Amazing place! Treats that both look incredible and taste delicious. The sorbetto might be the best thing Ive had in Pittsburgh.

Fantastic place to get fudge in particular. I cannot speak to other items that are available as the fudge is my go to item. The basic flavors are not too overwhelming and the more fanciful things such as Superman are well worth giving a shot too. They do allow free samples last I was aware, so dont be afraid to give something new a try.My only true critique would be I am confused on whether this shop is at all still associated with Chocolate Moonshine. The by CM Chocolatier makes me believe so, but I am not sure. Which is a shame as I liked the old timey style and branding that was previously in place when it was specifically a Chocolate Moonshine shop. Regardless of this branding and name change though, the products seem to retain the high quality I have come to know and love.

Stopped by to purchase some holiday treats and was disappointed that they were unexpectedly closed.

Customer service is terrible. I sent two dozen emails over the course of 1 week including 3 business days with no response. It was merely to change the shipping address, but would expect a basic reply. I have been a loyal customer but will no longer purchase from this company again.Dont even bother trying to contact Chris via the customer service email address! You wont get an answer.

My wife and I had a great experience in their Monroeville Mall location. The ladies working there were friendly, helpful, and cheery!! The fudge was amazing, the samples were delectable, and you can try almost everything before you buy it! We will definitely be making a return trip soon!

The best part was the wonderful and friendly customer service. I’m a bit of a chocolate snob, but they were happy to let me try multiple samples while cheerfully explaining each one. The chocolates themselves were visually lovely and tasted quite good. The individual flavors did tend to overpower the truffles themselves and were on the sweeter side for me(as a bitter dark chocolate fan 😉), but overall the flavors were delightful and unique. Will definitely be coming back once they get their gelato service up and running.

Once you try these chocolate bars, I swear the way you view sweets will never be the same!! I never knew what FRESH chocolate tasted like until Chocolate Moonshine. Perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth with a quick treat, or pick up a totally unique gift for a loved one. The store on Butler St. is so charming and the workers are super friendly and not to mention handsome. ;)

A must visit for anyone who loves chocolate, or gelato, or chocolate, or fudge, or chocolate, or ... you get it. Stop in after dining (or drinking) at any of the nearby Lawrenceville venues; just divine. Its all good!

We were visiting from Texas on a tour of MLB stadiums. The woman working behind the counter told us her son owned the store, and she was super super nice. Gave us suggestions on places to eat, etc. in Pittsburgh. And the fudge, toffee and truffles we got were all awesome!

I cant speak for their chocolate and fudge, but Ive had the gelato here. Its just okay. You can buy much more flavorful gelato at the grocery store honestly.

The Chocolate Moonshine in Lawrenceville hands down has the best fudge, chocolate truffles and gelato! They put such a fun and unique twist on the traditional products (great for gifts🙋🏻‍♀️), not to mention the taste is out of this world! They have something for everyone (vegan chocolates and sorbeto) for those who cant or decide not to consume dairy! To top it off, the staff is delightful and helpful!

I do not like fudge never have but OMG the pecan turtle is AMAZING!!!! it was had to sit down after first taste AMAZING!
