Service is awful. We placed a order ahead of time over the phone. The guy said it would be ready by the time we pick up, which we said would be in the evening before closing. We drove out pretty far to pick it up also and first time ordering with them. Come to the store to find out they gave our order away and we didn’t even get a sincere apology or anything for them to make up for it. Instead, we get a snarky comment from the cashier (younger guy with beard) that we shouldn’t be coming two minutes before closing. We literally called in before coming and they said it was ok for us to come pick it up and our order was ready. It was a pick up order too, not like we were taking our time to get stuff and there were tons of other people getting things too.. so I’m not sure what he meant by that comment, super unprofessional.A piece of advice for this business is to confirm the name on the order before giving it to someone and if it was your fault then don’t try to make the customers look or feel bad.

Mainly went here for takeout, but you always feel like youre welcome. The food is piping hot and amazing(the gyro and pizza are second to none), and the staff treat you like family. Very hospitable, warm place, definitely recommend here for some amazing food.

This is the best shawarma I’ve eaten in Dallas. HUGE sandwich, made on the large size pita loaded with chicken, garlic sauce, fresh parsley, pickles, tomatoes, and onions. Very affordably priced.There is a very small outdoor sitting area, and the inside of the store is a small grocery with a halal butcher shop, bakery (baklava, knafeh, warabaat etc) and of course, the shawarma.So, so good. Super friendly staff.

This place is amazing! There’s a little hole in the wall restaurant in the back where you can order shawarma sandwiches and some seating outside where you can eat. Some of the best chicken shawarma I’ve had in a long time! Reminds me of back home.

The chicken shawarma rolls are beyond words. The beef shawarma is a bit chewy but still tasty. We usually order some rolls, walk over to the Dollar Tree to get some drinks and chips, walk back to Royal to pick up our rolls and then feast. They also have a very clean store and the service is very fast and friendly. We really love this place.

Id been looking for a good pizza and shawarma in Texas for a long time and then I found this place. It has both with excellent taste. I tried their BBQ Chiken Pizza and Chiken Shawarma and it felt like the scene from movie Ratatouille when Anton Ego tried the dish Ratatouille at the end and he is left speechless by the taste. A lot of people might not even know about this place since its mainly a meat shop and not a restaurant but you can order Takeout. Their Shawarma has real sauce and its sooooo freekin good. And dont even get me started about the pizza 🤤. Also the staff was really friendly. Im glad to have found this place. Would definitely recommend it 💯

Goat meat is always good. Most of the time i have problem with whole chicken. 4 out of 10 times its not good. felt part of the meat gone bad. I stop buying chicken but still buy goat or lamb every week.

Very pleased with the store and their forthcoming to share information. The clerk openly explained where they supply zabiha meat and their zabiha halal status. Other halal stores should follow Royal’s example. Keep copy of certificates and invoices for people who would like to verify authenticity of verbal zabiha meat claim. We are not inspecting anybody’s business, we only would like to verify what we will purchase. We will definitely come back for more.

Friendly people. I and my friend love going here your for lunch specially for the shawarma. I have not tried a lot of things but definitely a place for shawarma and the hot dog. You will definitely love the bread with the hot dog. My recommendation to the owners; sell the hotdog bread as an option as well.

I usually go there to buy some sandwich or some time for meat.today i bought one sandwich, as i was feeling hungry i wanted sit and eat it in my car.When i open sandwich i found hair in side the sandwich. immediately i called at shop and informed them that i found hair in the food. I just wanted to inform them so that they can be careful of Hygiene policy. .when i called them the guy said he is bald head and how could be hair in that sandwich.Though i see another staff member with those curly hair, and i am sure it could be his..but any ways my point here is when costumer is coming back and showing you hair in that food, instead of apologizing or saying sorryhe is saying i dont have hairs on my head how is this possible this and that . Any ways the good thing is he took that sandwich and made another for me. While handover the food he asked me to make sure and check weather any thing is their in the sandwich (sarcastically) .And he asked me weather i also need that previously returned sandwich and told that he is going to through that sandwich.Boss when your throwing that why do you have to give it to me.and If i could eat that than why would i have to come and return that to you.you need to respect to costumer and people, you should sell or offer food which you can have it .You should have eat it instead of throwinggive others what you like for yourself.

