The ice cream was amazing. The Carmel Apples and candy looked so great, I cant eat, but loved looking at it. Ice cream was so creamy and big chunks of peaches in the Georgia Peach ice cream. Will be returning.

Our favorite ice cream anywhere! Their New Orleans praline and Salted Caramel Ice Cream Cake are to die for!I do wish they’d be consistent in their hours and update those online. We’ve driven almost an hour to find they were closed!

Friendly staff. Yummy ice cream and lots of gift packages to choose from. Homemade marshmallows delish! Chocolate fudge is by the pound. Too many to choose from.

This is a great little place to grab something sweet. I shared a turtle sundae with my wife and picked up some candies for our boys. Everything was amazingly good, down to vanilla flavor in the waffle cone. The lady behind the counter was ridiculously friendly, the decor was cute and on point. Definitely go here if you are nearby.

I loved it here. I went for ice cream and was given a sample of their caramel. I loved it so much I went back to buy a whole bunch of caramels - original and sea salt! I went back twice! The staff is so helpful, warm and friendly. I tried their Sea Salt Caramel ice cream - so good! On my second visit, I had vanilla in a waffle cup with caramel topping. It was divine. I highly recommend this place. It is homey and lovely and I wish I could visit it again soon!

Ofcourse we r foodies n love trying desserts from the best places in town n Julwins is definitely one of them.The kids enjoyed grabbing their fav candies in ice cream shape.The fudge ( their most popular thing) was yummilicious.

Started going here when the Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory nearby closed. Figured I’d give it a shot, and I do not regret it! Kilwins is better. I always buy some chocolate&caramel covered apples during holidays and birthdays to share. Also great stop when you need to treat yourself.

Our office was gifted 9 different kinds of Kilwins caramel apples and let me tell you that every one I tried was amazing. Had the caramel pecan, salted dark chocolate caramel, and a plain caramel apple. The caramel is decadent, not hard or sticky but soft and chewy. I am now obsessed and so happy to see one in Plano!

The latest stop on my never-ending quest to try every ice cream and gelato shop in the DFW.While they have a good selection of ice cream, they offer far more as well, including many different chocolates and candies for the holidays.I had a cup of the Sea Salt Caramel and the Peppermint ice creams and was not disappointed. The Sea Salt Caramel was especially good; smooth and intensely flavorful.The young man attending to customers was a joy to interact with, which was nice to see in this day of seemingly failing customer service.Does Kilwins de-throne my favorite ice cream shop? No. But they do make good ice cream and its certainly worth a stop if youre in the area.

The ice cream was great but the customer service needs improvement. The lady behind the counter was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when asked about items on the menu. We were surprised because it was completely opposite from the customer service we received in the Kilwins location in Jacksonville, FL.

Generally when Im in the Shops at Legacy Im either passing through on Legacy Dr or going to one of the restaurants on Legacy Dr itself. Somehow this entire neighborhood on the south side of Legacy Dr was a mystery to me until yesterday. I found this place on a whim, as its buried slightly deep into the neighborhood. Im glad I did. Candied apples, fudge, and some really great ice cream. As far as I could see everything was nice and clean. Our server was super friendly and helpful. This is a must-try!

I’ve loved Kilwin’s my entire life from spending summers in Northern Michigan. The ice cream is outstanding, the fudge is to die for and all the candies are incredible.

Had the turtle sundae and the caramel apple not were really good. The caramel was really fresh, wow.

Awesome! The ice cream is excellent . I got the salted caramel and I recommend it. They make the fudge and Carmel right there. Again, they were very delicious. Lots of chocolate covered treats too. Kilwins also make ice cream cakes. Can’t wait for my birthday so I can have one. It’s nice to have a new and fresh ice cream store. Atmosphere is very nice, chic and modern. Staff was excellent. And lastly prices are great. Cheaper than the other dessert places. Go now before it gets hot out because I see this as the place to be this summer!

Very fine ice cream and great manager

Came here specifically for the Superman Ice Cream. I had been looking for it for years. Picked up a double scoop and also left with $40 worth of chocolate. Chocolate is so smooth and delicious. The Ice cream was perfect. Caramel apple made my daughter happy. Customer service was very helpful, friendly and patient with us since we could not decide what we wanted. I would reccomend it to anyone who needs a treat.

Loved their ice creams. Their ice creams have a really great taste. They also sell chocolates, fudges and ice creams. Definitely recommend for ice creams. Wonderful location near the fountain. You can grab an ice cream and go for an evening walk.

It’s crazy that they only have one store in Texas. And it happens to be conveniently placed in Plano. This place has a wide range of treats. Great place to checkout. I will highly recommend you to stop by. The workers were very generous here and they really help out new customers. And they make their fudge right in front of you.

The ice cream here is worth it even if your lactose intolerant like I am the even have plastic bowls for your waffle bowls so that you can enjoy your waffle bowl without the mess. Long story short go there enjoy the icecream its awesome.

The girl today was rude, unhelpful and refused to be proactive. We can a long way to but 3 of our favorites and was told to look in the freezer for our icecream. @ $18 a quart they need to give service. Because of the 3 to 4 attempts NOT to help us, we left abruptly with 1 quart. Hey, youre in the hospitality business!!@

Just got few ice cream from Kilwins for first time and would be the last time, really unpleasant taste and quality, and paid top $, I feel sorry for them.

Atmosphere was great. Chocolate EVERYWHERE! Ice cream and chocolate galore! The ice cream was $10 a cone.........thats not worth it, unless its your last meal......... goodness thats a lot for ice cream.

Best Ice cream I have ever had! They have a signature ice cream all over the country. Theirs is called kilwins mudd and it is terrific. I am a huge fan of sweet cream ice cream. And this is as good as it gets. They are a full confectioner. So go in and try all they have in the sweets department, but definitely get the ice cream.

Thought the New Orleans praline pecan ice cream was YUMMY.

Mili and the staff executed their values to the highest degree. I went there on a Thursday. By the time I got home everything was melted together. Due to the Texas heat. I called them the next day. They replaced everything I had the previous day. I didnt have to go through all the questions of How it happened. They genuinely cared and they wanted to execute on their values. Im sorry but as for the fudge, i was not impressed. In my opinion fudge should be creamy, smooth and some what soft texture. Our fudge was hard and crumbly. At $10 a slice, they are apparently very proud of their fudge, i was not. However, i tried the cocunut icecream and it was amazing! I may go back but i will definitely ask if the fudge is fresh.

I took my family there and the young man scooping ice cream was not wearing a mask. In fact none of the employees were wearing masks serving food except the one women cutting fudge. During this time I think it’s crucial that if you are serving food you wear a mask.

To me this place is overpriced and it’s not even that good. Ice cream was too hard and the sweets weren’t that good. Just something you can get at Sprouts.I got 5 items; 3 macadamia turtles, 1 s’more and I dish-aka 2 scoops of ice cream.Total was 17.08I wanted to say thank you but no thank you.I live in Shops at legacy so I know it’s more expensive here but this isn’t Paris.
