Renee is amazing. What a wonderful person. Renee always helps me find what I need. Also, Thea was at the cash drawer, and she was a gem of a person as well. I love B&N. I frequent the one in Cranberry and the one at Waterworks at least once a week each...if not more. So thankful for such a great bookstore. Also, there is something to be said about books in tangible or non-digital form. Hoping for many years more at this location.

I absolutely love this Barnes & Noble..When I walk into this store I cant leave..I find myself browsing for an our or more..I love the set up in this place everything is so easy to find..They also have a Starbucks Coffee where you can log onto free internet or read a book..And, the Staff here are kind, knowledgeable & helpful..Love this Barnes & Noble..😁

Best selection of a brick and mortar store for general publications. Following COVID-19 guidelines fairly well: had hand sanitizer at front door, and required masks to enter. Store was not overly crowded, and all employees wore masks.

I love the fact that theres at least one actual book store still around. Disappointingly, they usually dont have in stock anything I go in there specifically looking for, but browsing is still fun. Im also disappointed that they have taken away almost all of the comfy seating places, and the cafe duties have been sold to Starbucks, of which Im not a big fan.

Pretty typical of Barnes and Noble locations around here. This one is conveniently next to a Giant Eagle. If I lived in this neighborhood Id have a hard time not picking up a new book and then enjoying a brew in the GE cafe next door!

Stopped by Barnes & Noble to browse around. Like most B&N stores, this one doesnt disappoint with plenty to look at. I always hit up the bargain section first as there is lots of good deals. I recommend a stop if youre in the area.

I love Barnes & Noble, even though, I do most of my reading by ebook, I still stop in every time Im near it. I try to find something to buy, because I really dont want to see it close. And it just so happens the staff at this store a wonderfully helpful.

Got the latest edition of a magazine that I read. Unfortunately, they cant get the 2 issues that I wanted previouly but could not get because of Covid-19.

Wonderful bookstore

It has been a while since I visit a bookstore after shopping for my readings online.But that day I decided to stop in since I just missed a movie and had the extra time to spend while I wait for the next showing.I was pleasantly surprised how cozy and welcoming this Barnes & Noble store is. There were nicely decorated sitting stations with each having their own verities of designs and deco. I felt comfortable to browse around and select a few books to skim the summaries before settling on the ones I like and ended purchasing!

Its a big Barnes and Noble. Nothing against that, they have a very appealing setup and brand, and in todays online world it is a relief to still have places that offer niche tactile products. But still, its a big Barnes and Noble.

Nice book store but whats up with the seats? Only one comfortable chair to read on and its right next to the coffee shop where everyone is talking

Miraculously still in business. DVD section is oved and reduced in size. Starbucks still in operation. Usual excellent selection of books. Great staff. The facility is still in good shape, neat and clean. The Kindle kiosk is gone or possibly I just missed it.

This is a terrific place to buy books, music, and movies! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Rather than telling me where I might find a book they took me there. They also had a movie that I had been searching for in stores for a week. It was a pleasure to find a classic movie in a store rather than having to order it online. The store staff know the inventory very well and when they dont have a book or other item, they are more than happy to order it and have it sent home or to the store, whatever I prefer.

This Barnes & Noble at the Waterworks Plaza is a pretty good one. They have a decent selection of books, gifts, music & collectables in stock. If you cant find what youre looking for in stock, theres an information desk with not only a computer to search for what you need but also, an actual person is usual there at the desk to help you as well.I went in to look for collectables, their selection is actually one of the best around.What I dont like about all Barnes & Nobles is their rewards program. I personally think noone should have to pay any fee to join a rewards program. It considerably cuts into what you get out of the program.

I have had wonderful experiences here so far, with a great staff and plenty of selection, this location is sure to have what you are looking for! One of the locations that still has a music/multimedia section set aside with great selection as well.The area is always busy (The Waterworks Mall) but there is plenty of parking and lots of other shops around for you to get your one-stop-shop taken care of.

Always good service and friendly staff. The only down side is the Starbucks is not a Corp store so you cant use your card or get stars. But still the same great drinks.

Love how wide the sale section for books is. Ive always found something I liked! Recently picked up Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult from the sale section.

I visit this location frequently and am seldom disappointed. This store supplies a wide variety of book and magazines, as well as other interested pop culture collectibles. The store is well organized and a nice place to get a drink or snack while shopping. If youre looking for new products and a generally tidy shop, this one will please you. The only complaints I ever hear involve cranky consumers that cannot use their Starbucks card at the cafe. Please keep that in mind and remember that this is not something the cafe workers can control.

Living between two Barnes and Nobles, we often compare this one to the Cranberry location and this one comes out on top. They seem to have more variety and I just prefer the layout of the store more. The staff is friendly to us and our toddler and lets us know of special deals and sales going on. We definitely get our memberships worth here.

I needed a very specific book. I was pleasantly surprised that they had it in stock. The salesfloor rep was extremely helpful directing me to the section. The price was reasonable, so I bought two (one for myself and the other for a gift).

This is a great store! Great layout and great cafe, situated in a nice little corner of the mall. This store is big with plenty of room to browse and get lost in the books, etc.

It was very clean and well organized. The employees were very helpful. The only reason for only four stars is the subtle attitude from some of the employees. Condescension isnt attractive.
