Had to throw out the steaks they were so bad. Maybe it was just because they were from the guys driving around with the frozen meat in their trucks. Do yourself a favor and go get some prime steaks from Costco.

Customer service by Lea was great! Although the prices went up a bit and I had coupons that I could not use because they did not stock that item in store. So I bought new items cant wait to try them!

RUDE!! Learn good customer service. We had just enjoy some chicken Kiev that we bought on line and went into the store for more. She Griffey blurted “WE DONT MAKE THAT ANYMORE. NOT IN TWO YEARS” what you should have said kindly was “oh I’m sorry we stopped carrying that Product” we walked out and bought nothing. Went home and ordered on line. Last time I go to that OS 3 out of 4 times going there I was treated rudely. DONE. Online only.

This location has a repulsive man working there named Nick. I was there last week and all I can say is that he is rude, wasnt wearing a mask and handled the food with his bare hands. He doesnt seem to care about customers, have concern for whats going on and I cannot spend my money at this location. For the high price of this product, he is forcing my wife and I to go to Krogers. Very bad experience at this Plano location. Does Omaha Steaks have any oversight protocols?!?! This kid seems to not have a care in the world.

Great store, responsive staff, amazing customer service; Shannon and her crew are the best. Always have smiles on their faces and ready to serve and help. I purchase food from them regularly and I get personal attention and service, they know my name, and seem more than happy to help me and spend time with me when im making a purchase or if Im just stopping in to look around.

Got some high quality lamb shanks to slow cook. They were a good size and tasty! Would come back to try their bone marrow or marinated meats.

Could not even begin to try the meat at these prices. It is noticeably cheaper to go get my prime rib from Outback Steakhouse, where I get vegetables and rolls and a salad with it for less money, and have no cleanup afterward. In other words, these steaks would have to have perfect taste, cook themselves, serve themselves, and clean up both the kitchen and the dining room afterward to justify the price.

I buy things here whenever they have great promotions. Otherwise, it is a bit expensive. Very clean store, good service and neatly packed packages.
