The best customer service! Very attentive young man, who tried his very best to fit my husband, but unfortunately no shoe worked. He graciously suggested other store down the way. He really didn’t have to do that, but he had a giving heart and great hair.

The gentlemen working at this location were respectful, knowledgeable, and provided a friendly store atmosphere.

They had great employees. Arrington C Was the best. He didn’t rush me and was super chill and cool!

The worker hung up on me when I was asking the second question. I called back and was not answered.

Didnt have any of the sizes we needed and I was sad to see this location did offer many choices for baby shoes.

I came into this location a few times and I thought this would be a footlocker I could shop at since the one closest to me shut down. My recent visit up here wasn’t too great. The customer service wasn’t too great and I just felt like I got a lot of attitude from a few of the employees for no reason. I can tell also because when I came in there before someone else helped me and their customer service was better and I just feel like as a customer if I spend my money anywhere I should feel comfortable where I am at.

I was there to just look around and ended up buying two pairs of shoes. Very friendly customer service. I was addressed more than once with assistance and the staff was knowledgeable. They went out of their way to attempt to find what I needed and offered to order it.

We came to order the shoes yesterday and they said they would deliver as fast as possible and they delivered to my door in less then a day it was free shiping good quality and a great experience definently coming back.

Great store with tremendous selection. Best sporting goods store in the area. Shop the sales for the best prices.

The manager (I think?) Was not a good leader, I didnt care for how he told (not asked) the associate to get me shoesThe young woman who did help me was efficent and nice, I wish her boss was more respectful.

Horrible customer service. No wonder mall was pretty empty even for a Sunday. After a bad experience at Skecher and now foot locker, we just decided to buy online. Have no sympathy for these people if online shopping is killing the retail.

Terrible. I never got asked if I needed help or was I greeted. I was prepared to buy 3 pairs of shoes for my kids and then changed my mind due to the lack of customer service.
