Go somewhere else this place did not install my radio correctly then tried to blame my radio lol. Took it somewhere else and my radio works fine. If you want to be inconvenienced and have to keep bringing your caR back for them to keep wiring it wrong then this is the place for you!!!

Highly recommend!! I took one of my vehicles there for new tires and rims Sam had it in the shop the next day and finished the same day at a very reasonable price I already have recommended more friends to them and. I will continue to take all my vehicles there for upgrades !!!

Had remote start install for my wifes vehicle in Dec 2020. Had problems with it. Had returned to fix 3 different times. They could not fix it. Added more equipment said it was fixed. No it was not. Finally took it to and AUTHORIZED distributor on Vipers web site. Now it is FIXED and coast me more money, but no problems now. Buyer beware.Cant give no stars.

I can’t lie, they did an amazing job when they tinted my 2021 charger scatpack. I would recommend my whole car club to come and get service. The crew is real professional and they treat you like family and that’s important to me. 10 out 10 in my books

Read reviews first. I didnt until i dropped my car off and went home and laid on the couch for 7 hours. I was trying to get a Road Force balance done on my wheels and tires. I was told to go to Auto Image since they have the right machine. I called Wednesday was told to drop off on Friday, They open at 10:30. So I dropped the truck off at 10:30 as planned. Did not hear anything all day so i decided to call at 6 pm (7 hours later) Was told we were just getting ready to call you. Our machine is having trouble calibrating We can do it tomorrow though. Took a day off of work for nothing. So I just went and picked my truck up and it was in the same place as I left it. Live and learn. definitely room for better communication and professionalism.

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT AUTO IMAGE - I recently purchased a backup camera for my 2002 BMW 325Ci convertible from Auto Image & Detailing LLC in Pittsburgh, PA. The small rear window in this car made backing up in a grocery store parking lot a very difficult thing to do. Chris at Auto Image was very helpful in deciding what camera and monitor that I needed to solve this problem. The installation was quick and the wiring from the backup camera to the monitor is great with no wire showing anywhere. I am very happy with the technical expertise that Chris offered and the expert installation. Based on this experience, I would recommend Auto Image.

Had my cars sub and amp installation here, work was done right and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Owner, Sam, is hard to deal with. Not the best people person but the workers were great.

Chris did a great job striping my wifes car, the attention to detail was superb.

The owner and staff are very unprofessional and rude and the interior lights they did only last one day I would not recommend these a holes for no job if they can’t even get lights to work more then one day I know they can never touch another of my cars again

I called quite a few locations receiving quotes to install an overhead DVD player in my 2018 GMC Acadia. They were not only the best quote, but also the most knowledgeable to speak with. The staff knew the pros and cons of certain units and also were able to describe the installation process in great detail as well. The were able able to answer my questions and eliminate all of my concerns.I received my vehicle after the work was performed cleaner than when I dropped it off. So there is a guy who pretend to be this guy I dropped my SUV to get speaker one day I cancelled my day at work to get it done and they told that it was going to take 4 hours to get done and l left my car & nobody call me after 4 hours I went to se wat up and I found my car at the same place where I left it I saw 2 guys working on another car & I ask him is my car done??? And he was like which car ?? That one is not even on the schedule so I decide to take my car back home & never give a 2nd chance I work every day and I use that road of Banksville every single day and all I see is a guy working in a Blue sedan & a red volkswagen like due u work on ur own car only or what

This place quoted us a 2-3hr job on a Saturday... we made an appointment for 11am and the car wasn’t finished until 5:30pm. Every time we called they just added more hours to the wait, were completely unapologetic and did not seem to care about anything. It took us physically being in the building for them to get it done. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I gave them a call on Saturday got me in the same day for widow tent I was thrilled had a lil miss understanding but when I talk to the owner he insured me that everything was fine and had amazing customer service thanks a lot

My remote start I had installed last year lost its programming, because I had a new battery put in my car. I took my car down and within 10 minutes both of my remotes were working with no charge at all. Great service, great prices!

