This place is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! I went in and right back out. I looked at the pops and scanned them on the Funko app and they not even selling them around the trending value. Never again. Go to Madness and comics for good pops!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but the lady working the counter was extremely nasty and rude. My sister in law went in asking questions about an item she had just purchased and the woman started to curse my sister n law out in front of her kids (12 and 1 years old) (my niece called me so I could hear everything and she was scared). It was not only upsetting but shocking to hear someone treat a person and their children this way but to just know that’s how someone runs their business. My niece was excited to pick out this item for her Dad for Father’s Day and now she will have this memory instead.You can tell she doesn’t have the best etiquette with customer service just by her response in another negative review. Very alarming.

Every interaction Ive had with this business has been nothing short of phenomenal. Always a great selection with something new always coming in. Staff is very helpful, informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ive never had a issue and if you give them a shot or atleast come by to browse you wont regret it. Highly recommend for any collector.

Im new to pop collecting, but I had a very good experience when I went into the Plano location. It sounds like all the bad reviews are because people simply didnt get their way. Both employees working took the time to answer any and all questions I had and even went out of their way to help me locate a particular pop I had been seeking out for quite some time. I definitely give this team five stars for service and knowledge!

Pokemon card buyers beware.... I cant be 100% positive, but I believe the pokemon card boxes that they sell had been opened and resealed. Me and two others agreed that the booster packs inside the box were extremely easy to open or partially open already, and we had repeats in the same packs, no holos, etc. Ive never had that happen with a V box before.Edit: Im sharing my experience openly and honestly. I understand its possible that you could have purchased the resealed box unknowingly. It just so happened that the one that I purchased had possibly been resealed at some point.

Everything was horribly overpriced especially the anime figures. You can literally get them on Amazon for less than half the price because I had the same ones from there lmaooo. Some of the figures were messed up and weird looking too, definitely from aliexpress or some other fake seller. You’re better off buying real stuff from Amazon.

Had a great experience there the staff was really knowledgeable on the pops. Even though I mainly collect horror pops and didnt find very many that I already had I still found pops for my friends for Christmas. I will definitely keep checking back in that place.

Seemed like the woman running the store wanted us gone. I called before hand saying I wanted to sell funko pops & got a sigh over the phone. She told me the manager would be there at 2. She told me Id make it quicker and easier. I drove over an hour, arrived at 2 and had to deal with the man over the phone. If you dont want customers dont own a buisness.

God where do I even start with this place. The stuff is AWFULLY MEAN.I was in a rush so my hair and clothes were a tiny bit of a mess, you know, single mom who has to take care of the kids and all that, and i wanted to pick up a gift for my sons birthday. I started browsing the horror section and i could feel eyes peering through the back of my skull. At first i wrote it off as me being paranoid but as time passed i started getting unnerved. I turn around only to find two employees standing a few feet behind me laughing and pointing at my socks and sandals! Of course the moment i turned around they got embarassed and went back to work but i was humiliated. Distressed, I quickly bought the first thing i found and left. Im not sure if this was just something that happened to me, maybe the employees had a bad day but maybe look into it. The collectible i got was of decent quality so thats definitely a positive however i would much rather find something similar online and purchase it from a website than actually walk in there again.

The lady and (I assuming) her daughter were super friendly and nice! We probably talked about anime and cosplay the whole time😅but they have so many funko pops and we walked out with quite a bit. Definitely recommend this place especially youre getting into collecting them.

Good experience as always, came in looking for a specific pop we found on the website ended up getting two more while we were there. The store owner Michael never lets us leave without talking to us about the new pops coming out and upcoming conventions. Will definitely be back again soon.

The employee working was on her phone the entire time, didn’t greet anyone. It wouldn’t have been as bad if she wasn’t slouching like a bored high schooler in a desk chair. I miss the old owner he was cool. Came for the product, left because of the service. 3 stars for selection choice

Was my go to spot for POP shopping. Loved that it was family owned. Recently made changes to ownership appx. a month ago and service has gone down fast. Same inventory/stock, but the experience is completely different now.

Just went in looking for Pokémon cards, they had some priced out and then random ones in a pile when I took the time to sift through the pile of all highly played cards I found a stack of 64 I wanted and when I asked what they wanted for a stack of cards they didnt seem to want anything to do with they told me they wanted to look up and price each card I wanted individually. They didnt care about the cards until I wanted them now they wanna make sure to get every penny out of me, thats not what collecting is about. Highly highly disappointed in the markup on everything being so high but honestly mostly for the ruining of a hobby.

Found this store through Facebook, when I aked if the Funko Pops were still available k before Christmas). I was told No. and them later another message We are closed.They have over 50 current listings for Funko Pops. If they are not available they shouldnt be listed.If this store is closed, they should update that on all platforms.
