This was a pleasant surprise in my neighborhood. This location is very different from the others, but in a great way. Better selections, cleaner, and they have self check out. My son loves Five Below and we are there at least three times a month. Great prices on the things he loves best and super cool finds for myself. We are customers for life.

Store was clean and easy to get around. Friendly staff and easy self checkout. I would recommend this store for people looking for everyday simple needs at affordable prices

Just walked in looking for a specific item and asked a plethora of questions to young man there. Very patiently, he answered and helped. That is true customer support, thank you!

This is a new store and I love it.Its clean and still organized.They have self check outs which is cool and it is conveniently located by a party city and a couple other department stores.

I came in this afternoon for a quick return that took much longer than expected. The manager on duty (young girl, bright highlights and facial piercing) was first nowhere to be found by the poor girl alone at the register... when she showed up she was silent, unprofessional, and then just rude to the cashier. She cut her off, rolled her eyes and walked away while she was talking to her. I like Five Below, but I won’t be returning to this location and would be surprised if this crew lasts very long. The girl at the register couldn’t have been more helpful though.

This new store is big and clean. We were very excited for the opening. All of the other stores that we have been in ahire very friendly people and a manager who seems to be available and helpful! We have been to this store 4 times and have not seen or met a manager and the employees are very skeptical about telling her name or where she is. No one says hello when you walk in the door which they do at all the other stores and these are typically looking at their watches or anything they can do not to have to interact.. Really disappointing for such a nice day store not to have any leadership..

Think of the Dollar Tree/Dollar General combined = Five Below. If your gping for cheap might as well skip this place and go to the Dollar Tree.