I like their beaf and its relatively cheap. They told me that their meat is zabih halal. Please verify by yourself if this meet your criteria.

They have the very best samosas, ever! We bought some from the freezer case that are all so delicious, that the next time we pre-ordered 2 dozen of all of them. Unlike the frozen, they brought all of these out piping hot along with the sauce! Amazing service. We also picked up their house seasoned chicken shwarma to cook for dinner, It was out of this world! They are so friendly and I would try any of their food!

The best place in town to but chicken. They have the best and fresh chicken. Once you buy this one you will never pick those packed ones in those supermarket chains. The mutton options are also great. They also provide marinated food ready to take home and cook if you are feeling lazy. And never forget to get those samosas, they are the best with roght amount of spiciness which comes pretty close to the authentic ones you get India.

One of the best pizza joint ever. Other major pizza joints now have some serious competition even though this place is a full blown meat shop. We ordered one large Buffalo and one large BBQ chicken pizzas. The pizzas were super fresh and infused with taste in every single bite which would slap your taste buds each time. Chicken was fresh and in big chunks yet moist to ensure your throat doesnt choke on dryness. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy which complimented the meat.Would love to try their other items on the menu.

Please be careful on weighing your meat weight. Took lamb leg for 3.6 lb and after fat cut, received 2.8. I noticed the guy cut the meat along with fat and what I billed was for 3.6 lb. So paid 8$ extra for just fat. Its not about money but the trust. Please be careful while buying here.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Meat is always fresh, never had any issues. The customer service is on another level. They always go out of the way to have the meat ready for us. When my wife is there with the kids they help her bring it to the car as well and often times bring it to her and she doesnt even have to step out. Great job guys!

Chicken was rotten. Beef must have been 1 month old. Ground beef supposed to be 80/20 lean it was not. I ended up throwing away meat because of the quality.I am contacting Better Business Bureau and Health Department.Thank you for wasting my time and money!!

Found this place by accident. Was so glad we went inside. We were greeted by the kindest person who took the time to explain what halal meant (we already knew, but seeing the pure devotion in his eyes made us not want to interrupt). Loved the fact that we can get any cut of meat, and the selection in the freezer was incredible. Very friendly and the lamb was DELICIOUS

Awesome selection. Even have premarinated tandoori meat,lamb, Bheja and all. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I will be returning. Also dessert pastries are very nice. They are not too sweet and they taste fresh and delicate, not stale.

They have huge variety of Halal meats, their own as well as branded. I bought their own Chicken Nuggets, Hotdogs, Roast Beef Cold Cut, Beef Burger Patties, Pepperoni and meat balls. Have brought Hotdogs and Patties for the first time, the rest of the stuff I cooked before and they are delicious. They also serve Arabic, Indian food, Pizza, Sandwiches etc to go as well.

Bought Paya and Goat mixed meat on 06/27 (Saturday) and both were not fresh. Meat was smelly and color was also black for most of the pieces. After calling back the shop, without even listening to the details owner started resisting and response was pathetic. Wont recommend this place to purchase. Putting couple of pics for reference.

Not bad, worth a try.

I bought 40$ worth of goat leg meat. After I reached home I felt the meat was too old but still I started cooking. It took hours to cook meat and still undercooked, it’s not the regular goat we usually eat. I invited my friends, they all got sick after eating it. Meat was definitely too old and bad taste . Please sell only good and fresh meat, it should be worthful for us a customer to when we are spending that much amount . I had to trash the complete food and amount of time and effort it took to cook . Never buying it again from this store .

We have always been buying meat from here for past 3 years. Recently, the goat meat they are selling seem to be very hard. We bought a full leg few weeks back which was very really hard. Again, yesterday the goat mix pack seem to have some pieces which are soft and some which are really hard. Not sure if they have changed their supplier or what is going on. But the quality has gone down. Please correct the problem soon. Dont compromise on quality that you have maintained for long. While you have been selling goat meat that used to be really very soft and tender, not sure what changed suddenly that makes the meat so hard !
