Jeff the Manager. He had tattoos on his firearm. that is working at this moment if he gave me a wrong name. 1. has the worst attitude 2. costumor service and 3. Cant do his job stocking his store. I couldnt believe it. I order a milshake and I ask for a straw. And he stares at me a mutters we dont have any. ( as of many times they are out of simple things) I then ask if i can get more oreo crumble ontop he then yelled no I put 2 scoops and improved to stick a silver metal spoon in my face when thats not even the one they use. There was 3 pieces on there i have a pic. Then I ask for my money back and he proceeds to ignore me. While laughing and talking to his coworkers loud enough for the whole store to hear and insult me . DO YOUR JOB JEFF and leave the attitude at home.

Great experience at this Sheetz. I have a milk and soy allergy and the manager went above and beyond to help me order. She happily went back and forth taking pictures of ingredient lists and then even came back out to show me how to look up ingredient lists using the Sheetz app. Thank you!

When I visited on a Sunday night, the wait time for food was 45 minutes to an hour which is fine. They’re understaffed and I understand that, but I could not wait that long. I apologized for even ordering when cancelling my order at the counter because it added stress to the staff I’m sure (although I was not made aware of the wait time until I got to the counter). The supervisor replied angrily “welcome to Sheetz” after I apologized. Then he rudely asked me for exact change or a gift card. If the supervisor was a little more respectful I wouldn’t even be writing this review. He was completely disrespectful and unprofessional for no reason at all.Save your time and money and go to the GetGo right up the road. Or try the older Sheetz that somehow runs more efficiently. :-)

New remodel is not a good experience. Out of every MTO item. Store is way more congested and small.

Really cant let customers just sit there without letting them know if something is out. Just sat for at least 25 min without knowing the personal pizza was out and my other half of the order no where to be seen untill i went up after gettting fed up of waiting to be told pizza was out. All that time wasted sitting around waiting. Over night shift really gotta pick up their slack

This place was unlike any other gas station I have been to before. I wish we had these in Western New York State!

If you actually want the food you ordered, dont go through the drive through. We waited for over 15 minutes for an order of boneless wings. The cashier just kept taking in-store customers while we were sitting at the window watching the wings get cold on the counter. Terrible.

So today sheetz reminded me why i go to getgo for food.

07/28/20. 4a.m. Do not order food from this location during early morning hours. I repeat: DO NOT. Workers are lazy and serve you whatever they want. My hot chocolate was super thick and disgusting. If I order a Peanut Butter Milkshake, I expect all components of the milkshake to be present when I receive it.......

Decent gas prices and low prices.

If you’re going to be an establishment that serves food and beverages you have to make people wear masks it’s disrespectful to the rest of us to go in there and you continue to let your customers walk in repeatedly without wearing them. At least don’t let them walk up to the food counter without a mask on.

Nothing very nice to say about this place, literally stopped for frozen coffee drinks since Starbucks was closed. The person making the drinks was the most incompetent person for the job. I mean have them bag fries or something. Absolutely crazy that we had to wait 25 minutes for 3 drinks.

The store does a great job, this store was the busiest in the area recently opening a store closer to the 79 area seems to slowed things down a bit but even before management and staff ran as well as could be expected considering the volume. Yes there were line often, however they moved quickly and efficiently.Well done.

There was a younger guy working around 2 am and he literally gave me his charger because there wasn’t any left to sell... he’s awesome and it should be acknowledged!! I didn’t get his name but I hope you’ll know who it is

I just recently broke my ankle and was using crutches. I was going down one of the aisles and my crutch slipped and I fell on my broken foot. No wet floor sign was there and the manager was notified and didn’t do anything. I can’t stress enough, worst location I’ve been to. I will be getting the managers name and getting in touch with the court about it.

Twice ive seen ppl without mask served here despite the mask required signs. If a person cant be bothered to wear a mask for the 10 mins they are here they should be turned away.

I work in the service industry so the fact that sheetz is so close to my work is amazing. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because every time I go in there, this manager named Brent is there and he is a miserable p***k. Everyone else is so kind there, except for him. How does someone like him hold a position of authority over what seems to be a great staff? I will continue to go for everyone except for him. And so everyone knows and can keep an eye out for him, again his name is Brent.

Never had a bad Sheetz experience. I stopped by this one while waiting on an apartment viewing to get gas... then came back for a burrito after having a less than ideal apartment experience.Basically Sheetz is always there for you with yummy food and cheap prices.

See attached pic for the $5.00 worth of Wisconsin Cheese Bites I got after waiting 45 minutes for my MTO lunch order of those a burger & fries! I do not recommend this Sheetz! They RIP you off as far as Im concerned. They should have given me a ton of cheese bites and doubled it for making me wait so long! Discrace!

