Autozone just isn’t the same since Jeffery is no longer working there .. Man that guy was the best. He always was so helpful and knowledgeable about any auto issues I had. I was always satisfied when I left the store.The guys that work there now are nothing compared to Jeffery.

Went to get a battery for my key, they didn’t have the battery and the cashier broke my corvette key. Didn’t offer anything to replace either.

I dont know much about cars, so is nice when they can help you with some of your car needs. Today I went to change my Battery that was still under warranty and the young lady there was so helpful unfortunately I didnt get her name but she was fast at installing it and had great customer service. I definitely will continue going there .

Its autozone so they are all about the same store wise. However this clerk at this one gave us front brake pads when we asked for rear. Might want to double check your purchase before getting all the way home.

Came here today about 10 minutes after my car got a check engine light. I was hoping they would be able to scan it to tell me what kind of part I needed but the guy at the desk said it costs 40$ just to scan it. Screw this place, Ill take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: ORIELYS autoparts down the road scanned it for free, Ill buy my parts there from now on.

Worst service ever! I went to go get a tire pressure check and I waited outside a bit an was not even acknowledged, they kept looking but didn’t even bother to approach us. I then called to ask if I was supposed to go in to the office or stay outside and was told to stay outside and that he’ll be there with the gauge. I waited more and one of the mechanics approached and said in a rude tone, “What do you need? Just don’t be out here without telling us what you need.” When before I called my mum tried getting his attention and started asking “I need...” when he turned around and ignored the rest. And upon finishing he just shouted as he left, “Done”. Definitely won’t be coming back to this establishment.

Prices are a little higher on DEF fluid than some of the other stores that carry it

First I liketo say I have been living in Plano for over 35 years and today which is January 12, 2021 I went into the store about 620 was asking about some antifreeze because my car wasn’t heating up or anything he couldn’t give me any information to young guy was trying to help me I can’t remember his name but that another guy that was in there he didn’t even want to talk to me they said that they couldn’t come out and look at my car so they just lost $45 today because I went up the street to O’Reilly the guy came out to my car all he did was look saying it was low took me back in and make money so y’all need to check who is working in your store and this is about you AutoZone you don’t have the ladies

This has got to be the worst customer service Ive ever experienced! We walk in and ask a question. The guy basically ignores us and literally yells from the register to the back, where are you, Im leaving and walks off without answering us. As we stand there, 2 more employees walk behind the counter along with the initial guy and doesnt say a word to us. I find the section we needed and as were looking, a gentle man walks up and ask how he can help us. I wish i would have gotten all their names.

Good experience with Augustine! He’s the man, willing to help and be patient even though the store is busy at nights. Definitely ask for the man, he goes above and beyond for his customers. Give the man a raise! 👍🏼

The people working at Auto Zone are very helpful. They read the codes from my cars computer and told me what part I needed. They also ran a stress test on my battery.I had to replace an ignition coil and the computer codes told me which cylinder was misfiring. My coil was not in stock, but I ordered it after work and it arrived after noon the next day.

The best experience for purchasing a battery. The manager is very welcoming and informative, and he explained the pros and cons for every choices. And the fellow took care of the installation, so I just waited in the car, hands free until start the engine and go. Super happy about this store.

I went in to see if this store had a cap for my brake fluid reservoir. After explaining what I needed, the man that was helping me kept asking if it was part of the master cylinder or separate. I have a 2005 Ford expedition, I do not understand why he kept asking if what I was looking for, the cap for a brake fluid reservoir, was part of the master cylinder separate. The brake fluid has nothing to do with the motor or master cylinder. If you do not know something this simple why even work for auto zone? I will never return to this store again. I will be doing my business with rock auto from now on. I have never run in to this type of stupidity before. I highly suggest that anyone who is looking to purchase items from autozone go to either the location on Spring Creek or the location on 14th street, because they will not get to type of help that they need at this location.

Wonderful customer service, I had to drive to Oklahoma from Plano and my alternator went out. Not only did they replace my battery, they helped me change out the alternator too. I have never experienced such a friendly and helpfull staff. Job well done.

Plus-Minus. My experiences (about 3 total) have been mixed. Service has typically been on the slow side. Theres not a sense of urgency, even when theres a line. But, when your turn arrives, they try. Its not always competent trying. But their intentions are there. And, they are pleasant, which is always a big plus. I ultimately got what I needed. It took longer than I wanted, however. Maybe the message from this place is that I should slow down?!

The staff was incompetent, the manager refused to wear a mask, they told me over the phone they would set aside the parts I needed for when I arrived, when I arrived the parts were nowhere to be found and one was not even in stock.

I have come in numerous times over the years, and the staff is always very helpful. Whenever I have needed something installed, they always offer to do it for me.

Discriminating associates. Ok Im waiting in line in front of the line 5 minutes and a blonde haired woman in her 50s walks in....not hot......OK....just a regular lookin middle aged Person that happens to be white no offense to her or anybody else that may be offended because they are white.... that is not my intent nor is it my point....because that is how I feel right now offended and it sux to feel like this may I add... the clerk older shorter says oh we need some help now...as soon as she walks in.....every other customer in the store not being helped is not her color...my thoughts are like seriously. Oh well... Lets hurry up and get out of here. So Im literally in front of a younger taller clerks computer by inches he never looks at me as he starts by logging in on monday today the 11th at about 12:25pm. Nor does he look at the other person of color that is waiting at another computer.......and this person was before this lady also that is now getting preferred treatment at this point. I say I have a return and a question never looks at me and looks around the store and says whos next...so I say I am he ignores me.....he looks again and motions with his hand to come forward acknowledging the lady in the back of the store (his race) and says mam are you next? She declined and then we proceed with the racist customer service @PLANO AUTORACISMZONEhe knew we were there before she was. He was just being racist and even if he didnt know....why would he not believe me and need to ask someone in back of me to validate my order in the line....as if Im lying or as if its not obvious already....multiple wrongs at this point and I believe at this POINT....now he cant lie his way out of IT because now its a pattern

They told me they had a deep socket for rental and when I got there they said that they dont and I had to go to another store.
