Traveling from Florida to New York visiting friends and noticed my back tire wasnt going to make the trip. Called these guys, on a Monday of all days! Two new tires, mounted, at a price barely more than most S Florida dealers would get for just the rear. On my way by 1:30 in the afternoon. Highly recommended!
Absolutely Awesome customer service and appreciation!! Totally saved my day with trust and compassion and outstanding service. Will definitely come here again
After servicing my Chinese brand scooter and telling me to specifically return to them in the future so as to not have too many people working on the same vehicle.... they flat out refused to service my scooter stating, WE DO NOT WORK ON ANY CHINESE MODEL SCOOTERS EVER, PERIOD so.... lovely customer service on all accounts
Hell of a place and they have some nice bikes in there and they get you out quick for inspection fast also
Really enjoy doing business with these guys. I can trust their work.
They are not friendly and apparently do not have time to answer questions. While I was there I was treated as if I was a nuisance. Their show room isnt impressive. With other comparable dealerships nearby that are willing to work for your business theres no reason to go here.
After 20 years my mechanic has finally retired... Which left me to look for a new place to get my bike inspected... a friend of mine referred this place so I went and checked it out... service was outstanding ! Joe you are the man ! Pricing is very reasonable and the mechanic was excellent... I will definitely be a return customer in the future... thanks for your excellent service.
The guys do great work there. Every appointment has the bike feeling new. Will always go back
Called them to ask if they could mount a tire on a cruiser wheel already off bike, was told that they could do it same-day but when I got there 35 minutes later, the tech was already in his car ready to leave, so I had to leave it for first thing next morning. Went back an hour after service opened the next morning and it still wasnt done. I just needed tire replaced, no balance needed (using internal balancing product) but still had to pay for mount and balance at .5 hours labor, so a 5 minute job cost $45, and theres goo all over my wheel and brake rotors. Will not be going back to them again.
First time there. Helpful and had my part in stock. Check these guys out
I went to this dealer to buy tires for my motorcycle, and have them mounted. They were so rude and disrespectful towards me and while several workers were standing around doing nothing, no one had time to mount my tires. I bought the tires, and took them to another shop to have them mounted, only to find out this place had sold me the wrong size tires. When I went back to return them, they refused to accept the return because the tires were “too old” regardless of the fact that I had just bought them... so they ripped me off to get rid of expired tires... absolutely shameful and disgusting business practices! I would drive 100 miles to avoid this place, and you should too. BEWARE!!!
Amazing place. Been buying parts and accessories here forever!
I tried buying a motorcycle with cash here but they were in no rush to selling me one
Love this store
This is a great local motorcycle shop. If they dont have to parts you need they can get them. Their prices are also competitive with anything online!
In all honesty, steer clear from this place, they have some of the highest prices in the area for bikes, this is due to their low sales volume and they dont pump out the bikes like other dealers so Joe the owner has to charge an arm and a leg when you can go to other dealers with the exact same bike for hundreds to thousands less.Just make sure to triple check the price of the bike with them opposed to others before you make the impulse buy with them.
Thw guys do good work but rhwy charge high prices
The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Service was fast and great quality.
Ive always had a pleasant experience here. Nice & friendly service. .
I asked if he had the time to mount two tires and he said he only had three hours until closing. How long does it take to mount some tires? Then hung up on me.
Recently dealt with John there and he was more than accommodating to meet my needs! Very fast service, very friendly!
Great people and very helpful for any of your needs.
After a bad experience 2 different places recently I dropped my bike off for service and I can tell you that I will NEVER go anywhere else. Jim, the service manager, is unbelievably awesome. Not only does he enjoy his job but he makes you feel like a million bucks as you talk to him. He is obviously passionate and I dont know that I have ever had better customer service anywhere.Highly highly recommend them for service.
Best service guys around. Fair and honest with their pricing, and made my poor abused honda shadow run like new again. I will always use these guys while here in Pittsburgh.
