Impressively awful customer service. They are SO good in telling you how well they will take care of you, to never ever following up. I do not recommend them. I am still waiting to get my order started and ... and it has been over one month.

First time placing an order with them. John was very nice to talk with and very professional. I was placing an order for bakery boxes on a different site and when it wouldnt place my order it was due to not having a PI#.I went looking for a different place to buy my bakery boxes. Came across MrTakeOutBags and called to make sure I didnt need a PI#. The prices were lower than the other site and I started looking at what all they have and its quite a lot.We do an annual Crawfish Boil for our clients and friends. I saw a bunch of things we can use for this event and very good prices for such large quantities. I will be shopping here more often.

They have great customer service, and I can always talk to the owner of the company anytime I want as well. They run their business like I do, with integrity.

I use Babcor for retail packaging. We order a little bit of everything for our store - printed shopping bags, apparel boxes, 400 ft. rolls of gift wrap, tissue paper, jewelry boxes, ribbon (and more!).
