I have been with AT&T and I switched because I wasn’t getting any service at my home. Leila one of the employees at this location helped me get my phone switched as well as helped me get a new phone she stayed after hours to help me when I was having problems. Then later when I had a problem with turning off my data and then turned it back on and was not getting any service I was able to call her and she helped me with that as well. I would definitely recommend this company. Especially this store in particular. Nice lively vibe.

Beware buying a new phone from T-Mobile or switching from a current phone service to T-Mobile. I had a very misleading experience with T-Mobile in the Placerville store. They assured me my total monthly bill would be $58.00 a month and that included the monthly service,, the cost of the new phone (50% off ), a few accessories thrown in plus the insurance. The representatives would not put this in writing, but assured me the breakdown would be texted to me the following day by T-Mobile. I got the text message a few days later and it showed my monthly bill was going to be $78.35 a month. I called the main number and was told there is nothing I can do about it. I was being charged extra for the insurance and paying full price on the two assessors (the charger and screen saver). Of note, even though my current charger works on the new SE phone, I was told you need to get the new one as the old charger wears down your battery. I have no idea if this is true or not. Bottom line, I could have got a slightly better deal with Verizon and now wished I stayed with them. May very well go back once I pay off this new phone. It is not the monthly charge that concerns me. It may very well be an okay deal. It is the fact that three representatives in the Placerville store just wanted me to change over from Verizon and misled me all the way.

Store location does not answer phone calls timely if at all.

I was in this location very recently for assistance in resolving connection issues I was having with my phone. I spent 3 hours while the various staff went through my phone, deleting, putting in a T-M sim card (Im with sprint). Never resolved my issues then told me they arent really set to do repairs or diagnostics? I went to the Folsom location and Tristan solved my issues in 5 minutes (thank you Tristan) Im disappointed that I was not redirected to the appropriate store and felt like it was purely for their exploration, my time was waisted.

Just got a new phone here. The store was very clean and the staff were friendly and patient. McKenna did a great job helping me choose a phone that fit my specific needs. She was cheerful, thoughtful, and sincere from start to finish. Will absolutely visit this location again when the need arises!

Upgraded my phone in time for Christmas. This location helped with all data transfers and was thorough in the explanation of charges associated with the process. Andre was a big help very quick and knowledgeable as well as Virginia who gave great testimony on my phone choice and feedback on good options for accessories on my phone. Definitely my primary store.

Switching my number from straight talk was easier than setting up the former and we are paying way less a month than we were before. Tmobile is practically giving away high-speed unlimited data!!!Every staff member of this location cares for their customers and strives for excellent customer service, special attributes to Virginia. She knows a great deal.

Awesome friendly staff.

I just switched from Android to an iPhone and have had difficulty trying to download apps. Andre and his sidekick Brian stuck with me through several updates and with a lot of creative thinking they solved the problem! In the process I ended up buying a Line Link for my home phone and getting a free Tablet. Best of all there’s no increase in my plan! I also learned about their new Nest Home Security System that’s awesome! These guys are the best!

Andre and Josh were amazing at setting up 6 lines and more. They were easy to communicate with and did awesome with great service. Definitely coming here again

I wanted to give a rave to T-Mobile in Placerville. We went in last weekend to see about switching from Verizon. They were the most amazing, kind, funny, and helpful employees we’ve ever dealt with. The main guy who helped us, was down here from Paradise. His store has damage but was still standing. He explained everything. Every detail about the plan, our savings, how Netflix is on them, everything was perfectly clear. All of the employees were so helpful!! We came from Verizon with hardly any data and a super high bill to shared data with over a $100 savings. We get free WiFi calling, so no need for the Ooma that we had and signal out and about is nearly the same as Verizon. I’d call this a WIN-WIN-WIN-WIIIIIIIIN!!