Great long standing service. I have been buying motorcycles here when this the Honda House I have always found Joe to be fair and honest the service department is very good and very responsible and Jim will do the best he can to find you the best deal possible for parts and make decisions depending on your budget and whats your motorcycle and riding style needs everyone that I have met here has been a good person well the markups maybe a little higher on some of their Honda accessory lines they are cheaper than I have found elsewhere and I have had motorcycles serviced here for a long time because when youre on two wheels you need to trust the people that keep them wrenched many of the motorcycles that I have had in Honda house has serviced Gods been a Honda 1984 v30 magna a 1985 750 Shadow a 1994 Pacific coast a 1987 GT 1100 c shadow
I own a 2017 CBR1000RR. Picky doesnt even begin to describe how I am when it comes to what garage I take it too. The guys at Pittsburgh Cycle center are outstanding. Jimmy and John in the service department are upfront, honest and kind. Master mechanic Paul always does quality work in a timely fashion.
Super helpful and friendly staff from sales to paperwork to delivery.
They can always find parts for my vintage Suzuki dirtbikes and the team there are super knowledgable
Awesome shop. They always help with whatever I need. Also I am new to riding and they are always there to answer any questions I have very helpful.
The level of service I received surpassed my expectations on all levels. Glenn helped answer all of my questions before buying my 2015 Honda NM4. The bike was made ready prior to my arrival in short order. The no stress sales atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience. Mary assisted with my financing concerns and made the paperwork process painless. After the 172 mile ride home I received an email from Glenn who wanted to make sure I made it home safe and to inquire about the journey. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and the quality of service received.
John was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was very down-to-Earth.I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. John is very knowledgeable about the inventory and clearly has many years of experience as well as a passion for motor sports.Great store- they know their stuff!
Called to have a rear tire installed and state inspection but reduced because I have an Aprilia. Basically just a v-twin sportbike and these “Professionals” won’t even do a tire and inspection. What a Joke
Quick service, attentive staff. They get the job done, even if the job requires a little ingenuity. Went in with a broken brake light switch, and rather than ordering the part (at a rather steep cost), they rewired the switch for about $20. 100% satisfied with the service!
I went to the Honda house last summer as a young 23 year old looking for his first motorcycle. Glenn the salesman didnt pressure me into anything. I told him what bikes I was interested in and he told me all about the bikes and let me sit on them. I told him I only had a permit and he immediately helped me sign up for a motorcycle safety program. I ended up buying a 650cc sport bike from a different dealership but I am grateful for the kindness Honda house showed me
First time in there. Bought a helmet. I enjoyed talking to the parts guy( friendly person) and I was able to try on a few helmets without any one standing over me pushing a sell. Prices are very reasonable and nice environment.
Everytime I call and try to talk to the parts desk the dude has an attitude cause he’s gotta do his job.
I purchased a honda grom from here. They where amazing. The whole process took maybe 2 hours. I will definitely be returning for my next bike!
Im not gonna buy a motorcycle from this place, but then again. I would never buy a new bike. I will say that their parts department is awesome and actually lower in price than online retailers such as Amazon. I saw the same grips in there that I bought off amazon for $14, for $11.99. They also offer state inspections and motorcycle service, but Ive yet to have someone else work on my moto. Once again, good spot, very close to the city.
Been coming here for years. Honest people good work. The first time I had a bike repaired I forgot I wear. A gentleman working here who i had never met me just handed to me a pair right off his neck. I brought them back the next day and have been a loyal customer ever since
Ive been around for longer than Id care to admit, and been to dealers for every brand of bike all over the country - these guys are the best. One of the earliest Honda dealerships in the country, its *real* people offering the best in sales and service. Does the service department have glitches? OF COURSE! Tell me about a service department anywhere that doesnt, and Ill say youre high on something ;-) But Ive had bike from my first 350 to my current 2018 Goldwing serviced there, and I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Friendly, helpful, amazing service & turn around time. Its difficult to find a good repair shop sometimes. This is one I gladly keep coming back to every year for inspections or when theres a problem beyond my abilities. Thank you all!
