This place can get you into trouble....but in a good way too, lol! Amazing selection of things and now my house is more organized.The staff here are great too!! So nice and very knowledgeable about the products. Stop in...no doubt you will find something you need!

This place alot of containers. For your T-shirts. When your girlfriend wants to fill in your Saturdays and Sundays after say....Brunch. i.e. see Bill Burr. Also I have noticed everyone that works at The Container Store is really really happy and helpful which means either they are A.I. robots OR. OR THEY THEMSELVES have so many containers that they are so organized at home.and are at a peace with themselves

Lots of clever storage products, closet organizers, etc. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit too high. Costs less at Home Depot or Lowes.

I will not go into any details. This is the first review I have ever written on a store. I have never really felt the need to do so before today. But the employees there were extremely rude and would not recommend this location at all.

I love the container store! I get super excited and always end up spending way too much money, but thats not their fault 🤣I wish there was a location in Robinson Township, I would be there a heck of a lot more haha. The store is always clean and organized. Lots of friendly and helpful faces are around to assist! This is a person with OCDs dreamland. When Im feeling down, it is nice to come here and get ideas on how to get clean and organized, which believe it or not really does help my depression and anxiety. Thanks Container Store!

First time I ever went to the store and I found it to be extremely interesting. Huge variety of items for each different part of the home.

If there was an option for zero stars I would. If you are looking for a positive experience with knowledgeable staff DO NOT GO HERE. I came way back in December looking for some of the craft drawer organizers to organize my craft space with. They were in stock online so I traveled out to go pick them up after doing an online order and curbside pickup. Only to get there and to be given the wrong item. When asked, the item had been mislabeled both in store AND online. I angrily returned home to order the actual thing to find they were out of stock and would come back in a month later. Fast forward after watching it get delayed multiple times they finally were in. I went to the store today to find an empty shelf, after checking my phone in the store saying they had 4 in stock. I asked a worker there for help, who brushed off the question said oh i cant find that for you and everything is already out on the shelves after politely asking if she could check in the back. I asked the front desk and got the same answer, saying that she too was unable to literally walk to the back and check after telling me that there were now 6 in stock. Overall Ive had a terrible experience with the Container Store and I will never return back after both of these experiences. The staff generally seemed like they didnt want to work or be there at all and was very unhelpful. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but try harder.

Love this place need to go back.

Great place a lot of different products you cant find anywhere else

It was okay... Aisles were too small for more than one cart at a time comfortably. Aisles were arranged so they were one way, but no one was reinforcing this and customers were all over the place. Items were very overpriced. Employees were very kind and helpful!

Not what I expected love the gadget but thought the would have more variety when it comes to containers.

Diana was training at the McKnight Store today and was wonderful. Just wanted to give her a shout out - starting a new job is always stressful, but she was doing a wonderful job!

My first time in this store and I was very impressed...Everything in this store is great from hangers to storage containers to walk in closets!!! Everything was great including the prices!!!

This place is so organized you literally cannot contain yourself when you go in. They have a ton of nifty and extremely useful products that you would never have realized you needed in your life until going there. I love the place, I am currently working with them to design a walk in closet with their Elfa product. I highly recommend you go into the store, they are super helpful and really help you picture your design much better than trying to design online by yourself!

Exceptional variety of goods. Inexpensive to moderate pricing. Huge store. I never have to wait to get in. I never had to wait in line 90% of the time. Awesome customer service. Helpful & kind staff. They even got another cart for me!

They have so much. If you need to organize anything you can find help at The Container store. It was hard to walk out with just what I needed.

I was at the Container Store on McKnight Rd on 10/3/20 at 10:36am and the cashier was very rude to me. After I left, I checked the receipt and there was not a survey that I could take about my experience and the cashiers name was not on the receipt. I was just in the same store 2 weeks prior to use my birthday coupon and between then and yesterday when I went back because I needed more Zero Waste Caps, I received another coupon in my email about spend a $100 and get $10 off. I was aware of the offer because I check my email often. When I checked out, the cashier told me about my offer and she rung up my items and said to me, You clearly do not have nowhere near $100 to use your coupon so maybe next time. I did not respond to her unnecessary comment and after the transaction, I left the store quietly. I have always had a good experience with the Container Store and I love going to this store and I have told several people how much I love this store. I just felt the comment that this cashier said to me was unnecessary and very rude. I hope management sees this and speaks with this employee.

What sets this C.S. apart is its staff. They go above & beyond. I was looking for two containers specialty items. I had the items with me. The girls let me try placing these items in various sized containers. They helped me find the perfect size for my items.

