My husband and I just happened to stop by this store. I saw it said the mattresses were Texas made so, we had to stop. We were met by Brian and he was great. He is super friendly, funny, and had just the right amount of southern charm. Brian took the time to listen to us and what we needed and let us try every bed he has available. In less than an hour my husband and I walked in and out with a new mattress. Great experience and highly suggest that anyone try them out.

Great place to shop for a new mattress. We did not expect much when we entered the store, but ended up buying three mattresses for us and our teens. Brian is great and very knowledgable. Best place in the Free world to buy a new mattress especially because the person that owns it helped protect our freedom. John was an amazing person. I had a wonderful experience at this store. They had a good selection and the employee who helped me was great. His name was Zain and he did everything he possibly could to get me the mattress I needed for a good price with a convenient delivery time. They got it up 2 flights of stairs easily and they were gone in no time.

I recommend The Mattress Guys Plano on Springcreek Pkwy! I cant find those prices on quality brand name mattresses anywhere else, plus excellent customer service. Go chat with Mike - I promise you wont be disappointed. He was super knowledgeable about his inventory, answered all my questions, and surprisingly listened to and respected my cost boundaries. He worked hard to find options for saving me every dollar he could, but was never pushy.

When I walked in I seemed a bit skeptical about the whole Mattress Guys and where it was located. However that was quickly changed as I was greated by Mike. Mike let me try all the beds out and hit me with the facts as I was laying there testing them out. By the end of it all I walked out with a pretty sweet deal.