Very overpriced, Wanted $77 to mount a sport bike tire that cost $68 and they said it would take at least an hour to change the tire... Plus I was thinking if I wanted to just have it done and the maintenance manager told me never mind they didnt want to do it and got my bike without me even having 5 minutes to decide if I wanted to spend $210 dollars!!! Then the manager of the store basically told me oh well, who cares if the maintenance manager was rude. Avoid at all cost!! If you need a tire changed go to Mosites, they charge $35 and actually are knowledgable on bikes.
Middle of summer and yet they still have their winter hours up. Not very fond of this place now especially when their google listing shows summer hours and should be open Sunday.
The guys at work at the cycle center super friendly and were able to get my parts I needed fast. The only thing I wish, is they had more selection other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever the prices seem fair
This is based on my first visit here, looking for a new motorcycle. So I havent finalised a purchase yet.Its an old school bike dealer which is in no way a bad thing. It reminds me of a bike dealer I worked for back in England many years ago.The staff seem friendly and welcoming, I talked to Joe, and he answered all the questions I had, no pressure. If you are looking for a Honda or a Suzuki, check them out.
Bought a Shoei RF1200 here and received great service. Joe allowed me to try on multiple helmets without hovering over me which allowed me to get a good feel for the helmet without feeling judged.
Great shop. When I needed a part and they didnt have it, they gave me the part number and the name of a competitor that had the part. I really appreciate the help and will be using them as my service center from now on.
This place is super friendly for service, especially bike inspections. I would highly recommend.
Love the service shop. Honest guys with a practical viewpoint.
Joe [parts] IS THE BEST. Very intelligent and wise when it comes to bikes. He knows his stuff and I trust his judgement. Thank you for all your great service. John [service] is an animal. You want your bike fixed by quality mechanics, look no further!
Flexible appointment times, and fast turnaround for service. Inspection and oil change, done while I had lunch, excellent customer service. Ill be coming back, thanks so much
Great place for riding boots, helmets and gloves. They even special ordered the gloves I wanted which being woman is big deal as most places dont carry my size and wont order.
Great staff, sales, sevice & parts departments are awesome! They carry a very wide range of clothing, gear & parts & almost always have what you need ready in stock. Thats very hard to find so go here to get your needs filled. Ill always shop here because its very fast & friendly service & you earn rewards for every dollar spent so its very nice to get something back for all your hard earned money you spend. Theyre the best dealer in the area & cant be beat.
I took a wrecked 450 that sat on my front porch in the weather for many years and the service department told me the bike wasnt worth repair. Had I written this review that afternoon when I self-righteously went home and declared PCC a den of idiots - it would have been 1 star with an angry post. Turns out *I* was the idiot. Fortunately I came to my senses, swallowed my pride, went back after buying another bike and found PCC to be a dealership that is staffed (even with changes over the years) with honest folks doing their level best to give you the best they can. From sales (Ive purchased bikes here and found the prices to be competitive), parts and service - PCC is the place to go.
Went in for inspection, they got me in and out really fast.
I noticed my chain on my 2005 VFR800 starting to sag a little, so I gave PCC a call. They were incredibly friendly, going so far as to negotiate my service appointment with the hours I worked during the day so that I didnt miss work. Their showroom was a comfortable waiting area, and the folks there were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when talking about the bikes on the floor. The chain and sprocket service took no more than an hour and a half and ended up costing less than I was quoted on the phone. Its clear they take care of their customers, and I wont hesitate to come back if something else comes up that I need help with.
Worked with Glen in sales He gave me an upfront price, what my trade would be and what my payments would be. No surprises. Finance was quick to transfer the paperwork. Glen Explained to me the workings of the motorcycle, If I had any questions and I left with a full tank of gas.”
Been dealing with them since the 70s. Best around anywhere. Ken in parts ROCKS !!
Took my gsxr in there for warranty work. Couldnt figure out why it wasnt running correctly. Ended up having to take it to another dealer. Was a bad cat. But the reason for bad review... they left my new bike that never seen rain outside for a month and received the bike with a missing bar end. Great customer care..
Full of motercycles as advertised.