Im so sick of stores taking my money for curbside pickup with their websites claiming to have items available within a certain time frame only to then be called and told that they have no idea where my order is. No sense of urgency finding it either ... cant even tell me how long I am expected to wait - not good enough! You just lost my business. Ill take a refund and go elsewhere.

They always have everything that I need - and many more items that I didnt know I needed! Love this store - all employees and customers were wearing masks and this is very important to me.

I love going to this store. There are so many choices to choose from and so many different useful tools and storage pieces to improve your home. Nothing is seemingly cheaply made either. Prices are clutch too.Associates are kind and the layout of the store is easy to follow. Definitely recommend visiting and shopping here!

So, I didnt buy anything on my first trip here but let me tell you this store is an organizers dream. They have so many great organizational tools and products, as well as staff to help custom make certain areas of your house.I loved walking through the store seeing the different items that can simplify life. My husband an I are planning to renovate our kitchen sometime soon and I look forward to working with Container Store and local businesses that specialize in organization to help make my house a simple and fluid dream.

I had an excellent experience buying Elfa shelves n drawers from the store on McKnight on the North Side, and having them installed in two rooms. Veronica the professional organizer and Phil the installer were both terrific. The shelves and drawers look great, and are, of course, very functional. Thanks! Edit: Didnt use all the drawers and the return was easy and hassle-free. 10/10 from start to finish.

They have containers for everything. I was able to put everything in my house in a container from the container store and my life has never been so organized. Staff is wonderful as well, very knowledgeable about containers and experienced at stacking and organizing containers during checkout.

Great place if you need to find a very specific kind of container- that you cant find anywhere else. Just be prepared to pay a pretty penny for it. We were looking for a vanity organizer for my girls. They had some but the only one I was interested in was acyrlic and $20. We went to home goods and found one similar in size and more storage and it was $9.99. Nice place, but overpriced (in some ways).

This is a really interesting and useful store. Anything for storage that you cant find online or at Walmart you should be able to find here. They are accommodating for a wide range of needs.

Great selections of all things containers and other things. It was a maze of all things cool and container wise. The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5, I felt it was very pricey for the items they were selling which could be purchased elsewhere at a cheaper price. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Organizers Paradise! Kitchen, closet, laundry, workshop, kids room and Office collections and some unique finds.

The store is organized by room (kitchen, laundry, office ect.) There are a ton of cute items and very useful items that you never knew you needed. Prices are high though for some things because stores like office depot, Ross and target offer similar items but less money. The variety here is obviously better with tons of styles and colors

I love storage solutions and organization. This store is heaven. Great ideas for storing everything from toys and Legos to custom designs for built in closet and pantry systems. The garage storage solutions they offer seem amazing. I love the way utility boards create a visual space that makes locating tools a snap.

Best service around & the staff is so knowledgeable!! Their closest system, Elfa, SO much better than the home improvement stores...totally worth it!!

Lots of neat stuff although too many things there are just entirely too expensive. However, it does have a nice ambiance and I have to admit they have lots of cute ideas. My partner, however: the quite as impressed.

I love this store, great products, excellent customer service! It is a little high, but if you need it, they have just about any container you need plus other items! I was in there just this evening, ann was the person that waited on me and she was great!! I will definatley go back to this place if i need any kind of container!! Love it! Love it!

This store has any storage or organizational items you may need. They also carry travel items with security features that can be helpful when going abroad. Their kitchen storage section has a bunch of stuff for dry foods storage if youre looking for long term options. Some items are expensive but you can definitely find a good deal here and there.

Finally made it to The Container Store to see what all the fuss is about! Before I go any further, let me take the time to say that Meghan was amazing. She greeted us when we came in, offered to show us around or point us in the right direction if we knew what we were looking for (which we did, we came for something specific). With such a warm welcome, we felt comfortable enough to explore the store at our leisure, pick up a few things and take note of possible items we could use in the future. She signed me up for the program, carefully bagged and consolidated our purchases so we could haul them on the bus and not have to Uber home! Meghan informed us that we have a 15% off new member coupon coming to us soon so I guess well just have to come back and get some more storage containers! Weve been needing some under-bed drawers...

I have NEVER had a worse experience with a company! I have been working for months to get three separate projects that total almost $10,000 all together. We finally had the first two closets done and now the bars are bowing. We specifically asked what weight the shelving units could hold and we are not over that. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They have no sense of customer service and the products are cheaply made.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They even stopped me and got a cart because, like usual, you go in to just look or get one thing and end up with no feeling in your fingers from the six items you are holding.

Wide open, clean, and friendly staff. Any storage or containers we need we will try to stop here first since they have a large selection with plenty of options to choose from. The staff has always been friendly every time we go (which is not always the case with other stores). Never had a negative experience and well continue to shop here.
