Terrible customer service I literally work all day and could made it here until 4:55pm because of battery issues. He couldn’t help because he said it was 5 mins left and he needed to leave at exactly 5pm. Now I have to spend extra time in the morning trying to find someone to jump my battery.

Good experience and friendly and patient staff given the circumstances. No damage to my vehicle which I was worried and warned about from the Addison office. Little farther for me but I think I will make an attempt to utilize this office instead. Customer service during appointment also was pleasant and straightforward.

Not easy to find, and the situation sucks too much for me to feel five-starry about it. But the gentleman who set the stuff up and explained it to me was EXTREMELY helpful. So I can’t imagine recommending a Smart Start location more highly, in terms of service. Kudos.

Installer was very rude and not knowlagable, has no clue about vehicle mechanical aspects not ASC Certified. If this was my emplyee he would be fired on the spot.

Worst customer service ever!!!Screwed up our vehicle so it wouldnt start after a calibration and wouldnt do anything to help us. Worst company! Worst location! Left us stranded, they couldnt even act like decent humans. They dont care about you! If zero stars was a thing, that would get it!

My 30 minute appointment turned into a 4 hour ordeal after smart start input the incorrect information. Had to make multiple trips and calls, only to be told to call corporate. Called corporate and basically blamed it on the shop and the shop did so visa versa. Employees need more training/knowledge of how their products/service works.

Nobody likes having to come to this place. However, after dealing with Soberlink and also the games of bogus charges from Intoxalock, I would recommend this company 10 times over the others. They are at least straight up and easy to deal with and they answer the phone.

Lots of camera failure and replacement, adding to the inconsistency of normal calibration time. Seems like it usually averages at 15 minutes per car... Maybe theres a high turn around in employment ? Idk .... I had 3 cars in front of me which ended up taking 1 hr 20 min to get through. However, the staff is always professional and well mannered .

Total waste of time. They messed up my appointment time and showed no customer empathy. They did not want to reschedule our appointment after THEIR mistake. I do not recommend this pav3e due to horrible service.

Yes it can be horribly slow at times especially on Saturdays. Being there early is best. Always allow about 10-20 per each car but this is one of the best locations I have found. They are always nice and keep it moving. I agree the second window isnt used as much as it should be but Nothing about getting a DWI is supposed to be convenient. We put ourselves in this situation so Suck it Up and stop complaining. Check the wait time/busy hours on the website before heading over. Some other locations dont even have a drive thru and that creates more waiting time.

Came in for a calibration was 2nd in line and still waited over an hour before they even. touched my vehicle. with only 2 employees working at a time expect to wait forever. horribly run company.