I brought in my 1 week old Civic Si for some window tint. They did a fantastic job dispite the fact that my rear windshield is very hard to cover with a dot matrix around all the edges.While the tint master was hard at work I had a fantastic conversation with the guy who does reception. Its easy to tell the people who work here are relaxed, passionate and very friendly.Ive seen some of the other reviews for tint, and honestly I couldnt think of one negative thing to say. Keep on keepin on my brothers.

Had auto start installed, never worked right. Went back for them to check on it, they claim nothing is wrong, it still turns off in seconds and if im lucky it will stay on at most 5 minutes. Dont recommend going there. I would give ZERO stars if i could.

Overpriced and loud! Living near them sucks because of all the stereo systems and car alarms being tested all day and evening! Most of the work they do can be done at home way cheaper!

Brought my 2006 mustang in to have the spoiler wrapped.. Unfortunately, the worst job, can see all the seems and I was over charged... $250Looks so bad I just sprayed the spoiler with clear lacquer and will wait till I get the car back down to Florida to have it re-done RIGHT...Hate having to write a poor review, but small businesses live and die by the service they provide...

Pulled in to enquire about getting my exotic car detailed and nobody in the office...walked out front and 3 employees in the garage where too busy talking but saw me but let me stand there for 10min. When one finally asked what I wanted was so careless in his attitude that there was no way I was going to let them touch my car. Horrible... DO NOT GO THERE.

I didn’t do any business, but i came down to tint my whole windshield with 50%, owner said he doesn’t have 50%, he only has 5%, 20%, and 35%, I said they are too dark and want only 50%, and i said its fine and was about to leave. I stayed in parking lot and making phone calls, 10 minutes later he comes and asks if i want to come back in couple days so he can order the tint i want. Respect to that guy

Bunch of stoners, spazzers, and unorganized desk people. They did a messy job on my headliner. I thought it was just left really dirty after the job but then realized that my seat belt is not working well and the sun visor light wasnt re-connected. Be sure you figure out who is doing the work there and that you trust them, if not, walk away. Some of these shady characters produce shady work.

Had appointment for 10am black Friday. Dropped off car around 9:30am and took other vehicle to go eat and do some shopping to give the shop a few hours to do the window tint. They called us at 1pm asking what color window tint meaning the car just now got pulled into the shop. It was supposed to be done around lunchtime not just starting. We cancelled and said forget it. We already wasted gas for 2 vehicles and wasted 5 hours of our time for nothing. What was the point of making an appointment and asking questions on the phone if youre not going to put it on file so you know what the customer wants? They didnt care. Very unprofessional shop.

The price on the site stares $289 but when you call and most likely because you are a woman, they pad the price to $389!!!

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They told me my girlfriends car would be done by 5pm. We called on our way at 7 to make sure it was done, of course it was not and they hadnt called to say it wasnt finished. They couldnt have cared less, Chris was the only one with respect towards a paying customer. I will tell everyone I know NOT to go here for anything.

Just got my car back yesterday —had chrome pillars installed—must say—one of the most unprofessional installations I have EVER experienced! First, I have to state that Chris did a wonderful job installing my head unit and amps! The problem was when I went back to remove my old high polish chrome pillars (that were damaged on one side) to be replaced with newer ones—the first thing I noticed is that they were cheap and dull in look. Secondly the pillars were half in short at the bottom revealing the black pillar underneath. But the worst part is that whoever did the install, cut deep gashes ABOVE the middle pillars and tried covering it over by masking it with some black paint!! There are nick cuts in several parts of the rubber molding and the several of the pillar post don’t sit flush with the car—protruding somewhat out. But the truly disrespectful and most humiliating part out of this ordeal was when I called about the install and how we can correct this matter, Sam (who took the call) was very disrespectful, BLAMING ME for the problem instead of trying to resolve it. In fact he said “better yet, just don’t come back we don’t need your business” I t was all good until they couldn’t do anything to correct it, I will file a claim with my insurance for their negligence and resolve it that way since they couldn’t manage the task themselves,. Best believe BBB will also hear about this! If I could rank it a minus 5 I would, don’t trust this place especially Sam—he’s unprofessional, disrespectful too cocky and a know it all..DONT TRUST AUTO IMAGE ...Period!

