I received broken magnets which were not stored properly, or even the correct kind of magnets. Now I have to pay a 40% restocking fee and pay return shipping myself!? There are much better places to spend $70 on magnets. What a waste of money. These are supposed to be the highest quality magnets and the magnets I received make me sick just to be around. Go elsewhere.

I called the first time because I wasnt really sure it was an actual company. Didnt want to place an order and put my credit card number in unless I was sure it was a legit company. Been burned twice already for prices that I thought were too low. Turns out, theyre an actual company. Their shipping is amazingly fast, although I always select regular shipping and the package is at my doorstep the next day. Guess its because Im in Houston and theyre from Dallas area. I am satisfied with the magnet quality, customer service, shipping, and pricing. Ive had multiple orders and all have been fulfilled timely and accurately. Thank you!

I just ordered some magnets I needed for a project after their hours on a Friday night, selected two day shipping, and received the magnets by Monday! I didnt think I would see them until Wednesday. Awesome shipping, prices, and turnaround! The magnets look to be top quality and are frighteningly powerful, exactly what I needed. They are truly wholesale to the public. No store front, but you can order online and do warehouse pickup. Prices are great and magnets strength is for real. Bought some magnets for hanging items in the garage.

Unhappy with customer service - who has a 15 day return policy? I called to return these magnets (within 30 days as is normal business practice) that would not work for the application and didnt energize at all. I called to find out what is needed to return the magnets (knowing it was already going to cost me $150 to send back for the freight) that they wouldnt take one of the 2 back because it was opened and wouldnt work?! I was then transferred to a manager who said that they would take both back but with a 30% restocking fee for a product that didnt work!!!! So I paid $750 and its costing me $300 to return them.

Ive used them several times now and found their service was excellent. In addition since they are local I was able to bring in my application to make sure the magnetic strength was adequate. I was also able to reorder on the spot with my smart phone if I needed anything added. Very convenient and also very powerful magnets.

They sell magnets of high quality and fill orders promptly. Shipping may seem a little high but I challenge anyone to find better magnets for the price. I have ordered a couple thousand of the sametypes of magnets, all very high quality. Every order I have made has also been filled the same dayand that is something you just dont get from every vendor. If you need high quality magnets and needthem in a timely manner then I would have to say Applied magnets is the first place to look.

I asked a simple question do you sale the replacement magets on refrigerator doors. The answer that was giving to me was i dont know what size u need but we sale magnets. All i want to do is do you sale replacemens for the frug.

I checked them out on line and called in advance. They told me they were online order only but I could pickup the order for $10 saving myself a few bucks. I placed my order online and picked up the order a couple days later. When I checked the magnets I realized the polarity was different than I needed. The guy found the correct ones on their website, showed me my mistake, and swapped me the ones I needed. I was very happy with the product and the service. I do feel that $10 is a bit high for personal pickup but I was told in advance so I cant complain. Thanks guys,Richard

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Neodymium magnets are super strong. If you need high quality and strong magnets, this is the best choice.

I love this store, not open to public walkins, use the website to order ever type of magnet, . If you are looking to attract some things use a magnet....

(UPSs fault i am guessing) BUT When I tried to call the Applied Magnets main line, I got a recording saying, Sorry, no one able to take your call, GOOD BYE Not getting a person is bad enough, but not being able even leave a message is ridiculous in this day and age. We had to order from someone local and have same day delivered to meet our commitments. Not likely to use these guys again, especially if in a hurry.

I found them on the web and decided to just walk in their store as I felt it would be a simple sale..and i could save on shipping/wait time. Not very attentive to, nor helpful with, my request and when I asked to see the product before I bought it I was told that if I had visited their site I should have known they only accept online orders. It was clear this unhappy individual wasnt about to try to make me a happy customer. I left empty-handed after thanking them for their time; and then I went back to their website and finally found what he was talking about...it was on their Terms page. They may have great products but their walk-in customer service was only worth one star.

Don’t not be fooled!!! these prices are NOT wholesale, in fact they have a sizable markup. customer service is junk and they frequently make mistakes (see other reviews).they also pad their shipping prices tremendously.

They delayed shipment twice and I was on a deadline. So, I gave them a call on the phone. Yikes! Terrible customer service and great at passing the buck and blame onto others. As a bonus they were rude on the phone. Not helpful with delivery whatsoever and even hung up on me. No thanks. Dont waste your time with these yahoos.

We purchased an item for $8 . The economy shipping turned out to be $14.50 and all of sudden at the end we were hit with $5 extra charge for handling fee !! . I think this is not right. They should have told us this to begin with. Also $14.50 for ground shipment of an item less than a pound is too much.
