So, I made appointment today for cut and style. They were able to accommodate me. The salon was exceptionally clean. And the customer service was incredible. I have had some personal family issues recently and quite honestly, let myself go, plus, Im a big lady, team that with being older, and not in general, very attractive, and my experience with salons have been embarrassing, as they tend to look down on me when I come in. I was treated so well here. I actually had to pull over on the way home for crying so hard because I felt so good about myself and the way I was treated. Chrissy took the time needed to complete my haircut and style, just as I wanted. The talent, is high quality and excellent. But that only goes so far honestly, a true sense of caring is just as important. They have it all. Highly recommend! Being new to Indiana, I was referred to Raven by another person who I had gotten a different service from. I had messaged Raven asking for advice on what we could do with my hair, and she was extremely responsive, helpful and professional. After a short conversation, I was convinced to book with her immediately! When I arrived to the salon, we put together an official game plan on how she was going to color and cut my hair. The actual process took about 5 hours, but Raven made it so completely worth it! She was extremely easy to talk to; we talked about anything and everything! And though she was super easy to talk to, she remained professional at the same time. While we were waiting for my hair to do it’s thing with the bleach and color, she consistently checked up on me and asked if I needed anything, rather than just leaving me the whole time. I have never had a client/stylist relationship like I do with her, and I absolutely love to see all her work on social media. And not to mention, she was a miracle worker when it came to my hair! My hair feels so much lighter and healthier and I’ve gotten so many compliments on the color! I would highly recommend Raven with absolutely no doubts!

Super Cute Salon. Super positive, fun atmosphere. You know those snooty salons that make you feel lucky to be there, rather than realize they should be thankful for your business?! THIS IS NOT THAT SALON! So fun every time I go. Ive only ever had my hair styled by CHLOE - shes like 20, and Im 40 - she keeps me young and fabulous and I love her to pieces! Always very professional, does a phenomenal job. So happy she moved here- and the prices here are GREAT!

I had been on the search for a stylist for quite some time and hoped around different salons. But when I made an appointment with Raven, I felt such a good connection and trust within her. Raven is without a doubt the best stylist I have ever gone to. I first went in with black box dye and she worked diligently and explained the process of multiple sessions to get to where I wanted to be. She provides exactly what I want and her work is phenomenal. She’s patient, reliable, and truly has a passion for hair. I highly recommend her!

Raven did my hair very last minute with no issue, she stayed later & got me in and out. Raven was extremely professional, super friendly, and very trusting.. she walked me through the whole hair transformation process to put me at ease.I will definitely be going back to Raven in the future, & would recommend her to all! I’m new to the hair world and was extremely excited to get my hair done for the first time by Raven. I had viewed her work and loved it. I shot her a message asking questions about prices and the process, also asked if she was able to do my friends hair in the same day as well as mine. She told me it’d be way too long of a process so we’d have to split the days which I was fine with. Trying to follow up and figure out a day/time, she took a while to respond so i shot her another message trying to follow up. still no response. So I finally just told her that if she didn’t want to do it then let me know so I could move on. It took her 6 days to respond starting from my first follow up message, and her response was calling me entitled because I told her to let me know if she didn’t want to do it. I then responded with a message just explaining my frustrations yet being understanding of her personal life. Told her I will be going else where due to the misunderstanding. I brought her up to a friend of mine who’s actually gotten her hair done by Raven and she instantly started off by saying her people skills and customer service skills are horrible. continued by saying her work isn’t as good as she thought it was and mentioned that she would never go back to her simply by how rude she was. Truly upsetting as i was excited to get new hair and have fun with it. She made the beginning of my experience horrible.

This is THE best salon I have ever attended! I would 100% recommend anyone to this salon for all types of looks. The atmosphere and stylist are all extremely welcoming and always provide anything if needed (drink, snack, etc..). The stylist who does my hair is Raven Rothhaas, and when I tell you she never disappoints me, she amazes me every time with her skills and work that she provides. She is very professional when it comes to keeping in contact with me and updating me when there’s any earlier availability for open spots :) They’re also very affordable, compared to many other salons. So if you’re looking for a new salon, I totally recommend going here and booking with any stylist!

Seriously the cutest salon! I have been getting my hair done with Raven and she never fails to make my hair look just how I want. She worked on my virgin hair for the first time last year in May and I’m so glad I trusted her because I love how it’s turned out! 💗 she seriously has the purest heart and so easy-going, it felt like we had been friends forever at my very first appt! Definitely recommend her to anyone wanting their hair done!

I was off on my appt time thinking it was set for 4:15 instead of four. Stylist still agreed to cut but said she would either have to skip wash or style. I choose style. The entire time she was cutting my hair she was huffing and rolling her eyes to the other stylist. It was uncomfortable and out of line. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I have never written a review before but this was that terrible. I certainly do not recommend.

I went to Chloe Firebaugh recently after my last Stylist fried my hair. She did an amazing job and my hair is so much more healthy! She explained the process and that it could take multiple times so I knew not to expect magic first time lol ~ however after the first time I knew Id be going back for sure plus the salon environment is so warm,inviting, and cute❣️

CHLOE FIREBAUGH is my forever stylist. She is the only hair stylist that I completely trust with my hair! I am extremely picky about who I let touch my hair. When my last stylist messed up my hair, it took me a while to let someone else touch it again. I saw some of Chloe’s work on her Instagram flourish.by.firebaugh and loved how beautifully of a job she did on all types of hair! I always love sitting in her chair and the conversations we have! She is extremely personable and is 100% there for you! She really listens to how you want your hair to look and strives to ensure that 100% satisfaction. She is the first hair stylist I have been to that I know genuinely wants me to feel confident about my hair. I strongly look forward to my next appointment and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone I know. She has a true talent when it comes to hair!!!

We made an appointment to correct a rather bad haircut my daughter received. Chrissie did an absolutely amazing job. My daughter has been all smiles since we left... and she’s a teenager😮. We have found our hair stylist!!

Love this place. I was dealing with long hair, that was colored and grown out. Additionally, I was getting really gray around the face and my hair was thinning. Because I’m traveling a lot more, I wanted to keep my hair simple. ie. Keeping it long and no more dyeing. My hair was a complete mess. Reveal fixed all my problems! My hair is shiny again. My hair is one color with my gray blending in. I’ve had people ask me how my gray was done thinking that it wasn’t natural!!! I will be definitely be going back.ps. They don’t double book either!!!
