Long wait. The employee kept talking to one of the customers over what games were best and I understand it’s good customer service but 6 of the people waiting were there for over 30 minutes. I personally waited over 45 and once I finally got to the counter I was told there was no game systems what so ever. The employee didn’t do bad but definitely needs to learn how to manage time around with different customers. Super friendly but please learn to engage the room. Probably won’t return here.

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Joshua was absolutely awesome. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and just simply loves his job. This guy is is the human embodiment of GameStop. My husband and I do not live near this branch, but we might just make the trip out here for our gaming needs just because of Josh.

The employee who was working the day I picked up my order was very knowledgeable with questions about a lot of the products that I was overhearing while in line. He was very friendly and helpful to me. I prefer this Gamestop location.

Waited 3 hours for ultra premium celebrations only to be told that the associates reserved them, “we are collectors too.” I would think twice before going to here for releases. I personally won’t go back to GameStop.

I was having some serious issues getting working joycons for my refurbished switch that I bought at this store. After getting 2 replacements that were both broken I called customer service and sat on hold for 2hours and 14 minutes. When someone finally did answer they were no help at all. I called this store and spoke with Anthony and explained what was going on. He was very understanding and went above and beyond to help me out. Anthony, I hope corporate sees this because they obviously need you in a higher position! Thanks brother.

Employee helping me was very friendly, but a little TOO honest. Had been sent there from another GameStop looking for a particular new figure. He was happy to look in the system for us, confirmed that they had one in stock, and even helped us look for it. When he came back from the back however, he informed us a fellow co-worker had it on hold and we had to travel to another store in another city to find it (no one else in the state had it). Honestly, I think I would have just preferred it if he had said it had been another customer, or even said he couldnt find it altogether. Seems a little nicer than, Sorry, my buddy wanted that.

I had the worst experience ever in this store. I bought a Xbox one game which was the last copy of it in the store so the one they gave me was opened and not sealed but they sold it as “New”. It was a gift so I thought I’d return it since it was opened. These guys treated me like trash and one of the assistants lost one of my receipts for the other game that I wanted to return!Apart from that, they said the game is opened which I never did open it. It was just like that when I got it from them. They said because it’s opened so it’s not in original condition so it is not eligible for return. After a discussion we had I could convince them and returned it. I will never go to this store. I rather buy games from Amazon. Even it is much cheaper.

My boys happy to get their games at the game stop

Im a little unhappy with this Gamestop... Power to the Players! Nope, not if your a Nintendo Switch owner who enjoys role playing games. Switch has a PLETHORA of games available right now and I want to support my local GS but their variety is BAD 👎. That is why I buy 90% of my Switch stuff on Amazon or the Nintendo E-shop (in fact, Im considering going all out-digital. Also, Ps4 and Xbox one sections are huge compared to the cramped up space they got for Switch. Right now, Nintendo Switch is killing the competition so you may want to consider supporting it more by having a better variety of games and organizing them by genre instead (also the indie market is becoming huge in Nintendo too, so stock up on more of those). PS and X are amazing (I have those consoles too) but their dying out because consumers are waiting for their next generations.Maybe this rating wont change anything, but we the consumers are the ones who keep companies like GS alive so at least consider some of the things we say. Ill be adding photos next time I visit my local GS.

Unreasonable lack of service. Bad mgmt. Unwilling to give a discount to keep good business. Ill be shopping at any of the 5 gamestops within 5 miles of this location from now on.Earlier in the day I spent $75 here on action figures and a renewal. I couldve spent that at any other location just as easily. Then I returned in the evening to get a charger I was eyeing from earlier. As I brought the dual controller charger to the checkout counter I realized the one of the charging ports was broken. It was a used accessory after all, no big deal.I asked for a discount and after waiting 15 min for the employee to ring up 2 others and then call the mgr for approval. They told me they couldnt sell it to me at all. So I asked if they would give me 10% off on a new charger since they showed 4 in stock and the only one they did have was broken. They wouldnt even give me $2 off to keep me happy despite my patience, my wait, and my good business.And you wonder why Gamestop is in bankruptcy...Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and Target dont care about $2...and this particular Gamestop doesnt care about customers...obviously.Its sad I have to leave with nothing, when I had money in my hand and they knew I was considering a new system and a ton of games. Shameful that the employees either dont have authority or dont care to do business the right way.

I bought a ps vita from them. I played it a couple of times and got bored so I decided to sell it back because it had already been after the 30 days. They said they couldnt take it because the serial number wasnt on there.......???? But they sold it to me without one. And when I contacted corporate office they said they where sorry that they couldnt accept any items without the serial number. Theyre a bunch of goddamn scammers. I had good standings with them until this. now Im stuck with a device I dont use.

I went there last week to get $15 worth of video games and I got 4 games. thats pretty good considering that most games that they sell are over $7. A little bit pricy but can get 13 sports games for about $15.

Tried calling them several times, and had the same experience each time. It has you listen to a 20-30 second add about some game, then rings a few times and tells you all their associates are busy, and hangs up on you.
