. Ive been here multiple times through this and theyve been a little lax in the bays, but not like this. Literally not one person. Believe this is still a problem or not, but theres a county ordinance in place and this is a service business. I dont like sweating through my beard under this thing either, but if I have to do it to protect them from me because its the law, I should think they must do the same for me. And also just to look like they care about their customers, frankly. What am I supposed to do, sterilize the truck interior for an oil change because four different strangers have been in it without the simplest precautions? Talk to a manager? Clearly he already knows. I can see him from here and hes not wearing one either. So Im waiting outside where its 93 degrees instead of the waiting area with a half dozen unmasked employees plus customers. Next they were over a half hour late for my appointment. Someone drove the truck off after 15 minutes like he was taking it in and I wasnt going to say anything over 15 minutes, but 20 minutes later he drove it past me into service. I now have the truck back and have been here an hour and a half ... for a 30 minute routine oil change and maintenence check under the maintenance plan I already paid for. They must be short handed. Maybe someones out sick.
DO NOT GO HERE RIGHT NOW 5 employees have tested positive for covid and there are people in the service department currently sick and still working refusing to get tested! Wear a mask and get vaccinated!!

I have bought MANY vehicles over the years. This experience was by far one of my best! My fiance and I were looking to get something with 3rd row seats and looked we looking at the Ford Explorer, Chevy Traverse and GMC Acadia. After dealing with the sales teams at all 3 locations, the team at Jarrett Scott Ford were open about anything we asked. No games, no gimmicks. Just straight simple dealings. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone searching for a new vehicle. Julio Vazquez was our sales person, and he was wonderfully polite and professional. The New Car Manager Chaun was extremely helpful in explaining our pricing terms and what rebates and incentives were available and the Finance Manager Michael was no pressure, and very detailed in explaining all of our options for warranties, and stuff. The entire staff there were all friendly and professional.
Dealer and service area were clean all the techs were social distanced and everything was on time without at a hitch, no pun intended. I only had warranty work done so it was easy.They did say the engine guy was backed up until late November. So I might be back to get it looked at if I want to wait till then.

I was so pleased with our treatment at this dealership they made us feel special and we are just average folks. Overall, the vehicles they have are good quality vehicles and the staff was very friendly, however, the price on the vehicle looked at was around $3,000 more than the Kelley Blue Book value. When I presented this information and asked to see what they could do on price, the salesman came back saying that there is such a high demand on vehicles right now and that they would not budge on price. Not only did he say they wouldn’t move on price, but they would probably be raising the price after the “sale” they have going on currently. I would recommend the dealership if it weren’t for the fact of feeling like I was being swindled.
We recently purchased a Super Duty F-250 here. Michael Shelburn was our Sales Rep. he was a pleasure to work with. He stayed late to make sure we knew how to operate all of the bells and whistles. We have purchased several cars, but this was the first at Jarrett Scott. The folks are different here. No pressure, kind, polite and focused on making you happy. Pretty slow in every part besides selling cars
Went to look at truck on 7-14-2020 and test drove a 2013 F-150. Salesman Frankie Morales was great. I asked about the price and his manager said price is firm at 17999. I told him I need the price to come down. They wouldn’t budge. So it’s the next day and I see the truck dropped in price. I dont understand why they couldn’t come down when i was there. I feel like it’s a slap in the face.
The salesman are awesome the prices are ridiculously high and the owner says they cant deal down prices cuz theyve been 100 years and theyre too good for everyone else

We went there to purchase a truck the salesperson was nice but when he went to sales manager would not reduce it at all. It smelled of smoke real bad. He refused to lower the amount. So we left and couple hours later it showed the price reduced. As we sat there in their office he refused to do this and once we left he lowers it. That was a slap in the face and extremely rude. I don’t recommend anyone do business with people who acts so rudely. I feel sorry for the salesman who was professional and nice.
Noon on Friday, we were experiencing engine trouble in our F150 eco boost while pulling our travel trailer on I4 in Plant City. We pulled in here not expecting any miracles. What they did and the speed with which they did it was rendered, was miraculous! Even on an extremely busy day! Mechanics Steve and Derrell were knowledgeable, kind and attentive. This service department is outstanding!