Great local motorcycle dealer. Decent prices, full service department, fast and professional
Super friendly and made me feel hopeful my Honda Elite will be ready for the summer. Ty guys
I have taken my 97 Valkyrie to this dealer for several years now, and they have always done a reasonable job on normal mechanical issues, such as inspections, tire changes, oil changes, etc. However, my most recent experience involved an electrical issue, and they created a serious (and quite obvious) problem, rather than solving my problem. My battery was completely discharged as a result, and consequently I had to purchase a new one. I demonstrated to them that they caused the problem, but they would not accept responsibility, even though I was advised by qualified mechanics that this dealer caused the problem. Since they would not take responsibility, I will not return to this dealer, and recommend that you not trust your bike to them, especially if it involves in any way an electrical issue.
Really nice staff
Excellent service department that went above and beyond my expectations, specially my interactions with John. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Very happy with my purchase very happy with my sales person answered all my questions made my purchase a pleasure Thank you again for all your help very well knowledge”
John in services was rude. Attempted to make an appointment for my ATV. My ATV is under warranty. He would not make an appointment without calling Honda first. He stated he would call us back to make an appointment; however, we are still waiting.
They had my bike for four months and charged me two hundred and twenty dollars and never even fixed anything on my bike. I will let everyone know to stay clear of this place.
Employee was rude to me when i entered the building, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
First off, their sales personnel are quite polite and amicable. However my sour experience has been with their service center.Came in to replace a gasket on the stator housing and this snowballed into a heap. They mangled the threads on the housing and said that the entire stator was warped and it couldnt be avoided. Had to pay and exorbitant charge for re-threading as I couldnt ride it in the state they had it in. After all this, when they completed their work, the throttle was slipping (it wasnt before), regulator had faile, the stator was still leaking and I had to back twice to fix the leaky stator (still was leaking). Gave up after a while and went to another garage to seal the stator. Would never ever step foot in their service center again.
Great service nice people
They always to do work on my bike
They have a good selection of gear and parts. Plenty of stuff on sale, and helpful staff.
“John, Joe and Mary are super people and I couldnt be happier with my experience of buying a pre-owned bike. I would recommend the Pittsburgh Cycle Center to anyone looking for a new ride.”
Recently purchased a 2015 grom and i gotta say Glenn was one of the nicest sales guys ive met. all the staff is really friendly and helpful. id recommend anyone interested in buying a new bike to give them a call or stop in.
Great Ordering, quick turn-around. Recommend online ordering.
They refuse to service an 07 Husqvarna Te610. I guess an oil change and valve checks are beyond their expertise for huskies...
Even though they couldnt replace my Ducatis tire, they were super helpful and friendly. Jim in service went the extra mile for me.
Dont order parts for your Yamaha here. This guys will make sure to mess up your parts every time.
Great service and selection.
Had them mount and spin my tires. Nice enough staff and fair price
Friendly and helpful. Note, they change to winter hours in the fall.
My salesman Glenn is an awesome guy, I bought an all black honda 2012 cbr 1000rr. he found one close and worked with me on my timeframe to get the bike to me without any problems even when i did change the date i wanted to pick it up. Amy was also a great girl that got me through the signing quickly so i could enjoy my new motorcycle. Brenton(sorry if i miss spelled your name) and Kali found the exact mirror finished screen i want on my helmet, and always take care of me.
Fast turn around of bike needs and modifications, their store had a few acessories in stock but nothing to great.
Great service and great prices.. They will also help you out with some of the prices on items..
Very polite and helpful
Really knowledgeable and kind staff.
Good but closed on days of the week
Place has been closed on me more times than I can count. Bad hours. Closed on wed had been wrong for to long.
Personable, knowledgeable staff
Ken in the parts department is very knowledgeable and helpful.
They shop is hard to find and its kind of small and they dont install leds
Staff was very helpful
Charge 30 to loosen a screw that take 2 seconds why I waited for a hour
Helpful and good selection
They go the extra mile to get you in the bike you want
Great experience.
Dont know much
Custom service is bad
Staff upon arrival seemed too distracted
