Sugar and Spice is one of my favorite neighborhood ice cream shops. I especially like that they have non-dairy options. I got the strawberry swirl and it was excellent. I was very pleased with the service here. The staff was extra friendly and very accommodating. The service was fast and accurate. The atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. You would definitely like it here. I can’t recommend this location highly enough. I would definitely come back here for the great service and nostalgic atmosphere. You certainly will not be disappointed with this wonderful establishment. Definitely stop by if you are in the neighborhood. I definitely will.

Very affordable. pretty good ice cream plus unique flavors. cool interior and clean inside. only thing was the first time i ordered something that was clearly on the menu, the worker told me they never had it there and was very confused.

We got the brownie boat with cookie dough ice cream. We chose the chocolate chip brownie and it was by far the best part!

Strawberry Pretzel sundae 🍨

Been awhile since weve come here but the ladies who worked here & was always here when we came were much more knowledgeable and pleasant. This time there were 2 young girls that didnt know the answer to any questions we had nor were they pleasant to say the least. I asked for a strawberry banana milkshake & was given a 32 Oz tub of vanilla ice cream & a hint of flavor. I asked for a little more strawberry syrup & was charged for an additional topping. I hope the ladies return or this will be our last time coming here. As with the rest of the world I guess Covid will be to blame 🤷🏽‍♀️

They have no sugar added ice cream. A diabetic delight!

This place is great! Prices are very reasonable. The assortment of Merckens they have is outstanding. And all the oils and extracts they have are amazing. Large selection of molds as well as cake decorating supplies too. Friendly people, always helpful!

Amazing ice cream. It tastes homemade. Staff is friendly. I highly recommend the Titanic sundae if you love ice cream as much as me.

1st time here. The girl that served me was very nice and patient. She let my daughter taste a couple flavors before purchasing. This is the 1st place that had RUM RAISIN ice cream and weve been to a few that didnt carry it. I was very pleased and it was not crowded. Thank you!!

While I still prefer Handels when I am in the area, this was a nice place to try something new. Everyone was friendly and they had an interesting selection of hand dipped ice creams, soft serve, and Dole whip. Pulling in and out is a little challenging.

Truly one of a kind. Absolutely adorable store with great workers. The shop has an outdoor ice cream window as well as an inside dining area there are tables inside and outside. Great options for ice cream and specialities. They also sell 6 packs of delicious ice cream sandwiches. I ordered a brownie boat. You can choose your brownie- Blondie, chocolate chip or cheesecake. Excellent experience. Cant wait to go back.

Awesome! Treats! Cyclones/sundaes/ dole whips/ice cream cake with real cake (not just the crunchies). Sugar and Spice has treats for everyone including gluten free options. If you have furry babydogs they even have a snack for them. Very reasonably priced.

Great ice cream. Tons of flavors and really neat presentations. The parlor is really retro to the 50s. If you want great tasting ice cream at reasonable prices along with great service then this is the place to go.

Amazing old timey looking ice cream and candy shop. The store is styled in the theme of an old timey diner with all the chrome and the expectation the a soda jerk might walk around the corner at any moment. This place has an ice cream shop on one side with an excellent assortment of home made ice creams and yogurts. The other side of the store is a bakery/candy shop where you can get specific candy and baking supplies. This place is normally my first thought when we want to meet friends for ice cream. I have never been disappointed with a choice I have made here.

I prefer handels. I should have stuck to what I knew! Flavors displayed were not available..my kid was totally disappointed TWICE..and no apologies! Wow....I like handels ice cream better too(taste wise)Never again.....

I was taken here as a kid when it was in Brentwood. I took my daughter here when she was a child, she used to have her birthday parties here. Tonight, I took my grandchildren for the first time. Consistently through the years, the services has always been absolutely fantastic with the most amazing people. The ice cream had always been perfect, freshly made on site. This is not a business that exists solely to make money. This is a business that is based off of treating people with respect and giving families a place to make memories generation after generation.

Stop by here all the time with the family to grab ice cream. Stopped by this time in-particular to grab an ice cream cake for my sons birthday. They have the best ice cream cakes because there is actual cake in it and not *just* ice cream. They have a variety of combinations of cake (chocolate, marble, yellow), ice creams, and extras like the crunch (and other similar) stuff that DQ has in their ice cream cakes.

Great place to drop in and get supplies. Not a big variety but a great place for candy molds and chocolate. No soft molds but they do have flavorings.

Great place to get a cool treat. My kids love to go inside and check out all the cool ice cream/sodapop decorations while enjoying theyre ice cream. Also, they make the best ice cream cakes. So, forget DQ. These bad boys have actual cake in them and you can either pick one from the cooler inside the shop, or you can have one made to order. Not to mention the cupcakes are awesome too! For those of you dog lovers, they offer specialty ice cream treats made just for your furry family members as well. If candy making is your thing, you absolutely must go into their candy shop. They also take first prize for their chocolate melts (used for covering strawberries and other stuff.) They are so good, u can eat them straight from the bag. No nasty waxy taste like other ones. Did i mention they sell all kinds of pretty sprinkles too! Love this place.
