Incredible experience. Superior customer service. Even when short handed, they offered to change my battery, seeing I was obviously unlikely to be able to do it by myself. Recommend this store 10/10.

I had locked my keys in my truck. I called all around and no one could help me, then I called Napa on Ave K in Plano and was greeted with a friendly voice Davy who went out of his way to help me. When I got there the whole staff was friendly and helpful. They loaned me the tools to get in my truck and even offered me a ride back to my truck but wouldnt accept anything for the ride (thanks Steve). Thanks for all your help Davy, Steve and Michael.

Napa battery failed and staff would not test battery and alternator. Had to go to OReillys

Never will buy parts from here again ordered oTwo rear bearing for nissan sentra on thurday i was told its 135 for each and charged me today 168 for each sucks i am paying extra .

Frequently have most parts, if not can have them in store quickly. Also reasonably priced.
