Staff is always friendly and helpful. Looked up an item I was needing to tell me when more would arrive as they were out. Not to mention they have almost any tool you may need for home at a stellar price. Excellent quality for that low price if youre mainly buying for home use.

I enjoy going to Harbor Freight. I dont buy everything there but I can tell you it is a great place to get affordable tools and hardware, that enable me to inexpensively try new things. The area I appreciate is abrasives and trailer supplies. Much to choose from and value priced.

I love Harbor Freight, but if youre going to have a face mask policy maybe try and enforce it. My trip took me twice as long for having to avoid a group of customers who were unmasked. At one point and employee even had to help them and said nothing. Do better.

It can be a little frustrating because they are frequently out of stock on things that you are looking for. And a pick up ticket does not mean that they have it in stock. However, their employees are friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for the highest quality tools, look elsewhere. But if you’re looking for decent tools at good prices, and if you’re OK with having to wait occasionally, then this is a decent place.

I spend way too much time and money here on a weekly basis, but I love it lol.... never enough time and never enough tools...

This was the first time going there I felt like a kidin a candy factory. I cannot go back often or take someone with me otherwise I will go crazy. Robert was amazing very helpful. I bought a 10X 10 portable shed amongst other things. Robert even help load the shed. Can and cant wait to go back.

Cant beat their tool inventory. Some things that were never available in the past or extremely difficult to find and the cost was astronomical can be found at good old Harbor Freight for a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work.

They no longer give the discount coupons. Which is what always took me there to shop. And today they didnt have what I wanted. Even though the website showed it in stock the evening before. Even though the site was looked after they had closed.so I know they didnt have a purchasing swarm on the item. And I drove 48 miles just to return home with nothing.

They never have what I want in stock and their website is never up to date with actual inventory.

I got a router and orbital sander for a great price and I will update my review based on how they do when I use them.

We use a ton of tools and supplies from Harbor Freight. Not high quality tools bit they arent expensive.High dollar tools in the shop and there tools in the field!

Ive had 2 frustrating experiences at this store on back-to-back evenings. Posted on their door it shows their Closing as 8pm. Last night & this evening (9/19 & 9/20/20), I arrived at the store between 7:30 & 7:45, only to find their doors were already locked. Tonight was a really busy night for me & I had a home project to finish that needed a drill with a larger chuck. So I decided to give it a 2nd try tonight. This time I arrived 7:35 & found their doors locked again! There were 2 guys sitting at the registers. When I pecked on the door & pointed to my watch, they both ignored me as if I werent even there. If its a SLOW night, its OK to get a little head start on shut down. But dont post your closing as 8pm if youre not willing to offer service up until that time. NOT A Great Way To Conduct Business.

My husband and I needed some items for our business. As both of us are essential workers. We have to work our regular jobs plus try to get things to keep our business running. Right now I understand that we have all fallen on hard times due to the pandemic. But why are you closing a hour early. It is not like you were open late anyways. I am very disappointed that we are unable to purchase goods needed for our essential business because you now close at 6. Right now the only people spending money are the people who are working.

The store is very easy to get around. Items are well spaced and organized very well.

Chinese-made tools, but they are priced right and most of what I have bought from Harbor Freight has stood up as well as any name brand tool. They have everything. Power tools for all trades, hand tools for all trades, mechanic tools and rigging, tarps... generators, pneumatic tools...welding equipment.... everything!

I called to check availability of an item in stock, was told there were 3 in stock. Drove from my house to the store and they didnt have any in stock. Customer service horrible. Availability of items horrible wouldnt shop this store

Huge selection of tools and anything else may need for the shop. The staff is helpful and will point you in right direction or take you to it. They also have safety gear. I picked up some new safety glasses and gloves on my last trip in here. Id recommend this place if need a tool you dont have just because they are inexpensive and a great value

I stop in to replace a drill I used 3 times that broke where I bought it from. I get told i can get it replaced over the phone so I come in a couple weeks later and she says she dosent know what Im talking about she has no way to look it up. I call my hometown harbor freight in lima Ohio and he is more than happy to get me a replacement.

This place is loaded with lots of great finds...I would suggest you shop here first before buying tools at some of the bigger box stores. You wont be disappointed in the quality or massive selections of items to choose from!

I visit this location quite frequently and always have good results finding exactly what I needed. And anytime I need assistance it is available and cordial.

I went in to the store because I wasnt sure what part I needed. I had a product to return and get something else instead. I asked both employees and one of them looked at me and simply said I have no idea !!!! Really ? Then after finding what I needed on my own I had it rung up and the guy at the register forgot to credit my refund and when I reminded him he shorted me and did not refund the amount it was supposed to be. I have since then tried to reach the Corporate office but no one will call me back !!Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the store in general !

Spent a grand at harbor freight got more tools than i could of got elsewhere for several grand. All the tools i picked up were of surprisingly good quality especially for the price. Recommend it to anyone needing tools even if you are not on a budget.
