Generally good but closing early is a pain but you people are so nice I shouldn’t squawk about a couple minutes.

Friendly people, didnt feel jumped on to make a purchase and hurry me out of the store, had a question about a product and was answered quickly

Was told on the phone that they had a product. 20 minutes later I arrive and they do not carry it. Absolutely ridiculous. Online stores are much cheaper anyways.

Well not only are they friendly but also very helpful. I locked my keys in my car while there and an employee offered to drive me home but also tried for over an hour to help me get into my car. Its a convenient stop and their prices are fair. Large selection.

Very nice store, asked about specific cigars and they looked them,up and ordered them in! Ive been to several locations and never had a bad experience, but this one was extra accommodating. And they now stock my favorite cigars.

No hand pipes at all, all small novelty items, not good place for pipes. Maybe in an emergency but thats it..

I was in and met Steve. I was impressed by how nice and clean the store is and the selection of cigars that they have in their humidor. Steve is great and he will show you how to find just what you want. I highly recommend this Smoker Friendly store!

I dont know what happened to the male customer service person earlier that day but he was incredibly rude. I can go to Cranberry or Wexford just as easily.

I have never experienced customer service like this. It is the worst ever. An older woman working there is the most miserable thing I’ve ever encountered. I recommend going ANYWHERE else, even if it’s just for a small purchase. I’d definitely pay more somewhere else just to avoid this store.

I was driving by and decided to stop in because it was convenient to grab some of my favorite cigars.I will never do that again and would rather go out of my way and go to my regular cigar shop. I bought $80 worth of my favorite cigars which was about 8 and had a decent conversation with steve who I believe was the owner who was really nice. I keep both of my humidors are at 69% - 70% humidity and I never have any problems with my cigars. 2 days later I fired up a cigar only to have it split, crack and fall apart. I took that cigar back to have it replaced, after all it is $10 I didnt even get to enjoy. The girl working said there was nothing she could do and I would have to talk to steve so I left my name and number. Its been 2 days with no contact. I am not worried about the others I purchased considering a few weeks in my humidor will get them back to where they need to be. I will never buy there again and will make sure others wont either. I have also talked to others who have purchased here and said there cigars did the same thing. Had he replaced that 1 cigar I would reviewing this differently. Dont waste your money here unless you want to wait a few weeks to enjoy your cigar.
