I offered to sell them toner cartridges at their request. They made me an offer and I accepted. I was told to box up the toner, give the weight and dimensions of the boxes, and they would send a shipping label. Then Im told that they didnt realize how much the toners weighed and shipping is too expensive, so they cancelled the order. Really? Thanks for wasting my time.
The only reason I did not leave 1 star is because my experience at first was favorable. I dealt with Christina Peltu and we arranged to have her Paypal me my money ahead of time since we had not established a business relationship and everything went smoothly. However, my experience became bad when I received an email from Christina asking me to return $51 of the money they sent me because 2 of the original OEM toners I sent had not for individual resale on them indicating they were part of a combo pack of which they said they could not use ( quite odd I might add). The toners were all unopened, unused in their original box with no marks or tears on the box (perfect for resale). The only thing I was verbally told by Christina was that they had to be just that, OEM unused, unopened with no mention that they could not be a single item part of combo pack. This is a portion of her email to me:the issue is these are only meant to be sold in packs, each cartridge has a note on the box that it is not for individual resale.We will have to dispose of the items here or these can be shipped back to you on your cost.We will need a refund of $51.31 issued to our paypal ($28 for CE320A and $23.31 for CB541A)I did not understand the reason for her request but I offered to issue a refund but requested for them to at least pay the shipping. This was her response: Unfortunately we cant pay for return shipping. If you dont provide a shipping label, these will be disposed of.It should have been stated from the beginning that these are dual packs or tripacks.Even if these would have been complete sets, buying one CE320AD is not equal to buying two CE320A, the price would have been different.It was very disappointing for her not to even apologized once for forgetting to mention that unreasonable detail, but instead put the blame on me for not disclosing that to her......how unprofessional on her part!!Needless to say, they did not get the refund they were looking for. It would be unwise for them to discard them as they are in perfect resalable condition. Maybe they should sell them on ebay to get their money back !
I was a little hesitant on sending my surplus toner to them, with all the scams out there. So I offered a deal that they can pay me CC and i would hold the product for 3 days until the funds cleared. I was thinking if this was a real scam they would not accept the deal. Well they did. After 3-4 days i shipped the product. Everything went smooth as promised. I got paid and they received the product as agreed.

07/02/19 My original review I meant to leave 5 stars but it showed only 3 stars. My apologies to Vicky at Impro. I only just now saw this when verifying their phone number.Unfortunately she knows I am not good with details but she has always been very kind and gracious to me about it. They are a 5 star company from the quick turn around on their quotes, to their payments, their friendly people and their policy of how they deal with items they received from me that were not as I thought they were. I’ve worked with them for over 5 years now. They are the only ones I deal with. I have occasionally checked with other companies over the years but always find there is no comparison over all.To add to my last note, the fault was mine. They had replied but it went to the wrong place so I could not find it. I had to give them a different email. I wish I had thought sooner to say so.Cindy ShayAfterTech Recycling7/11/17 I have worked many times with this company over many years. Always they pay via PayPal up front within 48 hours and they pay what they bid unless the items are not as stated...opened, used, wrong quantity, etc. I was using only them because it was so easy and they paid what everyone else was paying that paid up front. BUT yesterday I sent them a bid request and have heard nothing back, nor can I reach them via phone or their own web site messenger. Maybe they are having a momentary shift in staff or similar short time challenges. I sure hope to see them up and running business as usual as soon as possible.

This company keep sending me packages with old toners that I did not order. Please answer the phone. I mailed a letter and left voice mails about this.
Initially they made an error but it was fixed (months later) but i still appreciate them correcting their error.
