My first experience with terry poe was a great one, had an older model seville with a moonroof that wouldnt open but you could hear the motor on it running when you pushed the button, i thought it was broke and would cost big bucks to fix it, Went to terry poe and he went around the outside of the roof with a blade and then hit button and it opened right up, didnt charge me a penny!, Ive been dealing with terry ever since his shop was on west liberty ave, And needless to say ive had moonroofs installed in 2 vehicles after that, His moonroofs look like they they were installed at the factory, thats how excellent the work is that he does, i wont go any where else and have told countless people about him and the great work that he does, Keep up the great work Terry, Your second to none!

They did a very excellent job on my Sun roof

They KNEW the remote starter had issues with my Toyota RAV 2019 and the TMS would go on ONLY when it remote started and NOT when I started the car manually. If this is a universal issue with these types of cars, it should be disclosed to clients. I dont think thats very nice not to! Five stars to the employees though.

I brought my car in today for a leaky sunroof. Brian took care of it. So friendly, nice and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.

One Friday morning, my panoramic sunroof wouldnt close on the F150. Called the dealer, couldnt get an appointment until a week later. Made the appointment with dealer for the following Wednesday.Called TC Customs in Jefferson hills and they told me, We cant do it, but Terry Poe is the only guy I would trust, hes the guy.Called Terry Poe and they said, bring it in. Got there around 3:00. They couldnt fix it immediately, but put shrink wrap over the gap so I wouldnt have additional damage. ** No Charge **(Heavy Rain on the weekend and not a drop of water inside the Truck)Went to the dealer and they told me, We need to order the parts, the process takes 3-4 days and well need your truck here the entire time.Left and called Terry Poe, they told me, We are booked solid, but drop it off tonight and we will take a look in morning, assess the problem and tell you what needs to happen.Got a call the next morning from Terry Poe, Its the arms, weve ordered the parts, well have it fixed today.Picked the truck up 4 hours later...the same day.Honest pricing, expert diagnostic and Unbelievable service.Without question, Terry Poe is the only call for your sunroof/moonroof problems.

Has been a very good experience right from the first. I had installed a backup camera and music console, after 2 years I got the camera replaced for some issues at zero cost.

This has been my 3rd experience with these guys. I had a remote starter installed 5 or so years ago that worked flawlessly. These guys were able to help me with a heated seat issue from a used car 2 years ago and with a back up camera issue today on a used car that I purchased for my daughter. These guys are super nice and know their stuff! I highly recommend them!

For no charge, they looked at my moon roof & FIXED problem.Jaguar dealer wanted $118 to look @ roof....

I had a stuck open sunroof on my Lincolin MKS with a garbage bag duck taped on top to try to keep rain out. One Lincolin dealer wanted 100.00 just to look at it and estimated hundreds in repairs. 2nd dealer referred me to Terry Poe, they send everyone there with my problem, honest dealer. I called Terry Poe on a Thursday afternoon. Said they would order part and come in next morning and they would gey it closed untill motor part came in. While they were getting it closed on Friday morning, the motor part came in and they installed it right away. Total time spent under 1 hour, cost only 212.00, hundreds less than dealer estimate, and they even cleaned the duct tape residue off my roof. Look up above and beyond in the dictionary, and you will see Terry Poe Automotive! Thank you giys, I will be back for other stuff soon.
