Yesterday West Shore Home came to my house to replace my tub and shower. Their workers Tyler S. and Jordan M. came before 8:30 am. They started immediately prepping and taking apart the tub and walls. Only took one day! They did an amazing installation. Cleanup was also amazing. No debris at all. I recommend you call them. So happy with how professional they were!!

The crew - Trevor M, Jake K and Darian W showed up bright and early in the morning and when they left that evening I had a beautiful new tub/shower where there had only been a tub. The house is closing in on 100 years old, and I know that it threw a curve ball or two at them, but they handled it like the pros that they are. They kept the mess to a minimum and it was all cleaned up so well it was like theyd never been there.

I was very pleased with the service from start to end. Justin D and Robert H did an excellent job. I dont know how they could have been any better! They were knowledgeable and kept me informed at each step along the way. They did an excellent job of precisely installing our bathtub and surround. I felt like they were happy to work for the company which increased my confidence even more. I was very happy with the quality of materials and the overall experience.

West shore was a great experience through and through. They did installation in about 1 week, from making a decision, as we had an active leak. Dalton and James were great in helping to achieve this. We recently hired West Shore Homes to remove existing tub and shower fixtures and install two new showers in two of our bathrooms and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I was scheduled to have a quote done for my bathroom . I got as far as a phone conversation with them before I canceled my appointment. They seemed way too concerned if my boyfriend was going to be home, even though it’s my house. They asked if he lives me, which is a yes. When I said he will not be present for this quote or any of it due to his work schedule they tried to schedule a day that he would be. Which is all fine and great but after explaining to them that it’s my house and I’m paying for it it doesn’t matter if he will be here, it shouldn’t have been asked again. When they called to confirm my appointment they pressed the issue again. It’s 2021 guys we are not house wives in an apron waiting on our husbands permission. We are home owners, we are workers who deserve equal respect. I’d bet anything that if he was the one calling they wouldn’t ask him twice if I were to be present for the quote. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’ll remodel this whole house without even sending him a text. Don’t try me

We had a new walk in shower installed by West Shore Home on March 9, 2021. John H, Sean C and Jordan M did great work! They arrived on time. They put down floor covering on our floors from the front door all through our house to the bathroom. They completed the project in one day as advertised. The area was completely clean when they finished. They were very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all of our questions. The shower is beautiful. The only problem I have found is that when I am finished showering, I don’t want to get out. I highly recommend West Shore Home for any new shower installation.

We had a front door installed this summer. It was quick and easy to schedule a consultation and the door came in quicker than expected and it was of high quality. However, the reason for the one star is for the customer service during installation and after the job was completed. We requested to keep our storm door, but the installers took it anyways. We realized it right after they left our home and tried calling to have them return it, but we couldn’t get in touch with anyone until the following day only to find out it was already discarded. They offered nothing to help fix the issue and the individual who we spoke to was rather rude. Additionally, one of the trim pieces beside our door was installed even though it was split. They did ordered us a new one, but when they showed up to replace the piece it was the wrong color so it couldn’t be fixed. Aside from the initial consultation, it has been very difficult to get in touch with West Shore Homes. For the price we paid we expected excellent customer service and professionalism, but that has not been the case. We suggest finding someone else to complete your home updates.

Cody and Nate converted my bathroom tub into a beautiful shower. Since they had to break up the concrete floor and move the drain approximately 2-1/2 feet the job was quoted to take 1-1/2 days to complete, and that’s exactly how long it took.They went straight to work upon their arrival. They laid drop cloths to protect our floors. They answered all of my questions and kept me current on all they were doing. They were very neat and cleaned everything up each day after they finished even though I told them that they could leave thing in place since they were coming back the next day. I was very impressed on how well 5hey worked together. When the job was finished, the results were even better than I had anticipated. I will definitely recommend West Shore Homes

We had an installation of complete tub and shower replacement from West Shore. Ryan was our sales associate and explained the procedure and installation went exactly as planned. The crew came into our home covering floors, wearing masks and friendly. They cleaned up their work zone completely when finished. They replaced everything down to the studs, including floor and ceiling. They communicated with us the entire project. They paid attention to detail with placement of shelves and grab bars. I had all new windows installed one week ago. Ralph, Brett, Eric, Mark, Judah, and Luke were a professional and efficient team. They were truly a TEAM, and obviously liked their job and working together. West Shore price was very good and high quality! They were respectful of my messy house and even liked the dogs! My floors were cleaner than when they came, after they vacuumed and mopped! Ralph gave me operating instructions for every window (11), and all of my questions were answered. They arrived on time, and were in and out in one day as promised. I cannot recommend West Shore and the installation team high enough...great job!!!

What a wonderful experience.I placed an order for new sliding patio doors, which were manufactured and ready for installation 3 weeks prior to the expected availability date. The installers, Michael H. and Freddie E. arrived on time, explained the entire process, and got under way before I finished my coffee. They completed the entire project within a couple hours and didn’t even slow down through a pop-up thunderstorm. I would highly recommend West Shore, 5 stars through the entire process.

I hope you all can bear with me, my story is pretty long, Ill do the ending first in case you dont want to spend or have time for the whole story. Josh Q. and George S. were outstanding. I give both of them five star reviews for the whole project(s). They were on time, efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning up. I had two bathrooms done at the same time, so West Shore sent two senior installers and one boss to help the other two out. Im not going to mention the bosses name because he was virtually no help. For most of the thirteen hours they were working at my house, he sat in his truck. I truly did not mind the guys being at my house from 8:00 am until almost 9:00 pm But if someone sends me to help someone, then I help them. If he had they would have probably been able to leave around 5:00 pm. That is just my opinion though. West Shore has been great to work with. From the salesman, AJ C. to the installers. I am very happy with the finished projects, two bathroom installs. One was a tub to shower conversion and the other was just a shower upgrade because the shower that was there was old and in bad shape, leaking, etc. Here are pictures.