Please dont get me wrong, I first wnt to say the guys tht wrk there are very nice however...The first time I went there they put brand new speakers in and shortly after one of the speakers blew...now they fixed the problem and I had no more issues with tht. My husband recently surprised me a wk after Valentines Day 2/21with a new stereo and sub woofer for my SUV, everything was good for about two wks, now the sub woofer is not wrkin🤔😠!!! I dont drive my car very much so cnt say wht happened to it, Im callin today 3/7 to see whn I can take it in(hopefully today)...to have spent $600 for everything I expected more thn wht I have gotten out of this system. Ill let thm fix it but I will be going to Best Buy for now on(where he should have went in the first place, it was less expensive there (we later found out)and their customer service is amazing!!Be mindful whn going here, PLEASE..JS!!!

4 issues1and 2: I drive an EVO X. I had sound proofing and tint done here. First the job took 3days longer than expected because the tint guy was off those days and no one thought to figure that out before they gave me an estimated time of completion of 2days. The sound proofing I thought was well done but after I tore apart my trunk to install a backup camera I noticed they did the bare minimum and they didnt even cover all the exposed metal on the floor of the trunk! I cant even imagine what it would look like under my carpet and roof panel. Poor work. Now the tint. I had to make them redue half the windows because they had hair in them and they had gaps! Still not done right.3: if you had a business and someone wanted give you money for a service would you take it? Not these guys. I tried to get an appointment to install my said camera and both times I called they said theyll look into cameras for me and call me back. Never did.4: last straw! I called to get an estimate on a wrap for my front lip and he said I needed to bring it in. Totally OK. So I said I will be there before you close at 7pm he said OK. I show up at 6:41pm and they were closed! Seriously. The guy lives above the shop so my buddy called him and didnt even want to come down to meet me. It was a 25min drive to get there racing after work.No respect for my time. No desire to do business. No integrity. And absolutely no professionalism. Avaoid at all cost!

I stopped in to make an appointment to tint the glass in my two full metal doors for my 2010 Wrangler. I spoke with the black gentlemen that usually runs the counter. We agreed on an appointment for Saturday. He said, alright, well see you on Saturday. I said, Arent you going to write it down or something??, having dealt with this kind of nonsense before. He said No man, just bring it in on Saturday and well take care of you. Youre sure??, I asked. Yeah yeah no problem, said the man.I show up Saturday and the same gentlemen explains to me the tint man is all booked up today. I asked, dont you remember me predicting this situation? The man shruggs we cant do it today.I took it up the road to Double Take Auto. I suggest you do the same.There should be a rating for zero stars.

Worst Tint Experience Ive ever had. The first job was a mess, glue on my new leather seats, steering wheel, Glue was on the outside of my car, there was no inspection or quality. I talked to the owner and he said he would make it whole and personally take care of my car. The next time i dropped it off i had to argue with the tint guy over how the squeegee cuts in the tint was not soap. He then took my brand new car and messed it up even more. I stupidly gave them one more chance because they promised to make it right I gave them my car for 8 hours and when i get there after work nothing was done. Very disappointing in the new direction of this place. I got a refund and have crappy tint already lifting on my 2013 BMW. Its like the guy tried to make it this bad.

Did a sloppy job on Window tint. Looks bad said car was old and a piece of junk colored window with Sharpie were they cut tint short an got in on the trim. Dont go their. Unprofessional.
