Plain and simple this store is alot smaller than others. So it doesnt carry some things that i may go in there for they can order them and once in a while you find a hidden gem.

This was a sad experience from what I remember about Party City during Halloween time. This store used to be full of costumes and accessories but it barley had anything. I dont know if it is due to the pandemic or what but the store was definitely not in the Halloween spirit. That could be why there was not many people in there shopping on an October Friday night with only a few weeks left before Halloween. The store walls used to be filled with Halloween costume pictures but there were a very limited selection to choose from. There was an abundance of size selections offered on the advertisement posters but I found them NOT to be in stock. Prices were typical for this store. Staff were friendly and helpful. I left the store to go Halloween shopping at Walmart and Sprit Halloween in that same area. If this is party city in waterworks during the scare season, then Im convinced that this store wont be around for much longer because it is very apparent that they are struggling. I hope they make it through the shipping shortages because my family used to love out trips to this particular store.

A lot of good party stuff. The treat station was pretty cool. And lots of balloons to choose from!

Ordered for in store pickup, they lost the slip and never notified me it was ready for pickup. Then when i called to ask, I picked it up there were missing/incorrect items. I called to rectify and the employee I spoke with was entirely unhelpful. Didn’t have a clue and was unfriendly on the phone. I’ll do Amazon or Walmart or go to a different location.

Went in today unfortunately they didnt have what I needed but 2 employees went out of their way with excellent customer service and located several other stores that did carry the item that I needed thank you

I ran in for balloons for an event and had to ask for directions on where to find a product. i asked the manager and she was so rude. i was really taken back on how she responded to me. ive never had an experience like that before. Then i get up to the checkout and the cashier didnt even speak to me besides do you want a bag not a hi or thank you. i was very unhappy with my experience and will not be returning to this location. The store also looked bare. barely anything on the walls or in the isles. id call before u go to make sure they have what your going for before you waste a trip.

One of my favorite places in the world, but the shelves have been empty, please fix it!!!!

Went on line before going to the store to see if they had the items I need it showed items was in stock. But it wasnt. They could use me help in the store.

The store was poorly lit, and the back section looked almost abandoned. Many shelves and hooks were empty. Almost looks like the store is getting ready to close.

Very low inventory and not clean

Immediately was helped to find something by one person, then watched another walk by me for 15 mins and ignore me the next time. Also instead of checking the back for stick that person simply told me the item wasnt on the shelves and was unavailable. 30 seconds later in my car I bought the unavailable item online for their store while i sat in my car looking at the very store. Now i will have to go back there a 2nd time

Fun, exciting, affordable, excellent customer service

Recently stopped by this store to buy some Halloween decorations and will not be returning. I actually feel dirty for shopping here and regret making a purchase at all. The store was dirty and poorly lit, it looks like they are no longer fully lighting the store to save money. Many of the items did not have clearly marked prices and I ended up spending much more than I wanted to. The Halloween decorations available left a lot to be desired. There was a large, tasteless display promoting the current president (maybe thats your thing, but let this be a warning to any thinking people). Every employee was wearing their mask below their nose and seemed depressed. I take this to be a sign of poor management and working conditions. Hey, I would be depressed too if I had to spend my day in a poorly lit, dirty box store looking at the current presidents ugly mug all day.

Not all shelves filled yet with Halloween costumes, decorations and so on. But what they had were good and frightening. Best value in buying Halloween decorations.

Found everything I was looking for. Need more items for 70 year olds. In and out with no issues.

I tried to get a couple balloons there they told me it would be at least 2 hours I will not shop there again

The fox chapel location is HUGE! Aisles and aisles of color coordinated/themed party supplies. Also a great place to shop for costume supplies year round. Staffing was minimal. Only saw two employees the entire visit, wandered the store searching for help, ended up making do.

They were efficient and courteous.

They have literally everything and then some for any birthday parties celebrations whatever u need for a party to decorate they have. They have things you would never think to decorate. And their helium balloons selection is great.

This store has a lot of great party supplies & halloween supplies. 🎉🎈 The problem lies in the lack of workers to assist customers by answering questions and getting products. There are thousands of items which is a bonus but they had the store in such disarray it was hard to find what we needed for our party. We must have walked around that entire 🏢at least 7 times before we just got what we did find and gave up and went elsewhere 🤨

Great go to store to find anything you ever needed... This store is very organized,as well as clean. The shelves have things hung in an orderly fashion by code, size, color,length,or picture and design. I could not even start to fathom all the hard work it takes to keep the store that organized... WoW great job everyone...

