So amazing!! Back in college I had a bad experience with lash extensions at a different place so I was afraid to try them again but after coming here Im in love! Every one is so sweet and professional and they make you feel so comfortable. Not to mention the work they do is beautiful. Highly recommend.

My eye lash technician Stephanie is wonderful and she amazes me each and every time how skilled she is and how wonderful my lashes look after each session. Had a lash lift & tint done for the first time. Stefani was really sweet but unfortunately my lashes ended up over curling. Reached out to the salon twice and in the first conversation was told they could be relaxed and to call back the next day. Called back and the receptionist basically just said that relaxing wasnt an option, that theyd never had this issue before & that Stefani said they looked great when I left so I just needed to use some oil on them and let them grow out if I didnt like them. I really loved my experience at the salon itself, but the way my concerns were handled after my appointment didnt leave a great impression. (Picture is after washing off the solution at home and drying lashes)Edit: Spoke to a stylist at another LL location who explained that over-processing can and does happen, and she gave me some solutions to help speed up the growth process. Still disappointed to have spent $100 on this and to have had to reach out to another salon for more clarification, but the conversation did help curb my frustrations a bit.

This place is amazing! I go consistently to get a lash lift & tint and I’m always happy with how it turns out. Absolutely recommend!

I live in South Carolina and originally got my full set extensions there. I knew I would be here in Dallas for Vacay and would need a good place for my fill in and I’m so glad I found this place. The place is cute and clean and the staff are friendly and inviting. Christine was amazing at guiding me toward the style and length that I had originally, as I had no clue lol and I am super pleased with my results & would recommend her to any of my family and friends in the area.

I had my lashes done by Celeste and it was amazing. My own natural lashes are short and have some gaps from misuse (stop lashes done me wrong 😑) anyway she did a set of volume and they look amazing. She has lots of tips for me on growing my own and did not push any product on me at all. The salon itself is clean and Finan at the front desk is always warm and welcome. Thanks guys ❤️

I got a lash lift for the first time today and it was amazing! Celeste was really patient (I was super nervous) and explained everything to me. The process didn’t take very long and I love the result! I just wanted a way to open my eyes a bit and this was perfect! I’ll go back!

Ive been here twice. My 2nd time I came in two weeks after a messy self perm at home which I prop should not be doing and let professional take care of. The lady said she couldnt do my lashes for the safety and health of my lashes. Its too soon to perform another perm in two weeks...So I feel bad I took away her time yet shes very sweet and professional, even apologize for causing me inconvenience...Ill definitely rebook.

I absolutely loved my lash lift and tint that I had done at the Lash Lounge. The online booking system was easy to use. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made me feel relaxed. This was my first time having anything on my lashes done. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and gorgeous also! I felt pampered and looked fabulous!

I am a lash technician for many years, had a hard time finding a lash stylist that do my lash like how I like them. It is very hard for me to find a great lash technician every since I moved back to Texas. Until I found Linda at the lash lounge on Park and Preston. Linda is extremely great at her profession and very perfectionist.She is very good about explaining what she is doing during your first visit and she has impeccably sanitary, ensuring her all her tools and materials are clean Location.Additionally, shes a really nice, gentle and sweet person! I always have an awesome experience at my appointments. I would recommend Linda, her skills and talent to anyone looking for a professional expert lash stylist.

Love lash lounge Plano!!! Best decision I’ve made coming here my lashes are longer and fuller than ever doing the last lift!

I used the Lash lounge on Legacy in Plano for many lash sets and refills with no issues over the years, but...the Park and Preston Lash Lounge location was not the same value or quality at all!I paid $275 for only 20 lashes they swear is a ( full set???). Almost ALL lashes they applied fell out after 48 hours! I decided to Alert the owners (It takes a lot for me to complain) that the “full set” they insisted I received was not a true “full set”, and the retention of the “ full set “ they provided all fell out so quickly! They just said sorry and that they did their part since I got a full set. ? The owners said, “ no one else has issues with lash retention at their salon!?! “ I have used many lash extension salons with great results, I Would NOT recommend Lash Lounge at Park and Preston at All! Very, very POOR VALUE for the money, and owners are not interested in customers satisfaction. The $275.00 price WAS NOT A GOOD VALUE AT ALL! Buyer BEWARE!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here! This was my first time getting lashes and I’m blown away. The woman who worked at the front desk was extremely helpful, informative, and nice. She went the extra mile to stay on the phone with me and find a time that worked best for my schedule. Janine applied my lashes and did a wonderful job! Since I was 32 weeks pregnant at the time, I was concerned about laying down for that long. Janine was extremely accommodating and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She even helped me pick up my things off the floor when I was done - so sweet! Excellent customer service and my lashes are absolutely beautiful.

I have been coming to see Celeste for my lash lifts and tints and I absolutely love her! My lashes naturally point straight down to the point where you can’t even see them and the lash lift makes it look like I am wearing strip lashes. I was apprehensive about having the treatment done, because I have seen them gone wrong on several people, but Celeste did such an amazing job! The facility is very clean and inviting. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend coming here for all you lash needs!

I love this store! Liz is the best lash stylist ever. I’ve been getting my lashes done for a few years. I found her earlier this year, and I’m addicted. Although I was at another salon for a couple of years before, I never bought a membership. After a couple of times with Liz, I bought one right away. Her work is impeccable and she’s sweet as can be. I’m so happy to be her client.

Liz is the best lash technician Ive ever been to! My lashes stay on and look great for over 2+ weeks, which is something other lash technicians havent been able to do for me before. They do great work. The only thing I honestly can say that I don’t like is that you have to stay with the same person each time. I honestly don’t care who does my lashes as long as they look good. I’ve had 2 different ppl do my lashes and they both did a great job. But now when I call back and want to get in ASAP, they say that she (the last girl that did my eyelashes) isn’t working and then I have to tell them that I don’t care who does them as long as I can get in. I’ve had one receptionist tell me that they have customers stay with the same person. Well, I don’t really care!!! JUST GET ME IN!!

Celeste was exceptional! She listens to what I wanted, worked with my eyes and eyelashes to give me the desired effect. I have super sensitive eyes, so its very important to me, to have a stylist that listens to me and doesnt make me feel bad if I need a break. She made me feel important and beautiful. I used to go to Lubbock Tx Lash Lounge. I went there a couple times only to get my eyebrows threaded and they were great. I moved to the area and found a lash lounge to go to! I used Kayla Morrison first and she was awesome. She threaded my eyebrows. Today, I am using Liz for the same service. I am sure she will be awesome too! I don’t plan on getting lashes anytime soon but I am sure if I wanted them I would come here!
