Vary busy! Lots of customers, lots of deliveries, low staffed but they are doing their best to stay ahead as much as they can... but the reason for the one less star is one of their warehouse workers was not a professional in is verbal words or his mood today!! Hoping its just today and not like that everyday? 😕

I had a cracked window in my house and needed a replacement glass. Home Depot and Lowe’s were not helpful. I called Beacon and got Ed McManus. He was extremely kind and helpful. He was able to get me the replacement window in a week. Would 10/10 recommend this place!

Go to beacon branches all over pittsburgh. The people there are like family, always make you feel welcome, always happy to answer questions or help any way they can.

They charged me almost the same price for shingles as home depot. I thought they would do a little better on the price. The lady that took my order seemed to be very irritated taking my order. The last time I was there a different woman was much more helpful.