Was told at the beginning of the deal that if I filled out financing paperwork and credit app that they would have the car I wanted (that was advertised on their website) brought down from a sister dealership so I can purchase. Well after I submitted a credit app and MULTIPLE hard inquiries are made on my credit, Im told the car is already pending a deal with the sister dealership so it cant be sold by plant city. DONT TELL ME I NEED TO GO THROUGH THE FINANCING PROCESS TO SEE IF THE CAR CAN BE BROUGHT DOWN TO PLANT CITY WHEN YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THE CAR I WANTED WASNT AVAILABLE FROM THE START - Instead, I was lied to. I was asked if I was prepared and ready to buy the car and you couldnt even deliver it... dealerships are always so quick to run someones credit - shameful. Experiences such as this are what give dealerships, sale representatives, and finance managers a bad name.

We stopped by to discuss trading in my vehicle for a new truck, but we felt like the salesman was there simply because he had to be. I felt like he was discriminatory towards me, simply because I’m young. He didn’t know that I was fully able (and ready) to buy a brand new truck, but he seemed very eager to hop over to an older customer that would fit his idea of a “good lead”. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re not being taken seriously because you’re “too young to afford this”.IF I ever go back, I certainly won’t be working with the particular salesman that I did before. I would like to work with someone more willing to help me get a good deal on a new vehicle.
Drove more than 3 hours to get to the dealership on a Saturday and arrived about 10 minutes before their scheduled close. Even so, the staff took their time to help me through the purchase process and I never felt hurried or pressured. Keith Cowger, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous the entire time, even though we ended up being there well over an hour past the time they were to close. On top of all that, I got the deal I wanted with no haggling or going back and forth with the sales manager, as is a usual tactic with most places. I heartily recommend Jarrett-Scott Ford and would gladly make the long drive again next time to purchase my next vehicle!

Incompetent employees. Spoke to Ashton about getting my F150 in for service. It had completely died on my and i would have to have it towed in. I asked ashton when would be a good time to bring it in. He advised me Tuesday would be and to ask for him. This was only less then a week now. I call today tuesday not only did he NOT have a slightest clue as to what i was talking about, but he has the nerve to tell me i dont have the conversation here on a post it note. Well buddy, maybe you should have. My plan was to fix this 2010 lariat sell it, then use the money as a down payment for a new truck. Brandon ford here i come.

Not a great experience would be an understatement but the sales person Sean was helpful and polite. It was the “sales manager” that ruined our experience. I took my wife to check out the vehicle and the deal had changed and the manager was to blame. I asked for a call as a courtesy and was blown off. Disrespectful.Absolutely was about price of the vehicle. NADA of 28,375 and they want me to pay $2200 over that, and no other lender was contacted or they ignored my specific instruction of not as I have a lender and financing already established.Response is an out right lie but more evidence of their character, have the approval and am taking my business elsewhere. No misinformation to the bank, they said the terms were altered by the dealer. Dealer attempted to add thousands of dollars to what I told them I would pay and the bank reacted to their numbers. DISHONEST to place the blame on anyone but the used car manager who is deceitful and didn’t have the nerve to reply by phone.

Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City is one of the few dealerships where I feel like I have been dealt with honestly and... wait for it... generously. I have a pretty fair knowledge of autos and several mechanic friends. Not only have they not taken advantage of me they have charged me far less than they could have. I have had work done on older vehicles, warranty work, and regular maintenance performed with them - thumbs up to the whole crew and especially to Jeff Coughlin!
This dealership was top notch! Brian went above and beyond to make sure our visit went smoothly . He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! *****dont waste your time*****Reached out to dealership on Sunday 3/17/19. Requested someone reach out to me about a car I was inquiring about. Next morning Ashley reached out to me. I told her the car I was interested in and if she can have someone reach out to me for more information. I received a call from John sales guy. From the get go he seemed very uninterested. Didn’t call me with the intent of giving me any information. Felt more like he was calling because he was told to call by his boss. After a few exchanges of text messages. Mind you this began at like 9am. He told me what my no sight trade in value would be. I replied back with where I would like to be and that was the last I heard of him. I felt totally disregarded. I sent him a picture of my car and waited for a response. Nothing! A counter offer or something in that sort but I received nothing. I text him the following morning and yet did not receive anything back. I reached back out to Ashley which was very professional. She explained to me that it was going to take me to come in and sit down in order to get anything done. I agreed. By the time my appointment time rolled around she sent me a text stating the car had already sold. She apologized.If the salesman would have been more professional and not treated me like a number then I wouldn’t even leave a review. Car sold wasn’t meant to be.

I dislike car buying. My past experiences have left a lot to be desired then I went to Jarrett Scott Ford and was helped by Steve Burgess. He was amazing! So helpful, honest and we got in and out with my new truck incredibly quick! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. ALL my future purchases will be at Jarrett Scott! I cannot say enough!!!