Around 1:30am (not busy at all) I selected 2 items and joined the small 2 person line at the register. When my turn came shortly after the shorter overnight woman turned and walked away and started to make a drink, leaving the registers unmanned. I noticed 2 others in the kitchen area already, so I politely said Excuse me, could I check out please? She responded that she was going to make the gentleman a drink - the only one in the store waiting for an order. In 31 years Ive never had to walk out anywhere, especially for such awful customer service thats so simply manageable.

So many Sheetz in the west hills. They actually put another one two miles up the same road as this one, lol. This one has been doing fine. I guess we love our Sheetz out this way.

I live a quarter mile away from this place and almost always come here after work or on my way somewhere, SHEETZ food is amazing! The only thing that would be great for this Sheetz is if they had a dining area indoors like the one in Moon Township, that way you dont have to be in your car wasting gas during the cold seasons. Other than that, love this place!

I cant think of any reasons to not give it five stars. Food has been good, pumps work, prices are good. Never have a wait for a pump.

Cashiers/food maker named Jinx was being totally disrespectful after I asked her to give me the right cigarette when she couldn’t find them and her coworker found it she got pissed. While my wife was ordering get food she ran around the register to talk to some guy while no one is in the kitchen. So we waiting for her to finish talking to her guy friend and when she made the food we found her long curly light brown hair in it. She was being disrespectful and unprofessional me and my wife come here almost every other night and she has ruined it for us.

Waited for 30 minutes before asking for refund for 2 items. Employees seemed very unconcerned about the wait times. Terrible representation of Sheetz.

No problem with the quality of the products or services. The maintenance is an embarrassment. Had to call Environmental Regulation for a massive grease spill that they left slicking up the patio. Slick ice was left tripping customers a day after it formed and consistently nasty sidewalk, floors and poorly kept mens room make this a place Id rather not visit.

Visit this location frequently. Staff always pleasant and quick with orders. Food always great...excellent variety of food and drink. Love Sheetz coffee ...always fresh and hot!

Another Burnt Burger Bun and Overcooked Burger 🤢😤

Our BBQ chicken pizza was good, however the BBQ sauce came in a small dipping container(not on the pizza) and we only had one to share amongst 6 slices. Additional sauce costs extra. If having bbq sauce for a bbq chicken pizza is a concern then i wouldnt recommend. I typically go to get-go after work and will continue to do so.

I travel a bunch so I have my favorites to stop and fuel the car and myself. At this location just the car got fuel, this was the absolute worst Sheetz Ive ever experienced. The store was as expected but there were dirty floors and the drink island was dirty. The bathroom was sad sad sad, if you dare look at the pictures attached but I barely wanted to stand at the urinal much less anything else. No paper towels in the dispenser, the air dryer did work but cant imagine the germs being blown around. I walked to the counter and told the clerk at the register and she replied, yeah weve heard and Ive told someone but not sure. Please get it together Sheetz!! And the ***holes that do that to a public restroom, shame on you slobs.

Consistently out of stock of products including core power and muscle milk. if you are right next to a gym and always out of stock increase your inventory

Pretty good place to get food at 3am when nothing else is open. Actually surprised at food, was better than i thought it would be !!!

This location is usually very busy. Its got ask the essential things you might need for a trip in the car. The made to order process could be improved. The intersection that this location is on makes it difficult to get going back the way you rang of there is heavy traffic.

One thing, they should have some sparkling water. Didnt they used to?Sheetz is a top class organization.

05/23/2013 I was purchasing a salad this morning at the Sheetz located at 5410 Campbells Run Rd, Pittsburgh, PA, as I do every thursday morning before work, and I notice a young gentleman probably around his mid 20s coming for a job interview. The manager took him back and he was back out before my salad was done being made. He had a dissapointed look on his face so i figured it didnt go well. i hear the manager say to another employee that she couldnt hire him because he had a tattoo on his hand and that it was a shame cause he was a nice guy. I walk past the gentleman outside and noticed in fact he did have a tattoo and it was not offensive in nature. It was actually a beautiful peice of artwork that took up his whole arm. I work for FEDEX down the street at the Omega building. You may have heard of that corporation. I have one arm that is almost a full sleeve and by years end will be completely covered. I wear short sleeves daily. Various employees have them here. See the fact of the matter is my tattoos dont hinder my ability to do my job correctly. In fact im very good at my job. Please join the rest of the world in the 20th century.People have been getting full body tattoos for thousands of years. Think of servicemen you see since WWII, majority have tattoos. Would you say they couldnt get the job done because of that? To me this is outright discrimination and I will no longer support your establishment. I judge people on the content of their character and not the color of their skin. Thank you and good day

This Sheetz I formally would have given 5 stars. The staff seemed on point even during busy times. The past four or five times Ive visited Ive waited up to 20 minutes for my food with only about 3 people waiting for their order. The food is what youd expect, but the service has slowed down severely even during non rush periods of the day.

Horrible, slow service. It took 21mins between ordering and pickup fornmozz sticks and chicken tenders with 5 people in store.

Very nice staff.

No coffee. Cleaning all the pots at the same time. Why cant you clean half and keep coffee on?
