I am not the most handy person when it comes to home maintenance so the help I received today for a plumbing project is why I chose T&M. For many years I went to Vaters (now T&M Hardware)for any home repairs, because I knew I would be able to ask for help and advice. I truly appreciate the helpful employees at T&M! For anyone like me, who is less than handy, you cannot beat T&M Hardware!

I had a great experience with Scott at the perry hwy location today. Although I always have received terrific service and the employees are very helpful....today I had an issue with another t and m store. When i called the perry hwy store to see what their policy was on returning an item, Scott listened to my issue and contacted the other locations to help me resolve tree problem..He is definitely a MVP (Most Valued Employee)..Thanks again ScottMaryann

Very Helpful, I told them what i needed and what i was planning. They helped me fix my material list and told me why i had the wrong stuff listed. Also helped with cutting the pipe and taking it to the car. Very happy with the small business care and assistance.

Super Hardware store! Employees are always top-notch and helpful, selection is GREAT and prices are great too......Love local hardware stores over their Large Counterparts/Competetors 😉 Both local locations are fantastic for all your hardware needs, and they also have fun home decorations(seasonal lights, garden flags/poles, etc.)

They were very helpful, helped me find the right part and told me where to get it when they didnt have it. If you have a specific hardware need and you arent sure where to get it, come here before you go to the big warehouse hardware store. Itll make your life much easier, cant say enough about the helpful service and large selection.

I called this hardware store to see if they carried a part for a utility sink faucet. I got nothing less than great service. Not only did they help me get in the right direction over the phone, but suggested I bring in the part (a faucet stem) to see what options I might have. When I showed up the gentleman in plumbing told me they dont make that part anymore but that it should just need the washers replaced which he did for me. I got home replaced the stem and it worked!! No more leaks. For all the home projects we have going on, little and big, I dread going to HD or Lowes. I hope this store stays put!!
