I had an eyebrow waxing with Alicia. It was my first time back post Covid and she was absolutely fantastic. My brows look fabulous!

Literally every time I go to this Ulta the associates are so rude and disrespectful. TOMECCA was the one who checked me out, but prior to that I asked an associate a question and she just chimed in very rudely when I wasn’t even speaking to her then continued talking as she walked away and I couldn’t even hear what she said. SO RUDE! When I get to the check out TOMECCA is the one checking me out and has this demeanor of as if I did something to her and when I stated I was going to pass on a product she got an attitude with me and said “what you want?” by then I had to tell her to calm down. Then I paid and left. I hate the way they treat the customers there. I sure hope TOMECCA isn’t a manager because I’d hate to work someone like that.

They did a really great job!! the lady that did my brows showed me how to take care of them and she was really sweet! the price is a little more expensive compared to other places but i think it’s worth it!!

Lashes fell off the same day, never returning! But the young lady was very sweet

I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up (5 minutes early) the person I had my appointment was working on someone who walked in. She said to wait 5 more minutes... 30 minutes later... I was still waiting. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if theyre not going to honor it? Bad customer service.
