Got a glass piece a few months back, wonderful help, got to test a few before making our final decision, extremely satisfied with our purchase until it took a fall, went back for a replacement and the manager discounted the new one. Had to take it back due to a manufacturer defect. Absolutely no hassle exchange for the same thing but free from defect. Would highly recommend it to my friends and anyone else who is looking for glass pieces, accessories, or incense, ect.

The staff is continuously helpful and there is a wide selection of products.

I had called the store and a person by the name of Jason answered. I have never been so disrespected over the phone. He was more than rude. I asked to speak to a manager when I first called and he asked why and I responded that I just needed to speak to one...he hung up on me. When I called back he said You cant just call and ask to speak to a manager and not tell me what you want. It doesnt work that way. So...apparently that gave him a good reason to hang up on me? I explained what I wanted and he hung up again. Google revealed that Jason was actually the owner of the store. It was a shameful discovery. If someone calls and he doesnt like their question, he hangs up. That just destroys the opportunity for future customers. It was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The week before I was in the store and all the employees were cold, didnt speak much and wouldnt even make eye contact. Also, all their glassware was overpriced. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, J&S is a fantastic shop. The employees are pleasant and down to earth. I broke a piece, and they gave me a discount on a new matching one. Sometimes I have a hard time finding something I like, so I head to the smoke wizard around the corner. There glass is cheaper, both price and quality. It just depends what youre looking for. J&S has a huge selection.

I was pretty ignorant on how to vape, and as a medical user I had to adjust to no flower. He basically gave me a great 101 on my options for gear, and I left with what I needed without feeling like he tried to sell me everything he could. That means I can go back again and make an informed purchase, probably making the store more in the long run. I appreciate that! Also Solevo patients get 15% off which is cool

I bought a thermal nail from them that developed a crack in bucket in less than a week after I bought it. The stores in south side sell less expensive bangers that dont crack from heating and reheating. I learned my lesson.

On the level and nice guys. They will really help you find just what you need.Where Heads Together was for many years. Very Cool.

The staff was very friendly with me but overall the glass is much too expensive and none of it is the good quality glass I am looking for. May I suggest going to Glass Gone Wild either in Cranberry Twp or Robinson Twp. Much better prices and better quality glass.

J&S is over priced and miss labeled glass and they dont know much or at all they act like they do but when you really know what you talking about they get mad at you and start to rush you out!! I’d like to start off by saying this isn’t my first time at this store, the first experience I had was great, but this time it was different, me and my brother went In and everything we were looking for was gone, but when I tried asking about other things the guy behind the counter was so blitz he couldn’t stop rambling incoherently, he really didn’t seem interested in what we were there for and he was also very condescending to what I was trying to ask himRecommendations:Do NOT go here if you use titaniumBe sure you don’t ask the guy any difficult questions or stuff he’s “never heard of”I’d say if you go for quartz everything I guess you’d be cool but a serious waste of time very disappointed.

Had never been before but needed to pick something up. It was a Sunday & the sign said open until 5 it was 4:30 and the doors were locked. I called several times and no answer.
