This is one of the best Game stop Ive been to. They are very helpful and explain things throughly. If its a game or system they dont carry in that store, they will help find a game stop that does. I give the store and staff 5 stars

One of my favorite locations. The people here genuinely care about the customers and are passionate about video games. They are not just a body to ring you out.I actually have a location closer to home, but go out of my way to this gamestop. Always a pleasant experience, and I will continue to use this store!

GameStop in Plastow, NH is a great store employees here are super nice and helpful.

I have the best time coming to this store. I always learn what I need to in order to stay up to date on the latest since I have 3 boys that I gotta make sure get something thatll make them happy as I do random prizes for my children. Doug is amazing he is on point he knows his stuff and he has an awesome personality.Everyone else Ive had plenty of help Dan is also awesome they all are! Its a great atmosphere and very fun attitudes. Keep it up

Seems like every other GameStop. I give it four stars because they were upselling too much. I understand its business to try and push product. But when you mention the membership three times in one transaction it kind of feels like peer pressure.

Presumptuous and rude. Insensitive and unclear. We could not completely understand what we needed and clerk was only more confusing. I told my hubby Id take care of it as I had more paperwork at home. This guy decided I had a vibe he didnt like therefore pissing me off. Mentioned my vibe numerous times when all I wanted was to get my son a working controller and would take care of it later when I had the paperwork but now I get to talk to the manager because what we were asking was just to hard to ask if I had the packing list. Yes, I do. Ok bring that in. Yeah that wouldve been a lot quicker and less accusatory of I have no idea what. Any vibe he may have got very well couldve been I was just at a wake I was trying to process. So yep, controller changed out doesnt work either. After leaving in tears, Id rather not go to that store and deal with this at another store.Also, no one even knows when their manager will be there. Yeah great job with customer service there!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. The manager is rude and called herself the “owner” if she is, she has horrible customer service and has a lot of work to do. We were talked into buying a brand new Nintendo switch for my little brother which we were promised would suit him and his age group. It did not. My little brother couldn’t figure out how to play it. He opened it for all of 5 minutes and still has the plastic and everything on the game. We presented the receipt and tried to return it because we paid almost $300 for it plus two games to go with it. (Also note we were told we could return it if he didn’t like it by Christopher the sales guy who helped us) and when we tried to we were told we couldn’t cause it had been opened. Which is not what were originally told. I contacted corporate because of the awful customer service we received and the fact that we were lied to. Hopefully they can do something about it. But it has been a lot of time and money wasted and the manager doesn’t care to help at all. Awful place. Lol you’re better off going to wal Mart

The staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell they enjoy being there. That makes a huge difference. The store is big enough for the things they stock, too.

Its Gamestop. Overpriced, tiny, and never had what youre looking for. And as usual, if you bought that just-released AAA game for $60 2 days ago, they will be happy to buy it back for 50 cents. 75 cents if you pay them a bunch of money for their garbage rewards program. Seriously, how is this company not bankrupt yet?

Went to pick up a used XBox One S. She opened the box for me so I could see it to make sure it was in good condition. She was happy to help. Some store a better then others for service. This one I feel is the best that I got to.

Staff here is amazing. Jayde is one of the nicest managers I have encountered. Mike is super helpful, and they truly believe in customer service and repeat customers. If this store wasnt 45 min from my house it would be my home store (unfortunately its Epping the worst store around). The new district manager is nice and helpful.

I love the plaistow location! Brittany is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products being sold. She allowed me to dig through three shelves of FUNKO Pops! so I could find a certain one I was looking for. She even checked the computer to make sure the store had the item I was hunting for. I will be back because of the awesome customer interaction there! I felt like I was among friends!

Is GameStops good but its hard to give any GameStop above 3 star rating cuz is a company they kind of suck.

This is my favorite Gamestop! The people have been consistently helpful, the store is well laid out and they sell tons of ThinkGeek product which I appreciate not having to go all the way to the mall to look into. I have been shopping this location since it originally opened and have always had good luck with this store far more than other Gamestop’s in the area. I would highly recommend both this store and the team that works there.

I plan on never coming back! I got an Xbox one for my sons birthday. Wanting to see the look on his face. And they made me walk to CVS to pull money out because my card had a defective chip. Then my daughter wanted to trade in her games and he told me I could only do one trade per day! He he saw me walk in with my kids I think I should have been told this before hand.

The Plaistow NH game stop is awful. I had gone the day before and asked for Xbox 360 controllers. I got 2. When I got home and opened one I realized they were wired. I didnt even realize they sold wired controllers anymore! The guy at the register said bc it was opened it counted as a used trade in and they would give me $1 and change for it!!!! I paid $18 the day before! He even asked his manager. I was furious and was going to find a way to contact corporate bc that is a ridiculous policy. But I decided to call the gamestop at the Rockingham mall first and they were reasonable and took it back. But now that I know how terrible gamestops return policy own I dont shop there anymore

Im a fan of video games. But the infamy of unfair prices for returns are true. However, slowly it seems they are turning into Newbury comics with more merchandise beyond video games being offered. I have a biased mainly because it is a video game retailer.