Lots of great decorations to give you ideas. Didnt have what I was looking for though, out of stock so found it somewhere else cheaper. Things that make you go umm🤔 but thankful saved a few dollars.

Very poor customer service. Doesnt have a restroom for customers to use. My 8 year old almost peed his pants as we had to leave this store to find another store in the plaza that had a restroom to use. Something so basic and simple they cant provide.

I was so surprised with all of the Halloween stuff. It was a little more impressive than some Spirit Halloween stores. Great selection of costumes and decorations. It was a little disorganized when it came to picking up the costume in the back and only having two dressing rooms was unfortunate but overall a really great experience.

Employees arent wearing masks and wont put them on when ask, and thusly dont care when customers dont wear them either. Not worth the health risk to come here.

Currently in transition and shipping a lot of product to another store as said by employee to me. Stockroom didnt look very unorganized. Ample costuming and decorations with balloons. Helium for now... Always over priced. But when you need it they should have it.

My go to store for party supplies!

Showed up Saturday to pick up balloons for my daughters BDay Party. They said they were out of the helium but had a bunch of filled helium tanks they would sell you at $35 a pop. I asked why the store couldn’t just use those tanks to fill peoples balloons and they said they can’t. I asked them to call corporate and ask if they could since there were several people there dealing with the same issue. The workers seemed not to care. The place seemed to be run poorly and workers seemed frustrated with customers asking for help. Guess I’ll be getting party supplies from Walmart going forward

They set aside all the baptism party items they had for me and held them until I could get there. It was busy when I got there as well but they stayed polite.

This Party City location is a pretty nice party/ holiday supply store. They have a very wide selection of party theme decor and supplies, for every age group and occasion. They carry a large selection of holiday decorations (i.e. plastic pumpkins, fake tombstones, animated gargoyles and costumes, for Halloween; stuffed Santas, mini artificial Christmas trees, character ornaments and lighted bells, for Christmas; etc.), at a variety of price points. And, they have catalogs, through which customers can browse, if the perfect item is not available in store, or to place custom orders. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And, they are willing to check their website, to offer a wider array of a particular item to customers, and/ or to locate an item at another store location.

I love this place because my Co-workers are awesome.

4 people welcomed me to the party and asked what I was celebrating.

We were just here, as we waited in line a woman a who did not speak the best English wanted to do a return. The gentleman waiting on her wasnt sure what to do so asked the woman, I think michelle??? For help. She was so rude to this poor woman. Kept telling her how it was her fault and then just tossed the bag at her instead of nicely handing it to her. I felt so bad for this woman. Also the worker, had on a shirt where I could see half her nipple. This is a party store for children you dont need to be so sexualized to sell streamers. However the other workers were kind.

It was spectacular i got some of my 60th party things early and will b returning again to get some more

Great halloween stuff

There is no party happening here! The place was very disorganized. The balloons were in the wrong slots. It would be better to order online and pick up later. Which is what I actually had to do. Lesson learned.

Its a weekend in October and the place was busy. There was one girl at the register doing her best to keep up. There were at least 4 girls in the back. The checkout line was terrible.

Found just what we needed. They have such a great variety of invitations and birthday supploe6!

Everything you need for a party, plates,napkins,cups,goody bags and gift favors, pinatas bags of candy for the pinatas balloons and so much more love this place

My 1st Time Visit will PROBABLY be My Only Time Visit. The PARTY CITY Staff were totally involved w/ OTHER Customers, but My Wife & I werent sure WHO or WHAT the OTHER Employees were doing w/ the other Customers. We were picking up an order of HELIUM BALLOONS that a Family Member had ORDERED for another Family Member. The BALLOONS looked really NICE & They HELD UP very WELL for the Next 6-7 Days. My ONLY COMPLAINT was that WE had to wait until the PARTY CITY Employees were FINISHED B.Sing w/ OTHER Workers & Customers, Then WE WOULD BE WAITED ON!!!

Conveniently located in the Waterworks shopping plaza, this Party City location has a large selection of plates, tablecloths, banners and other decorations for any occasion as well as a huge selection of mylar balloons in all shapes, colors and characters. They also carry a very wide of array of costumes and costume accessories year round with a much larger selection at Halloween. Staff though is hit or miss and often misses all together. Some employees are oustanding, being very helpful and friendly, while others simply seem unhappy to be there. Stock is decent but they are often out of specific items. All in all, the store is ok, but Ive been to MUCH better locations.
