The Plastow TMobile store was very helpful! Luis was a big help explaining my plan to me and changing my sprint Sim card over to TMobile Sim.

Was there with someone else about there phone. But the young man that was helping was very nice and polite. He answered any question you asked and explained very well....

Very rude Customer service. They are not friendly like the people that was there before. Before they will gteat you with a smile now its with attitude. There mad cuz they have to work and not be on unemployment. Sorry to say it but its the truth

Thanks for fixing my phone!! The store was busy, but I was helped pretty quickly. Ive had trouble with incoming calls and stopped by to see if it could be fixed. It was tricky- even the rep was perplexed, but he did it! I didnt get his name to give him a shout out-- many, many thanks!!

Great cooperate store

I came into the store the other day, Jose B. & Nick were so helpful. Thanks to them I decided to stick with T-Mobile and actually change my plan to one of the newer one!! and added on a 3 of my family members which helped me save some money and got new phones!! T-Mobile has awesome deals but Jose & Nick duo changed my perspective of T-MOBILE!! THANK YOU

Such great help. They treat our family great ...Update: After years with T-Mobile I think my family and I will be switching. Not because of the store itself but the T-Mobile customer service line they direct you to for any issues. The worst customer service EVER. After a break up Ive spent nearly 2 months trying to transfer my devices from my exes account to mine. They have people who dont know how to do their job and dont know how to speak English doing this ! I was charged 600 in one month for my lines and my ex 336 all for the same lines ! Then when I called they kept trying to fight it then would say it was fixed and it wasnt. Hours of our time wasted. At&T is looking real good right now.

T-mobile crew did everything they could to help me. If you have to go to a T-mobile location, this is the one to go to.

A busy store however staff works well to care for everyone. Picking up replacement phone and had them help us with some of the programs, in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Great store addressed my problem and showed me how to run it will always go there for future service
