Freshest Ice cream in the area. Flavorful and delicious. Must try!

My first time here and I’m proud to say it’s on the top of my list of favorite ice cream places in Dallas! The flower shape of the ice cream on the cone is good for visuals and the variety and taste of ice cream is vast and great as well! They also allow you to try the flavors before you choose so that’s a plus! So savory and delicious. I found the quality of the ingredients to be lacking.

This is the best Gelato in the city . The owners are always very friendly . The inside of the store is always clean . They have a large selection of flavors . Amazing location by the park .

The best gelato youll find anywhere -- this is Turkish gelato, which is different from Italian gelato. Nothing is too sweet, too heavy, or too cloying, and its unbelievably low calorie and incredibly delicious. Every flavor tastes exactly like its name (I am amazed by pistachio, tiramisu, and peanut). There are milk free, sugar free, gluten free, and vegan options. The sorbets have this wonderful chewiness... I particularly enjoy combining rose and red berry, or strawberry and pineapple, or strawberry and lemon. Its a family business. Credit cards accepted. Dogs allowed on the patio.

Really friendly place, very clean, and a wide assortment of ice cream flavors. The ones we tried were delicious - Rose and Pistachio! Highly recommend coming by if youre in the area.

Best Gelato in DFW area.

Tried 3 different flavors and they all fell flat.

Came here with my parents and when I came in the door I was hit with a terrible stench like raw sewage smell. I went further inside and tried to look at the ice cream but the horrible smell was so bad it was making my eyes water. I decided to leave since I should not be buying food from a place smelling like that.My parents decided to disregard the smell and get ice cream there anyway. My dad tried to pay in cash but they refused to take one of his bills and claimed it was ripped (it wasnt)

In my opinion this place leveled up ice cream to a new high! I havent tasted any flavor that I didnt like. I especially enjoy the bitter chocolate. We always have at least one box in the freezer. Very clean, friendly service. When we go out on the weekends we make sure to stop by.

This was the worst gelato! I threw it away immediately. It is so old and tasteless.

I know this company, they have 4 different locations. Legacy store is the last one. Every store same quality and so clean. They are so friendly and their gelato was really yummy. Especially banana, lemon, milk ocean and coconut were so good. Their gelato has very low calories. This is very important for me, because I want to eat gelato every day. Thank you The Gelato Cone.

Walked in with high hopes, the amount of flavors was immaculate! staff was great but flavors were not it. after several taste tests i couldn’t make up my mind. i ended up getting cookies and it tasted like chunky milk. the group we attended with also agreed. the cherry thing tasted like NyQuil, blue sky didn’t even taste blue, and mint chocolate chip was a bit off in flavor and the chocolate chips inside were too hard.

It was the best ice cream that I tasted in plano, their tastes are very rich. They were very polite and nice people. I recommend it to everyone!

This is the best gelato i have ever had. The store is always clean. Nice service and always friendly. The owner is always there and explains whatever you want to know. The prices are ok. You all should now you get what you pay for. There are other cheaper places but this one is all natural and healthy.

The staff was very nice and was glad to give us many samples but I had a few problems with the Gelato. The coffee flavor had a horrible texture and was almost chewy. The mint chocolate chip flavor tasted like toothpaste and burned my throat. Also the berry flavor tasted like nyquil.

We came in hoping for some tasty gelato since the ratings were very high, but we were disappointed as soon as we started sampling flavors. The chocolate and berries flavor tasted like the medicine NyQuil and the milk chocolate had a very off setting flavor. I ended up getting the flavor “cookies”, which just tasted like cream, and the flavor “mint and chocolate” which tasted like mint floss or toothpaste and started to burn my throat. The service was normal but the gelato was a little pricey. Overall, I would recommend going to another gelato place if you want close to authentic gelato.

Where to start... Although I had no problems with the staff who were more than just average, giving us several samples, the gelato did not exceed my expectations. The nutella crunch was enjoyable but the mint chip had hard chocolate chips, I almost chocked. My group had many other negative takes on this gelato shop, the cookies didnt even taste like cookies and the sky blue didnt even taste blue (it was like a Carmel macchiato- if I wanted Starbucks I would get it). Also the flavors were very unacceptable (milks and rasins????) you will not see me back here again.

Delicious gelato, lots of flavors. My kids favorite place to ok. The biggest problem is having to make a choice! They will let you sample whatever you want. Its also in a great area of Plano. On a nice day its great to go eat somewhere and come here for dessert.