We had a brand new shower installed in less than a day. The work began at 8 AM and the installation and clean-up was completed by 3:30 PM that same day.Our installers Davon L. and Eric S. did a super job and answered all of our questions. The installers were great (Sean C., Mike C., and Dylan H.) and I feel a little guilty giving a poor review, but it is not because of them. If I see them on the street Ill buy them a pizza a some beer.The salesman told me the material was special, but I am suspicious about the value. Time will tell I guess. The price seems very high for what we got.The issue with the responsiveness is because of a minor change we wanted (to add a bar). We discussed this with the installers and they told me any change must go through the office. We contacted the office early (I guess by 9:30 am). We were told we would get a call back. We are still waiting 120 hours later.I would NOT recommend this company

Had 7 windows and a door installed. A team of guys came out (Aaron B, Eric H, Jordan S, Jimmy P) and did an amazing job. All very nice and professional workers and if you had a question the were able to answer. Got the work done in a nice amount of time and cleaned up the area afterwards. Very pleased with the install. Windows are very nice and the install looks great.

We had them renovate our shower and they did an amazing job. Now we are having them install a new front door. Joe, and Al our salesmen were Informative, honest and friendly. This wont be the last time we have them work on our home.

West Shore did a beautiful job on our shower. They were quick and did the job exactly as they told us.My one problem with them is when we were talking to the salesman we told him we had been referred to them by a family member. We were told they would receive an Amazon gift card for $100.00.It has now been over 2 months and the gift card has never arrived. I have called the company numerous times only to be told they would take care of it immediately.I don’t like companies who make a promise but don’t keep it

Got a quote for our bathroom. It was insanely high compared to the others weve received. This was fine. We told the salesperson we were going a different direction and thanked him for his time.Since then I have been receiving multi calls a day from their sales department. Ive asked them to stop calling. They do not. Ive now had to add their number to my blocked list.Not worth it. Pushy sales tactics and they wont take no for an answer.

The front door selected by my sales rep, James, has been an eye-opener for neighbors and myself. On top of the service, the actual products are incredible - the basement no longer has a moisture smell and the cool air retention made possible by the front door was an immediate noticeable upgrade.I would highly recommend West Shore Home for any home improvement project. They are not cheap - but when you are putting value into your home, you get what you pay for. I found the price of my service to be very reasonable given the product quality and staff professionalism.

On October 14th West Shore install livingroom and diningroom windows. They are beautiful. The contractors Dave M. and Mark M. arrived on time and were very professional. They explained what kind of windows installed, the mechanisms and how to take care of them. The windows frame is thick and solid, not hollow like most window companies. Our Master Bathroom was completed on April 19th. Our Technician/Installer was Dylan H. To start Dylan was highly professional, extremely timely and neat. However what added to this was his high level of competency to detail to our shower install. Never hesitated to ask a question on our opinion to be exactly sure that this is how we would like it to be done and or look. Our decision to choose West Shore was the BEST decision we could have made on our Master Shower. Josh D, my salesperson, was very attentive, helpful, and thorough in designing my new bathroom. This remodel required the removal and replacement of an existing shower, as well as the removal of a very large tub and replacement with a walk-in, jetted model. The project involved customized work, and Josh Q, and John, my installers, did an OUTSTANDING job! They were patient, courteous, and helpful throughout. I was also very pleased with their adherence to COVID-19 precautions-- wearing masks continuously. I would not hesitate to contract with West Shore Home in the future!

After more unsatisfactory experiences I’ve had with Lowe’s and Home Depot than I can count with home improvement projects, I decided to give West Shore Home a try in replacing my front storm and entry door. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole project from start to finish. Everyone has been extremely professional and courteous. The quality of the doors are exceptional compared to anything I’ve had in the past. The installers arrived on time and were meticulous with the install. They left my home spotless. I’ve never been more pleased with a home improvement project and will definitely use them for future projects. I highly recommend them.

Just had a great experience with West Shore Homes. Our installer, Jimmy S. worked fast and clean, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The shower is beautiful! Were already talking about plans to have them come back to do the other bathroom.

Tyler S. and Isaac B were the installers. They were very polite, knowledgable about the product and considerate of our house. They were very helpful when it came time for the handrails and shelf installations as to where to put them. We highly recommend these 2 employees and give them a 5 star rating.

Dan F, Darian W and Mike R recently performed a tub to shower installation in our home. It was awesome to watch these three guys do their thing. Its great to watch a well trained crew that really know what they are doing. There was no down time or standing around. When one of these three was finished performing a given task, they were on to the next and the installation was done in no time. Very professional and fun to work with. Great job guys!

My fiance insists well use them again for another door. For the most part. it was a fine experience with no bumps or hiccups...however Im definitely hesitant on the next install. Im curious how much I have to spend to get a decent cut..apparently $9000+ isnt enough. The quality and professionalism were there..just not the craftsmanship to justify $9000+

We had 6 exterior doors replaced. The quality of the doors is fantastic. The install was smooth and seamless. The crew kept us informed the entire time they were here. They had a great attention to detail and made sure everything fit properly and cleaned up after themselves. We greatly appreciate how much time Ralph T. took to make sure our entry door was perfect.
