The employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to help find what youre looking for. I cant say enough good things about this Ace Hardware location. Would give 10 stars if possible.

So they have 20 different drywall compounds, but dont have a small 2x2 piece of drywall for a patch. They have multiple sizes and brands of things, almost to the point of being overwhelming. But something basic they dont carry...They need to eliminate some redundant things and carry some more basic items. They dont need to have a selection of larger big box stores, but if I need a single 2x4 they should carry a few....

I took a window frame to have glass replaced not long after covid started and I was told you were having trouble getting glass due to a nationwide glass shortage and they would get to it as soon as they were able to obtain some. I kept calling and stopping in no one would ever tell me when it was going to be ready. I just went again today after nobody called me back from a call earlier in the week and was told that my window frame for my door was purged. if you werent going to fix it like I was numerous times told it would be when glass was available, I should have been called to come pick it up. The only reason I took it there is because they said they can put the glass in this door frame as soon as they could get it in stock. This frame cannot be replaced! I will never shop at your store again . Its not like I wasnt checking on it I stopped in several times as well as called and was told they were waiting to get glass. Again if they were going to purge things at year end I should have been notified which I was not!

Help me with a plumbing issue I went to lowes first, they had no idea how to help me but the staff at Ace in Greentree got the water flowing at my home again thank you very professional!! Knowledgeable staff!!

I had an incredible experience today at ACE Hardware. From the moment I walked into the store I was overwhelmed by how assisting each of the workers were. One of the sales associates, Rob went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met. Hardware Supplies can be bought anywhere, However, it is hard to find a place where the staff actually care enough to take as much time as needed to ensure your needs are met. My family was actually overwhelmed by our experience and we’ll be back anytime we are in need of hardware supplies. Thanks for an awesome job

The team member making our keys was a little odd but so friendly. Unfortunately he screwed up one of the keys.

This place never has what i need or at least says they dont when you call. And only 1 guy seems to know how to run any equipment. If hes not there no one else is even willing to learn.

Great little hardware store .....

The staff has always been helpful. I would especially like to give a shout out to Chuck who helped me with my lawnmower issues. He was friendly, fast and provided affordable services (on several occasions). If you your lawn mower is acting up or you just want to make sure that it is in great shape for the season, go see Chuck!!

The girls that work there are personable and know the answers to everything. They know where everything is in the aisle. The guy that works there is pleasant and friendly. Never a bad experience. So far I have not yet walked out unable to get the item that I needed. I could give four stars just to let yall know that the prices are hit-and-miss. But for this kind of convenience and service and location I dont care about paying a little more for some things when almost all of it is perfectly reasonable in price.

Great little local hardware store. The associates are very nice and helpful. Their inventory is pretty good for a small hardware store, and they provide a decent amount of special services like paint mixing, key cutting, etc. Their prices are a little bit higher then larger hardware stores but its worth paying a little more for the convenience.

First and foremost, I own a business and know how hard it is to find good employees. This establishment is full of them. Theyre always extra friendly, helpful and absolutely knowledgeable. My pizza shop and my house are both within a mile of this location so I frequent it often. They always go over the top to help me. Recently Ive been remodeling my house, Im the furthest thing from a handyman but with their help and knowledge, Ive been able to save a bunch of money just from their help alone. 5 stars easily.

Good for a small local store, but small selection of items compared to Lowes and Home Depot.

Friendly, helpful staff. Small hardware store with pretty much everything you need to fix something in your house. Limited selection, but great for those emergency repairs that pop up sometimes.

Parking is challenging sometimes, though they were always helpful when I needed something, quick. They were very familiar with any project I brought their way.

This place is awesome! They greet you right when you walk in and can take you right to part/piece/item youre looking for which is a huge huge upgrade over the big box stores where you can spend an hour looking for someone to help. The only gripes I have are yes Ace is always more expensive but the customer service you receive is worth it in my opinion. The other issue is literally a small one. This is a smaller store with a smaller selection but if youre in a pinch for something they usually have what you need or at least something comparable. I definitely recommend!

I went to get screen repair which they had according to website.. They had none. Start with Lowes.

The staff here are simply the best. You cant walk in this store and not receive directions or help. The staff is fairly knowledgeable and can help with most projects.

Love how quick you can find stuff. Got a great buy on a craftsman lawnmover. Made in usa and got 10% off. The staff there are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Also dropped of the patio screen door to get a new screen put in due to a squirrel chewed a hole in the old one. Whats great is that they can put in an aluminum screen which was better than the original screen.

Strongly recommend! Bye-bye big box stores. After 20 years at big box, I am flabbergasted at the difference in experience. This place has selection and tons of help. Just like the old neighborhood hardware I worked at as a teen. Im avoiding big box from now on.

I have been going to this store for 10+ years. The staff is terrific and always find the exact part you need. Small town hardware store feel, prices close to the big box stores. Why go anywhere else.

I really love all Ace Hardware stores. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. And they have some awesome Christmas things. There is so much to look at even for a woman.

Had a problem with web order to pickup in store and staff were not helpful and didnt care. Will head to Rolliers Hardware next time. Prior visit was good but this time was surprised at the way they handled the issue.
